The food was honestly amazing -- we ordered pizza and wings and really enjoyed everything we ate. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the overall experience. Our server/bartender, I believe her name was Taylor, seemed much more focused on talking with another employee and even sitting at other guests' tables than checking in on us. There was also another server sitting in a booth closest to the kitchen, talking with another employee instead of helping out or checking on tables, which added to the feeling that service was being overlooked. I completely understand that it was later and the restaurant was slow, but we ended up waiting close to 30 minutes just to get boxes and our check. When guests are clearly ready to leave, that kind of wait is pretty frustrating. The atmosphere was also a little disappointing. There were quite a few children in the bar area, and at times it made it difficult to hear the TVs and enjoy the bar environment. I understand families are welcome, but the bar area didn't really feel like the best place for that, especially later in the evening. The food was definitely the highlight and something I would come back for, but the service and overall bar experience could use some improvement. read more

Oh my gosh, every time I come in this place I absolutely love it here. I try to make it in at least once twice a week things that I like most are the chicken wings. I went for an early dinner and the in-house special was BOGO burgers. I wanted tots instead of Fry's and there was a $3 upcharge. I ordered the burgers extra well done, no garnish. The grade of beef they use is sub-standard. It might as well have said Food City on the pattys. I bit into the burger and immediately tasted blood. It was rare, not extra well done like I ordered. Well Tailgaters, call out the retention department because I'm not coming back. There are plenty of hang outs that are much nicer and serve up much better food for the same money. We have always been huge Tailgaters fans, but recently, they went above and beyond to support our small business. My son and I host a Notre Dame Football podcast; Dos Leprechauns, and during one of the biggest games of the year, our WiFi went out. Not only was that crushing due to the game, but we were scheduled to welcome a major guest on to the show before kickoff. We held a meet-up in 2021 before the Fiesta Bowl here, so we threw a Hail Mary, and asked if we could record our podcast and watch the game. Without skipping a beat, the manager and staff welcomed us with open arms, and even provided a tucked away area so we wouldn't have noise interference for our show. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The show turned out great, so we stayed and spent the night watching Notre Dame beat Penn State in the Orange Bowl![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] From there I want to really highlight how delicious their pizza is. We got pepperoni and chicken, which came out very quickly, was fresh, plentiful, and affordable! Their beers are very generous in their portions and they have the best selection of any bar in Goodyear. The waitress was incredibly patient in dealing with my loud obnoxious demeanor during the game. Never felt rushed to leave even though it was getting packed, and the waitress checked on us regularly. First of all, If there was a Zero star option thats what i would give it that. I ordered on the phone, And my whole order was messed up. My cheese burger I ordered cheddar cheese on came on the wrong burger, I ordered chips and it came with fries. out of the 2 bacon cheese burgers one of them had the cheddar cheese, all the fries were stale. When i came in i was waiting at the host stand for 7 minutes before the cashier helped me. No complaints about the wings or taste of the burgers though. We spent $80 on our meal for it to come wrong. My daughter and I had lunch at this restaurant today. She has been there a few times , and this is my first visit. This restaurant has a sports bar vibe. There are several big screens with different games on. Service and food were good. I am rating this restaurant as a 4 Stars because I enjoyed going there. I wasn't completely Wowed (can't really put my finger on why but definitely was a good experience) , so it's a solid 4 Stars for me . We both had mushroom burgers with French Fries.
