Been coming to Tailgaters for a while now and it's become my go-to. I basically always get the Chicken Alfredo pizza and it has never let me down. Taylor has waited on us the last several visits and she's a big part of why we keep coming back. She checks in at the right times without hovering, remembered my order before I even said it, and refills show up before you have to flag anyone down. She's genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. Even when it's slammed she keeps it together and still makes you feel taken care of. Good food, good prices, and a server who actually makes the night better. 5 stars. Overall, I love the look of the restaurant and it's really fun to watch big games! My personal favor is to come when it's a little slower because it's a great place to get some work done and eat some good food . Thank you again for the great service :) read more

My sandwich taste like old oil. They put some kind of weird stuff on my french fries. I didn't eat even half of my meal and told the waitress about it but she did nothing. Also, the service is pretty poor there right now. I would not recommend it going there. read more

We always have an amazing experience thanks to our server Peyton! From the moment we sit down, she is always very friendly, and attentive. She checks on us regularly without being intrusive. Drinks are always refilled promptly, food always arrives as ordered, and every interaction is pleasant and professional. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. read more

We got wings and pizza. The pizza was good but maybe could have had more pepperoni on it. The wings were good, a little dry but we will ask for wet next time. Overall the food was decent. It's your average bar food and spot. Service was quick and friendly, we had a to go order. The restaurant looked clean and welcoming. If you're looking for decent restaurant bar vibe this is a good spot. read more

This tailgaters is the best. The bartenders Whitney, Tiarah, Leah, and KC are some of the best bartenders in Goodyear. The staff is great and the atmosphere is fantastic. And Iris does the damn thing read more

The food was honestly amazing -- we ordered pizza and wings and really enjoyed everything we ate. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the overall experience. Our server/bartender, I believe her name was Taylor, seemed much more focused on talking with another employee and even sitting at other guests' tables than checking in on us. There was also another server sitting in a booth closest to the kitchen, talking with another employee instead of helping out or checking on tables, which added to the feeling that service was being overlooked. I completely understand that it was later and the restaurant was slow, but we ended up waiting close to 30 minutes just to get boxes and our check. When guests are clearly ready to leave, that kind of wait is pretty frustrating. The atmosphere was also a little disappointing. There were quite a few children in the bar area, and at times it made it difficult to hear the TVs and enjoy the bar environment. I understand families are welcome, but the bar area didn't really feel like the best place for that, especially later in the evening. The food was definitely the highlight and something I would come back for, but the service and overall bar experience could use some improvement. read more

Love this place. Really good food and great service. Televisions all over and big. Favorite place to watch sports

Love this place. I've gone a handful of times now. The servers and bartenders have been amazing to me. Taylor I believe her name was, was my bartender one of my visits who did a fabulous job! I went there recently and sat at a table this time because I had my kids. Andrea was very attentive, made sure our drinks were always full and that our food was brought out in a timely manner. She seemed so sweet! She chatted with my kids and asked how their days were! Loved it because I wasn't sure how I'd feel about bringing my kids to a "bar (restaurant)" but I'll most definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area. I also love how they can be casual and not have to wear "uniforms". Makes it a more local chill vibe! Highly recommend!!! read more

First time here and yes the service was fantastic. The food (wings and pizza)!literally came out within minutes of ordering. I had the Hawaiian pizza that was very good. Also had the BBQ and mild wings, loved them both. The beer (Scottsdale Blonde) was cold and refreshing too. Our server was really attentive, upbeat, bubbly and personable! I will be back again to this place very soon!!! read more

T the bartender makes the best Micheladas. been here twice now and loved the service and food and small town vibes.

I want to retire here and hit this bar up at 10:30 like a bunch of here are doing! Pizza was fantastic and the service was great.

Called in and ordered communication was clear and order was executed well. The food was hot and ready by the time I got there. The hot sauce wings came out really good, saucy and juicy and even included ranch. read more

I'm 10 minutes away and been going here for quite some time very peaceful environment. They do play music and have sports on most TVs. Food was alright other than I watched my server last night pick her butt out of her shorts and continue serving without washing her hands. And she also continued to yap w another coworker the entire time we were waiting on sauce and refills. Servers name was Andrea dark hair squeaky voice. Definitely needs to worry less about the way she's dressed and more about service. This isn't Ojos locos. read more

We have been coming to this location for 15+ years. This is our go to dinner spot at least once a week and what makes It the BEST are our servers. They're like family. The best girls in the world! They treat you, your kids, and family like their own. It's hard to find good restaurants (especially with kids) but they really make you feel comfortable. Mak is our number one request always! Ask for her! read more

Tailgaters never disappoints! We came into celebrate my Dad's heavenly birthday, and the whole night meant so much to us. Our waitress Andrea was so sweet, kind, and attentive, she really made us feel cared for and helped make the night extra special and Tiffany, the food runner, is always amazing! She so quick, always smiling, and truly goes above and beyond every time we come in. The food is amazing, the drinks are always on point, and this has honestly become our weekly family outing now. We can definitely say we'll be back and becoming regulars. read more

Me and a couple of my buddies go to tailgaters every so often, and this time Darian was absolutely phenomenal!!! it was my first time having her and she said she had just started serving full time, and she was absolutely on it!! she looked like she was dealing with a lot but she kept a cool head and was on top of everything our table needed, didn't have to wait too long for anything we ordered to come and she checked up on us the most of all the servers I've had here!! I absolutely commend her and her service read more

Our family comes to Tailgaters every Monday for Monday Night Football, and we seriously love it here! The food's always great, the vibes are fun, and we always ask for Candace she's the best! She's super friendly, knows the menu like the back of her hand, and is awesome with everyone in our family even our picky kiddos. She always gives great recommendations, makes sure our drinks and food come out fast, and somehow remembers all our little preferences every week. We always leave happy and taken care of when she is our server. making the whole experience better. If you come in, definitely sit in her section you'll see why we ask for her every time! read more

I went for an early dinner and the in-house special was BOGO burgers. I wanted tots instead of Fry's and there was a $3 upcharge. I ordered the burgers extra well done, no garnish. The grade of beef they use is sub-standard. It might as well have said Food City on the pattys. I bit into the burger and immediately tasted blood. It was rare, not extra well done like I ordered. Well Tailgaters, call out the retention department because I'm not coming back. There are plenty of hang outs that are much nicer and serve up much better food for the same money. Next time I'm getting pinched for a 1/4lb cheeseburger and Fry's, it's going to come extra well done. Tailgaters, you just made my shit list. If I wanted a nasty burger and Fry's, I could have went to the Shake Shack. read more

NOW this is what I'm talking about, I love it when an establishment listens to the people that make the place, its customers AND there employees, new Menu ROCK's, and if your a beer drinker like my self then this is the place, I guarantee if you come in when Peyton, Whitney or Shaushi are there? You won't have an empty beer for too long, service by the girls there have been a staple for this place and it's definitely why I've been a loyal TG Norm for years, so Tailgaters! thank you for listening and girls keep them beers flowing read more

Stopped by today. Whitney is the best server/bartender! She is always friendly, smiling, and enjoying herself. Keep up the great job!

Everything my family and I go here, the service is AMAZING!!!! Especially when Dre, Tayler, Hailey, or Kasey are serving us. Walk in and IMMEDIATELY greeted warmly, brought refreshments, and never have to worry about drinks running low! Atmosphere, food, and service is amazing. Perfect place to watch sports, hang out after work or for a quick bite! Love you LADIES!!! read more

Tailgaters & IL Primo - Great I eat the crust first. Big slices, I like just plain cheese. - Sports Bars Near Me - Goodyear, Arizona

We have always been huge Tailgaters fans, but recently, they went above and beyond to support our small business. My son and I host a Notre Dame Football podcast; Dos Leprechauns, and during one of the biggest games of the year, our WiFi went out. Not only was that crushing due to the game, but we were scheduled to welcome a major guest on to the show before kickoff. We held a meet-up in 2021 before the Fiesta Bowl here, so we threw a Hail Mary, and asked if we could record our podcast and watch the game. Without skipping a beat, the manager and staff welcomed us with open arms, and even provided a tucked away area so we wouldn't have noise interference for our show. The show turned out great, so we stayed and spent the night watching Notre Dame beat Penn State in the Orange Bowl! From there I want to really highlight how delicious their pizza is. We got pepperoni and chicken, which came out very quickly, was fresh, plentiful, and affordable! Their beers are very generous in their portions and they have the best selection of any bar in Goodyear. The waitress was incredibly patient in dealing with my loud obnoxious demeanor during the game. Never felt rushed to leave even though it was getting packed, and the waitress checked on us regularly. Cannot thank the management and their team enough for this outstanding experience. Please give these guys a shot if you're in the area for Spring Training, you won't be disappointed! read more

First of all, If there was a Zero star option thats what i would give it that. I ordered on the phone, And my whole order was messed up. My cheese burger I ordered cheddar cheese on came on the wrong burger, I ordered chips and it came with fries. out of the 2 bacon cheese burgers one of them had the cheddar cheese, all the fries were stale. When i came in i was waiting at the host stand for 7 minutes before the cashier helped me. No complaints about the wings or taste of the burgers though. We spent $80 on our meal for it to come wrong. And IT WASNT EVEN BUSY. read more

I don't like when restaurants apply the gratuity. I went here with my kids and grandkids my 2 grandkids didn't eat just had a drink but the problem is when they see that it's 6 or over they charge this and not care about good service they don't go to see if you need anything missing anything or refills just cuz they are already getting the $$$ read more

My daughter and I had lunch at this restaurant today. She has been there a few times , and this is my first visit. This restaurant has a sports bar vibe. There are several big screens with different games on. Service and food were good. I am rating this restaurant as a 4 Stars because I enjoyed going there. I wasn't completely Wowed (can't really put my finger on why but definitely was a good experience) , so it's a solid 4 Stars for me . We both had mushroom burgers with French Fries. The menu has a lot to offer. read more

Everything from the food and drinks, to the service and ambiance is 10/10 at this spot. Literally have not had a single thing on the menu that I did not love. Drinks are always crispy, cold, and well-made. Great place to spend the whole evening and make friends, to pop in for a quick bite and beer, or to catch the ball game and keep to yourself. Love everyone that works here and miss it dearly. For anyone living or working in Goodyear, if you're not a regular here., you're missing out. read more

Was in Goodyear last week visiting friends..One of which lived closer to Phoenix proper..So we all met here for lunch & to catch up..Found the menu ample, food and service was good, restroom clean & plenty of TV's no matter where you sat..The only negative I could spot, was done without me trying, it's the booths, they're in serious need of reupholstering, bring the place down a notch.. So all n all a good spot to meet.. Almost a 4 Star.. read more

what happened????? This is our favorite place, we are here at least once a week with multiple families. Came back from vacation and all our servers and managers are gone. The manager said she had never heard of our Ne********* discount, added gratuity and the manager argued about a dish we said was undercooked. This is the first time in 6 years we were SO DISAPPOINTED. read more
