Water and bowl provided by our waitress

We loved this place! Extremely friendly and fast service from the host, waitress and bar. We ordered two sandwiches from their lunch specials with sweet potato fries and a side salad, and were very pleased with portion sizes and flavors, not to mention the price point. The staff was extremely accommodating as we had a dog with us, and even brought water in a Yeti insulated bowl. The patio is expansive and has a great view of the park across the street. The country western decor throughout really does remind you of a Nashville bar, even the women's restroom was super cute. We can't wait to come back to see some live music!

Today I went to the Goodyear location always have been to the happy valley location. My server Ace and Preston we very friendly and helpful as well as Sam who was there bar back hard working guy. I had Ambor beer and sticky sweet pizza which was amazing. I was the around 2pm ish and it was good vibes lots of family and couples enjoy the food and drinks. I would highly recommend this place for live country music and amazing service and food.

Great lunch out at The Stillery, a lively spot known for craft spirits, signature cocktails, live music, and a fun, festive atmosphere. With roll-up doors and a spacious outdoor patio, it's the perfect place to relax, enjoy great food, and soak in the energy of the night. I ordered the Steak Fingers: hand-breaded, deep-fried cube steak served with crispy crinkle fries, Texas toast, and country gravy, comfort food at its best. A fun hangout spot for good drinks, great vibes, and live entertainment. The service was good!

The food was really good, not too salty and a good amount of seasonings. The drink was good too! Some places tend to go easy on the alcohol, but they do not hear. We had a great waitress that was able to get us a table by the bar upstairs, even though there was a wait downstairs. Is a great big restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating as well as upstairs seating with a good vibe. The only downside if you go later or on the weekend, there may be live music and it was extremely loud. It was so loud you could barely hear the person talking next to you. So if loud live, music is not for you, I would suggest going earlier in the day or during the week if there is no life music.

First time visiting and will definitely be coming back! The pizza I ordered was very good, and the drinks were great too. They had live music and throughly enjoyed my visit.

Well, how I would rate The Stillery depends upon why you are there. If you are looking for a a great place to get together with friends or to grab a drink, this is your spot. They have live music and a festive atmosphere with roll up doors and a nice outdoor patio. The atmosphere is unique in this area and a solid 5-star for fun. However, I definitely will not be returning for the food. The menu looks compelling, but the food is not so good. We ordered the steak fingers and catfish. I will say hat the crinkle fries were good, but we were only able to choke down half of a steak finger and one small catfish filet. The steak fingers have a very thick layer of breading, like crackers or something similar. It wasn't flour. It would just fall off of the steak fingers. The bigger issue is that it was terribly over-seasoned with garlic and salt. If that wasn't bad enough, the white gravy was the worst I've ever had. It was lumpy and didn't taste like gravy at all. The dish was completely inedible. Also, the catfish did not taste like catfish. It's normally breaded with cornmeal. I am not sure what was used, but once again, it was terribly over salted and some of the worst catfish I've ever eaten. I do not enjoy hating on a new business, but the truth is that the food was just 1-star. Other than the food, everything else was good. I would consider returning for a beer and appetizers an possibly try something else, but a little skittish with the food now. I recommend trying them for yourself. At the least, it's a fun evening out.

The hostess wasn't the friendliest, but the server was nice. There wasn't a lot of vegetarian/pescatarian options. I had the catfish and chips- the fish was ok, the fries were good though. We also got the fried pickles which was good too. They had a lot of patio space that was dog friendly.

My wife and I have been here a few times now and it's always better than average. We love the pizzas and some of the sandwiches. Yesterday we went in at lunch time for the lunch special. The price is better than many fast food restaurants. It was good and a good deal but nothing special. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. Service was excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks full without asking. We like the place, but it's not at the top of our list in the west valley. We're not fans of loud music anymore (overdid it in our 20s) and Friday afternoons are good because there's usually just a musician playing a guitar and singing classic country music. I definitely recommend it but when we go back we'll skip the lunch specials. Good for the price, but overall kind of meh. I'll write another review next time we go back and get the pizza and/or hot chicken sandwich. Both are excellent!

Salmon Benedict

Had a fun brunch today at The Stillery. There was a guy singing Country music, we sat outside and the service was pretty on point being it was so busy. They have other locations but I do like the feel of this one best Hubby didn't love the salmon Benedict said the English muffin was soggy and the salmon was salty but their potatoes delish I enjoyed the turkey burger with sweet potato fries. I will say the way they presented the breakfast burrito was amazing! Fun atmosphere, good food, great patio and good service. We will be back

Popped in while I was on this side of town on a Sunday to enjoy music (12-3) and Lexy is a warm and sweet as I remember her! The side of crinkle fries are delicious and the grapefruit fresh! Standout though is the lovely Lexy! Thanks again for the exceptional customer service!

Great live music almost every night of the week, some country western even from Nashville. My wife, Mary is hooked on their chicken wings.

The acoustics are horrible! You can not have a conversation and hear what others are saying. Food is ok, nothing different or exciting.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a craving for a good burger. You know what I mean: that juicy one that…read moreyou bite into and you immediately need a napkin. The cheese isn't so thin and nonexistent it fairly evaporates into the meat. You taste it because it's good sharp cheddar or thick government cheese. The lettuce is crisp, tomatoes are meaty, and the onions are just there in their aromatic essence - I'm not going to need a breath mint to make it through this date. And, come on, how did I forget about the beef? It can't just be salt and peppered but at least slightly seasoned. Not grisly, dry and not so much meat that it blows out everything else on the bun. Oh, and the sauce. Big stars for not just being thousand island or ranch but some concoction a chef took the time to craft. And why be a scratch kitchen if you are going to slather it with mayo? I won't even order that. Because I hate mayo and I don't want to have to ask for mustard or ketchup or some kind of bottled dressing to make up for the insult of straight mayo. Enter into my life Bubba's 33. I had forgotten about that craving but my husband remembered and found this place for a Friday night date. You walk in and it is so happy. We got there in the sweet spot between super early diners and people who just got off work. I got the burger I just described. To a T. Offered in a comforting, fresh warm bun that was worthy of all it contained. And my husband immediately reached for his napkin. Served with a side of seasoned fries and I asked for ranch for dipping, because I will judge you on your ranch, too. Much respect, Bubba. You did it. As we waited, I had to use the ladies' and happened to see the kitchen on my way. Everyone seems happy to work there, like friends, and maybe that is why the service and food were both top tier. Left happy. Comforted. With a coupon for a free appetizer because the sweet host asks you if it's your first time and then a manager - or some random guy in street clothes rather than a black top like everyone else - comes over and greets you and hands you one. I need to stop writing this because it's only 8:46 am and I want a burger and I have a long day of thrifting and errands in Phoenix that precludes a journey to Bubbas. But, we'll be back! Without even reading this but knowing I am writing this, my husband said he's craving one, too. He said, "That was a goooood burger." lol

Thank you to our server Priscilla for being helpful and checking in on us to see if we needed anything! The restaurant was clean and such a fun environment, they had good music playing through out the night! We ordered Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Mozzarella Sticks, Onion Rings and everything was hot and so good. Absolutely loved the Bread that comes with the Spinach & Artichoke. I ordered a Strawberry Margarita which was good and ONLY $5! I got the Crispy Chicken Salad and it was good, but it was huge.
