Came here after thanksgiving before the ASU/UA game. The place was pretty mellow at that time and the bartender changes the channel the game we wanted to watch. We were greeted by a friendly server and quickly got us our drinks. This is a great sports bar with a good amount of large screen TVs. The food was good and the prices were decent. When the ASU/UA game was finally on, they put the audio for the game and the place started to get busy. I can't imagine how busy this place would be during the NFL game if the cardinals were playing . The place is located near the stadium and the traffic has to be crazy. We eat here fairly often, the food is very good and reasonably priced with decent serving size for the cost. We stopped in today 2-15-2025 about 2:00 pm. Dora was our server and we can not say anything bad regarding the service she provided, prompt and attentive. The issue today was there draft beer was flat. We advised our server who promptly did everything to correct the issue. When the manager came to the table we explained that the beer was flat, she really made no attempt to correct the issue. Said she would have the vender check the equipment. Still ended up paying for the 3 full beers we didn't drink due to the issue. I have been coming to Ric's now for awhile. Alonso, Miso, Tyler, and Emily are among my favorite. They always take care of me. Always make sure my wine is nice and cold. The music is great, food is fresh, and the energy is always good. Plenty of TVs where you can catch some of everything sports related (depending on the season). After 10 hours in attendance at the Charlie Kirk Memorial and our hearts were both heavy yet full of so much love. We had a bartender named Tyler greet us with a big smile got our orders and asked how we were feeling and said how amazing that so many people came out to celebrate this young man. Tyler checked on us several times and is a hustler. He seemed to be working so fast to please so many people. The service today referenced if you serve others you are serving our lord. What a hidden gem! I came across Ric's while looking for a Sunday afternoon date spot to take my husband and catch the game, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is lively with about 40 TVs, and they even have horse betting, making it perfect for sports fans. The Patty Melt was probably the best I've ever had. The meat had a very good taste. Lots of grilled onion and the perfect amount of cheese and the bread was grilled perfectly! Right off the 101 and Camelback Ric's is a very busy sports bar, especially on the weekend when we went to watch a game. When we arrived we were surprised by the very busy parking lot. When we opened the door we were met with not only a server, but a security guard on a mid day Sunday. Not sure if it's a just in case or there's been issues here before. We took a couple seats at the bar where a bartender greeted us and took our orders. I asked if the had sour beers available to which was met with no real answer besides that they had angry orchard. I settled for that while I looked over the menu. This is where lo and behold I saw clearly printed sour beer. How does the bartender not only not know what they offer, but when it's in the menu. Another bartender came around and I asked for that. She knew right away what to get for me. Drinks were good. They looked like they had a good list of food, but just wasn't our vibe. read more

most unpatriotic bar. unfortunately we were unable to make it into charlie Kirk's memorial due to high capacity. we stopped in rics since it was the nearest bar and asked if they would stream the memorial. We spoke to a woman who appeared to me the manager that had no problem with it, she told us that they called the owner and they said it was okay , then she told us the staff were working towards getting it put on. when we ordered our beer waiting patiently one of the male managers, scruffy looking guy with a hat on gave my husband a complete horrible attitude saying that he wasn't told such a thing and that we could watch it on our phones and leave. Everyone who didn't make it into the memorial were ALL looking for places to eat and have a beer and watch this memorial, sucks that this place probably lost so much business because the staff could show respect to an honorable man. shame on the staff, shame on the manager who gave us this horrible attitude. completely disappointed. read more

We stopped by Ric's while in town for Spring Training since they were close by to Camelback. It's your typical sports bar, plenty of tvs, bar food and cheap drinks. They also have satellite horse wagering on one end of the place but it was fairly empty while we were there. Not a bad place to visit. read more

Chicken tenders are so juicy and crispy, Cajun chicken sandwich was to die for, and the wings were fire! Pleasant surprise to say the least. After having attended the Final Four, we needed a quick bite to eat. So we stopped this place. We walked and did not except super loud rap music. And not your basic hip hop either. This was full on nasty, foul language gangsta rap. There were even kids in the bar. This place must get rowdy because they even had a cop stationed at the door. Our inappropriately dressed server greeted and she was nice. There were drink menus but she did know what they had. We had fish tacos and wings. They were meh. TVs all over had games on but the rap music was so loud that we could not talk nor hear anything on a TV. We do not recommend that place at all. read more

We had some Tacos Birria, a Burger and some Fried Zucchini . The portions were huge, and the Food came out to us Super Fast and Hot. And the Service was amazing as well. A food Runner brought us out our order with a smile and friendly greeting. Quite honestly, we did not expect such a great dining experience from a "Sports Bar".
