The best and coldest beer at West Gate!
    Myrna M.

This place absolutely deserves 5 stars. The pizza has that perfect balance - cheesy, flavorful, and not too greasy. The sauce tastes homemade and the toppings are always fresh. We ordered the honey bbq wings and they were crispy and so yummy. The staff are attentive, and friendly. Whether you're dining in or taking out, the quality is always consistent.

Ric's is a great hang out spot when you're looking to get out of the house or after a concert or game at the stadium. They have every day specials and you will definitely find something you like on the menu. I have been coming here for awhile and the staff here goes above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome. Tyler, Misa, Emily, Alonso, Cooper, the list goes on. They have A LOT of TVs, great for football! And a good size patio (when it's not 110 outside, though they do have misters!) Highly recommend you stop by for a cold beer...or three!

I have been coming to Ric's now for awhile. Alonso, Miso, Tyler, and Emily are among my favorite. They always take care of me. Always make sure my wine is nice and cold. The music is great, food is fresh, and the energy is always good. Plenty of TVs where you can catch some of everything sports related (depending on the season). I highly recommend stopping and checking them out.

After 10 hours in attendance at the Charlie Kirk Memorial and our hearts were both heavy yet full of so much love. We had a bartender named Tyler greet us with a big smile got our orders and asked how we were feeling and said how amazing that so many people came out to celebrate this young man. Tyler checked on us several times and is a hustler. He seemed to be working so fast to please so many people. The service today referenced if you serve others you are serving our lord. Sometimes the best things in life is a kind smile and feeling like someone cares. It hit the spot. Just felt like giving a shout out to someone that went one step further to show kindness. In a world of so much anger, be a Charlie Kirk.

    Excellent Michelada.

My first time. The Most was excellent. My potato skins are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I was surprised how busy it was for a Sunday late afternoon. I definitely will go back if I'm back in the area.

Patty Melt with onion rings. The best Patty Melt I've ever eaten!

Very big place with a lot of tv screens televising a lot of different sports. The music was good but a bit too loud. The staff was very friendly, great customer service and food. The Patty Melt was probably the best I've ever had. The meat had a very good taste. Lots of grilled onion and the perfect amount of cheese and the bread was grilled perfectly! Onion rings had a good beer batter taste. Nice place to grab some great food and watch a lot of sports!

My 2nd beer with my menu still here , guess they don't care if they sell food

Service is usually real great. The food is good. The wings are the bomb. The salads are always fresh. And the Tatchos really hit the spot.

My husband ordered a large and my sister and I ordered smalls. When we got our bill the large beer was the same price as the small beers. Why didn't Vanessa tell us the large beers were on happy hour and were the same price as the small beers! Duh? We all wanted Beyond Burgers (my husband had cancer and was put on a plant based diet). Vanessa said she didn't think the Beyond Burgers were available anymore. She goes to check and comes back and said they are still available, . We all ordered cheeseburgers with the Beyond patties. We had to modify it without cheese or mayo but we all wanted the caramelized onions. My sister wanted verification that the onions were cooked and Vanessa said that they were. When we got our food which took a long time to get; it was luke warm and no caramelized onions. Vanessa said the cheeseburger doesn't come with caramelized onions! What?! My husband went and got the menu and it clearly states the cheeseburger comes with carmelized onions. I needed a knife to put mustard on my burger but none of us got any sliverware, napkins or coasters for our beers which were sweaty. After waiting for 10 minutes to get silverware my husband got up and got silverware from the bar. Now my lukewarm burger is cold as well as my fries. We asked for the manager and he did bring us caramelized onions in a to-go cup. Plus we got to-go containers to take our food home and reheat it. My sister and I waited tables when we we were young and had a whole lot more common sense. We did tip Vanessa but not nearly as much as we normally do. TP clearly hires based on looks and not brains. Vanessa is one of the worse waitresses we have experienced in a long time.

I had to order the Adult Mac & Cheese, and let me tell you--it never disappoints. This dish is the definition of comfort food. The creamy cheese sauce, earthy mushrooms, and rich truffle flavor are always perfectly balanced. It's one of those meals I can count on being consistently delicious every single time. My husband ordered one of their burgers and upgraded his fries to the Garlic Parmesan Fries. If you're a garlic lover, I highly recommend making that upgrade. The garlic flavor is bold and intense in the best way possible. It's great to know this location delivers the same quality and consistency as every other Yard House I've visited. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, the staff worked hard to keep up with everyone and still provided friendly, attentive service. If you're looking for consistently great food with a menu that has something for everyone, this Yard House is definitely worth a visit!

Prior to moving to the DC area in 2011, I lived in Phoenix. I had been to all 3 Valley locations Glendale (Westgate), Phoenix (Desert Ridge), & Scottsdale (Fashion Square Mall) [Scottsdale one no longer exists]. My 1st visit to a Yard House ever was this Glendale location in 2008. My friend invited me to this location citing their great happy hour. I remember I liked the sliders on the happy hour pricing, which was cheap back then. A wide variety of beer options and huge glasses the length of a half yard. A full yard would be difficult to drink and way too much beer to drink in one sitting; plus the beer would get warm & flat by the time you'd finish a whole yard of beer. Staff was nice at the Glendale location. Now, 18 years later happy hour is still good albeit different and yes more expensive but still good deal relative to normal price.

You don't have to be a world-class athlete to have a good time, and that's part of what makes it so addictive. My first visit was with my wife and some cousins and aunts visiting from Iowa. We spent the afternoon playing a few spirited games of pickleball--which I absolutely dominated, for the record--while enjoying some snacks and drinks before heading inside for dinner. The food was surprisingly good. I'd describe it as elevated bar food that actually delivers on the flavor. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was energetic without feeling overwhelming, and the entire place just had a welcoming vibe. We'll definitely be back... and back... and back.
