You don't have to be a world-class athlete to have a good time, and that's part of what makes it so addictive. My first visit was with my wife and some cousins and aunts visiting from Iowa. We spent the afternoon playing a few spirited games of pickleball--which I absolutely dominated, for the record--while enjoying some snacks and drinks before heading inside for dinner. The food was surprisingly good. I'd describe it as elevated bar food that actually delivers on the flavor. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was energetic without feeling overwhelming, and the entire place just had a welcoming vibe. We'll definitely be back... and back... and back. It's like the famous sports saying "its not how you start it's how you finish " My experience started off pretty horrible not going to lie. Got here and we had to wait an hour and a half for the Pickleball court, which at the end of the day, is understandable since we didn't have the reservation on a Sunday afternoon. so we waited about an hour and a half the gentleman asked me if I wanted 30 minutes or an hour I said an hour I got put down for 30 minutes, not knowing spent an hour and a half at the facility playing cornhole, and all the other games they had to offer our time was finally up after having a couple drinks and food. And if you're looking for a fast drinks from the bartenders, you might as well sit down for 15 to 20 minutes to wait for that drink as they don't really care or have a sense of emergency because it is a tip pool . What they don't understand is it's a team effort and because they don't care that affects everybody else that does care. We ended up playing Pickleball for 30 minutes and got kicked off the court after reserving it for an hour and there was a mistake. Clearly I was frustrated and the only reason that they are getting a five star is because John the general manager stepped in and clearly saw my frustration before I even had said anything he already offered to take care of the 30 minute game and some other items as I was not looking for this he still took care of it. It doesn't really make it better, but at the end of the day, he definitely made it better and we do appreciate it so we definitely recommend this place. We will be back to play some pickle ball and give the other staff a chance. read more

Our first server was spotty but you have the option to order through the cafeteria and someone will bring it to your table, do not a worry. Eventually we got a new server and she was super accommodating and got plates and a cake cutter for our cake. Would love to come back! The brunch venue seems great. Bleh prizes clearly given to them for free by vendors (unless you get black out bingo at the end and you'll get a gift card) handed out- this really isn't a big deal though as the bingo is free. If you haven't played or are a pro at Pickleball, this is a great way to get introduced or change up one's scenery. Similar to Top Golf, you don't have to be a wiz to have fun. We had 3 courts near the bar area and the atmosphere was fun. I had 3 different cocktails on this visit, and they all disappointed. I started with the Pear Necessities.... it felt more like a Mocktail despite having Reposado in it. Moved on to the Spicy Blackberry Margarita, same thing, more like a mocktail. then I decided to do my own custom Margarita, it was better, but still not what I expected. As for the food, we order the Smoked Wings (just ok) and the chicken & waffle. That was the highlight meal amongst all of us and I didn't share even a piece of the waffle or chicken!!! Place is wide open and clean. I really enjoyed how spacious it is. Ideally, there should be a sign constructing you on how to order food. You order at the front and then they bring you your food. They keep an open tab at all times until you cash out. I am not sure the tipping thoughts as if you dont get bar drinks, the server only uses your table. We got a burger, avocado toast, and a fried chicken sandwich. All the food was pretty good, I felt the bread was rather plain, but other than that, we all enjoyed our food. There was a consistent wait for several items and we were told some items would not be restocked although there was 2hrs remaining for breakfast. Also waited awhile for service while in the yard and drinks took long to come out. Food is average. Drinks are decent.
