We went to TP after a stressful day. Well, going here was a huge mistake. This was on a Tuesday and they weren't that busy. Don't ever get Vanessa! We all ordered beers just before 6pm. My husband ordered a large and my sister and I ordered smalls. When we got our bill the large beer was the same price as the small beers. Why didn't Vanessa tell us the large beers were on happy hour and were the same price as the small beers! Duh? We all wanted Beyond Burgers (my husband had cancer and was put on a plant based diet). Vanessa said she didn't think the Beyond Burgers were available anymore. She goes to check and comes back and said they are still available, . We all ordered cheeseburgers with the Beyond patties. We had to modify it without cheese or mayo but we all wanted the caramelized onions. My sister wanted verification that the onions were cooked and Vanessa said that they were. When we got our food which took a long time to get; it was luke warm and no caramelized onions. Vanessa said the cheeseburger doesn't come with caramelized onions! What?! My husband went and got the menu and it clearly states the cheeseburger comes with carmelized onions. I needed a knife to put mustard on my burger but none of us got any sliverware, napkins or coasters for our beers which were sweaty. After waiting for 10 minutes to get silverware my husband got up and got silverware from the bar. Now my lukewarm burger is cold as well as my fries. We asked for the manager and he did bring us caramelized onions in a to-go cup. Plus we got to-go containers to take our food home and reheat it. My sister and I waited tables when we we were young and had a whole lot more common sense. We did tip Vanessa but not nearly as much as we normally do. TP clearly hires based on looks and not brains. Last time we were here was right after they opened, so it's been quite a while. We had gone to a comedy show, so there wasn't a lot of options that were still open after 10pm and we were hungry. We decided to give it a try...again...and hopefully it would be better than it was before. Well, it was definitely better, but there were still a few issues. Hubby got a regular Cheeseburger with Broccoli as his side. Well, it came with Fries, which he ended up eating because it was just easier. He was surprised that they gave him a teeny tiny amount of ketchup, but he managed anyway. He said the burger was just okay and he probably should've gone with something else. I got a Caesar Salad with Grilled Shrimp. Most Caesars come with romaine lettuce, this had a spring mix which I'm not fond of. But, I will say, their dressing was delicious and plentiful, so I powered through it...LOL! I do have a massive pet peeve when it comes to ordering shrimp in a salad or pasta...take off the damn tails!!! Now, I have to stick my hands into my food and pull them off, it's just messy and could've been done before. Some places do it, but there are some that don't. I guess I should always mention it when ordering...whatever, I didn't this time. Once they were ready, I dug in. They were grilled nicely and I really enjoyed my salad. Will we come back again...probably. I really liked the Caesar and would like to try it with Salmon. They also have Grilled Chicken Wings, which we want to try. We've been coming to Twin Peaks for years, including during busy football season, and have always had great experiences and great service. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different and easily our worst experience yet. It wasn't football season, and we had a smaller group than we've had in the past, so we weren't expecting any major delays. Everyone in our group received their food except for two people. We patiently waited, assuming the kitchen was running behind. After about an hour, we finally mentioned it to our server, only for her to say that she thought we had all received our food. What was most disappointing was the lack of attentiveness throughout the meal. Our server never came over to check on us; we consistently had to flag her down whenever we needed something. She also could have clearly seen that two people at our table were still waiting for their meals. We've been loyal customers for years and have always enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. We understand that mistakes and delays can happen, but the lack of communication and attentiveness made the situation much worse. We hope this was an isolated experience because we've had much better service at Twin Peaks in the past. read more

Food, atmosphere and service was great. Wait time was not even 10 minutes on a NBA game 6 night, it was packed. I ordered the red sangria and a water with blackened cod tacos, chips and fire roasted salsa ( came out late), all were delicious. The shot of fireball and blackberry juice made the sangria. Tacos were light and very tasty, chips lightly salted and thin n crispy. Had to ask for salsa because it didn't come w/it. Very tasty for a warm/hit temp., salsa. I could get that to go. My husband ordered chicken tenders and fries w/bbq sauce-nothing to write about. Good and filling but nothing special, presentation was blah. I was visiting the Glendale area and stopped into this Twin Peaks, (Monday 12/30 @12:30 PM). The very attractive bartender greeted me right away and provided me with all the menus (regular menu and specials menu). I started with a large Stella and the mini crispy beef tacos. Everything was great and the tacos arrived quickly, The only issue I had was I wished she would have introduced herself so I would know who I was speaking, otherwise everything was great. I hardly ever feel the need to write a bad review but I was just appalled- I recommended twin peaks to my dad and my family. We went as a big group, we understood there would be a wait- we communicated to the host & asked if it was alright to sit outside order some drinks while we waited- we were told yes. We received the text that our table inside was ready so we head over- my dad had to pay the bill outside before going in meanwhile my uncle went to go get the table. Unfortunately they had given our table away because "we took longer than 5 minutes" we explained the situation, the host was really friendly and understanding however the manger AMBER came out and refused to get us a new table- my dad had paid for the outside drinks and paid ahead for food we hadn't consumed yet because we ordered ahead outside so when we sat inside we wouldn't need to wait as long. She refused to even give us a refund and yelled at us in front of the costumers and repeatedly kept saying she will not get us a table. It got to the point where she turned her back to us to strom off- my uncle followed her to the kitchen to make his point across because she kept yelling and refusing to hear us out. Fish nachos: the blackened fish was not blackened and seasoned enough. Each bite was not distributed well enough. The fresh pineapple was fresh and bright in its own, but overpowered the fish. The salsa was cold. The crunchy beef tacos was balanced beautifully in texture, but the seasoning of the beef was just okay. Finally, the Billionaire's Bacon Burger looked great. I loved the bacon. SERVICE is non existent in this place ! Was there on Saturday 01/10/26 for a NFL playoff game. Party of 11. Madison was our server. I don't understand why it takes more than 15 mins to bring a beer or two. It was not that busy , and I noticed she ( Madison) doesn't bring all the drinks or food like most places , so what's the BIG and I mean BIG delay. While my partner was parking his truck, I sat at the bar and asked the bartender if they had a beer list for their tap beers. Instead of even attempting to help, she just pointed vaguely at a QR code two feet down the bar in front of other people and said, "It's on there," then walked away. I asked if they had any ciders, and the only answer I got was "Angry Orchard," followed by her turning her back and leaving again. There were three bartenders behind the bar, all huddled together chatting, not once asking if I wanted anything, not offering suggestions, not engaging--literally zero effort. We finally got someone's attention and ordered two Kilt Lifters. Minutes later, a manager walked over and told us we needed to leave after we finished our beer, essentially kicking us out with no explanation whatsoever. No issue, no disturbance, nothing--just a rude and bizarre demand after we had finally managed to order. For a place that advertises hospitality and an upbeat atmosphere, this was the complete opposite. Unwelcoming, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing.
