Cucina Tagliani is officially becoming one of our favorite spots! From the moment you walk in, the place is absolutely beautiful it truly feels like you've stepped into another place. The atmosphere alone makes the experience feel special! The service was great, and the appetizers were really good! Unfortunately, the main dish we ordered wasn't our favorite. We got the Pasta Tagliani, I believe the Alfredo with broccoli, prosciutto, and bacon and honestly we messed up with that choice because it just wasn't for us But hey, you can't win them all That definitely won't stop us from coming back, though! My husband had actually been here before and ordered the meatball sandwich, and he said it was SO good that we had to come back together and sit down for the full experience. We went in for appetizers and a Cesar Salad. We went into the bar. The bartender was amazing! Extremely attentive and fast! Both qualities I love in a bartender! If you've never been here, the bread they serve is the perfect match of butter and garlic on focaccia! We each had a glass of wine kicking off the bottle evening nicely! Well, how do I begin to write this review? Our server was Tracy, she is amazing and very welcoming. Because of her i had the best birthday dinner. She helped guide us through the menu, recommendations, and overall very friendly/ helpful. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Very flavorful, you can definitely tell it was fresh. Always have a great time here.. Greeted when coming in the door. Sat in the bar today to watch the football game. Decide to get the soup and salad today. Got cut off!! My wife, myself and a friend of ours were there for a few hours. Our server Bea was so gracious and welcoming and never left the table without a smile or a laugh! I got cut off after 4 or 5 drinks and I will say that I was mad. But, understandably a business needs to maintain their insurance. Thank you Bea! You are the reason we will come back again and again. I guess three is the charm. After two bad experiences, gave this place another try. Sat in the bar and there were six other people but it took 20 minutes to get a drink and another 30 minutes to get bread that we were told was in the oven when we were seated A total of 50 minutes before our meal arrived. A Caesar salad was flavorless, the bread that took forever was raw and soggy, a lobster tail that was supposed to be grilled was boiled, rubbery and flavorless, fettuccine was hard and tough, and the service was horrible. Most of the time we could clearly see our server standing in the next room talking with another server. A couple of regulars were even complaining about the service. I would have given zero stars but we did receive one good entree. We won't be returning. read more

I want to start by saying the waitress was so friendly and absolutely lovely. She was attentive, and made the experience fun! When my boyfriend and I first walked in, an un-uniformed lady, without a name tag, or any sign of being an employee, sat alone on a bench in the empty waiting room and asked us if we were there to eat dinner. A bit confused, we said yes, and then she got up without a word, and walked away out of sight, and then another woman showed up and took us to our table. There's nothing inherently wrong or upsetting about the situation, it was just strange and a little confusing. The mozzarella fritta appetizer was delicious. The rest of the food was average but still enjoyable, It was just expensive for what it was. I would come again if it weren't for the price. But Tagliani's was 80% empty We ordered chicken parmigiana full portion for $26.99. the minestrone soup was great, the service was very good. The issue was Chicken parmigiana' the meat was between 1/8" to 1/4" inch thick with more breading than meat. when I brought to the waitresses attention she told me it's because they use chicken cutlet. in my opinion they should advertise them as breaded chicken cutlet. Third time was not a charm. It was a nightmare. We had been boasting to our friends how great the food and service was. Was, being the key word. We had Gerdy and Parker as servers our first 2 times. This visit was a table of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. We ordered the large appetizer sampler for the table to start. It was ok, nothing spectacular. The lobster Mac & cheese was amazing our first trip so I ordered the lobster m&c, hubby ordered the ribs with lobster M&C, our friends ordered salmon and baked ziti. I don't know what happened but the M & C was so dry, I took one bite and was done with it. It was only lukewarm warm at best. Hubby's ribs were smothered in bbq sauce then charred so much they were black and burnt. Our friend's salmon and baked ziti were also lukewarm warm. Upon raising our complaints to the manager, we were met with resistance and she was only willing to make us another meal. I'm sorry, I don't want you to remake dry Mac and cheese by warming it up with milk. At this point the only person satisfied with their meal was the 7 year old child that had pizza. This manager was very combative and she was only willing remove the adult meals. Our bill was still $70 and none of us will be back. One of the meals included a drink so we were only compensated for the meal and not the drink. A $4 iced tea was charged. Another complaint came from the men in our party. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. There was very few towels and little soap in the dispenser. My final complaint is them allowing dogs posing as a service dog. Prior to leaving and after our $150 check, my 7 year old granddaughter was running to the restroom. In order to access the restrooms you have to go through the bar. A couple with their pet were sitting in the bar. As she ran past the dog, it became aggressive and launched at her. This was clearly not an ADA service animal and should not have been in the restaurant. Especially since it was not trained appropriately. After my third visit it would be a hard pass for me to return. This just shows me that it's all about treating the customer respectfully and having good servers and managers. What you actually get is A HUGE hoagie roll with a lot of dressing, lettuce & tomato, with BARELY ANY lobster meat to be found for $25.99!! The other things were mediocre, that I would've rather go to Olive Garden. But we wanted try some place new. I got the clam chowder and the Shrimp scampi. They definitely weren't chinchy on the shrimps. All sorts of sizes. I am not sure what all was in it but something didn't taste right with the sauce. My son got the kids pizza. Great in size and he liked it a lot. My husband got the lobster hoagie. For someone who likes seafood. Couldn't eat any of it. It's cold. And he wasn't expecting that.
