Espresso Martini / West Coast IPA
Aaron W.

Dropped our kids for volleyball had a little left on the weekly budget and switch 20 minutes till happy our was gonna end we hurried over. Found a seat at the bar and was warmly greased by Ryan who despite handing a very busy time was extremely kind and gracious answer our questions just in time for our order to be placed before HH ended. Wife got the seasonal hummus and carrots and an espresso martini I had a west coast ipa. Only drawback was the seasonal hummus was a bit spicy which can tend to wreck my wife's stomach but this wasn't too bad so she was able to enjoy it. Ryan gladly closed us out and let us hang for a bit before practice and our night came to a close. Thankful for a good spot that's got a good HH for nights just like this.

Had a great birthday dinner with family. The cauliflower wings are the best I have ever had. The salmon entree was delicious. Great cocktails and mocktails. The ambience and service was great! We will definitely be going back

Nice atmosphere without being pretentious. The drinks were good and priced as expected for a nicer place. Their Old Fashioned was spot on. The apps were tasty and well presented. Waitress was really nice and very accommodating. I got a beet salad that was excellent. Their Polenta is a must! I got a burger which didn't disappoint. We also got the Buffalo Cauliflower which was fantastic! I'd highly recommend this place. Sorry for the lack of pics. We had just arrived and I wasn't on my game.

Great service and amazing food! Love this hidden gem of a place in northern Peoria. Always clean and food rotates each time I have been here.

French Toast - texas toast, spiced cream cheese frosting, maple syrup

We decided to try The Stetson Social in Peoria, AZ for Sunday brunch. There's plenty of table, booth and bar seating in two large seating areas, plus a private room with a long table. There is a small patio facing the parking lot as well. Gender-neutral restrooms are available for customers. A few TVs played the Football games while we were there. Lots of good options on the menu. We ordered: - Prickly Pear Mockarita - Spiritless Jalisco 55 n/a Tequila, Prickly Pear Syrup, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice (love their mocktail section on the drink menu. Also lots of good and seasonal drinks I'd like to try. Check out the cold brew + vodka cocktails on the brunch menu!) - French Toast - Texas toast, spiced cream cheese frosting, maple syrup (I really enjoyed this French toast. The cream cheese frosting with the orange peel zest was really delightful. I am a moist cake girl and this was a moist, soft French toast. Very good. Hubs is a dry cake fan and did not like the French toast.) - Short Rib Grilled Cheese - braised short ribs - tillamook cheddar - gruyere - horseradish sauce - caramelized onions - texas toast (tasty with buttery toast and touch of horseradish flavor with tender short rib and cheese that reminds me of French onion soup. This was good, but for $19 I feel there should have been at least double the meat or enough to fill the sandwich) with side of Tomato Cucumber Salad - Fish & Chips - beer battered alaskan cod - cole slaw - shoestring fries - tartar sauce (The minute they set this down in front of Hubs, I was disappointed. We really enjoy fish & chips, and this did not look very good. The batter was burnt and rubbery to the touch or bite. The fish was chewy and dark. The waiter assured us beforehand that the fish here was extremely fresh, so we were shocked when we saw the meal. Hubs said oil tasted burnt as well. He ate a few bites but couldn't handle anymore. He strangely suffered heartburn afterwards despite only eating a few bites from the meal. Hubs also found it hard to eat the fries. They were extremely over-seasoned. There was so much salt it covered his hands. He ended up alerting the staff to what they had served him, and they ultimately decided that it shouldn't have been served and they took it off of our bill. In summary, it seemed like the seasoning on the food was either way too salty or completely bland. Service was a bit odd here. There were only a few customers in the restaurant and a lot of wait staff, but it seemed like it took a while for the server to return to our table.

We came here for an 80th bday celebration. The ENTIRE experience waa memorable. We arrived early and were able to decorate the room. Jackie was awesome. She provided water, her help to decorate etc. she was on top of things the entire visit. She put the football game on in the room so we can stay on top at the same time celebrate. The staff was also so friendly and service was top notch. The food was equally delicious. I had their arugula salad that was fresh. If I had another event I would definitely choose this establishment to hold it. I can't wait to eventually move back to be a regular.

First impressions: more casual inside than I expected. Simple tables & chairs and booths. There is a somewhat separate bar area and then a dining area. Mom's: Yes, there is a baby changing table! I got the wedge salad and it was amazing! It had a grill on it and made it perfect! My guest got the Jalopeno popper burger and he said it was great as well! - there is a long private table room with a table- great for a big dinner party of 10+ people or a work lunch. - Ryan k. Was our server- he was great and very attentive. - Wine selection, amazing. I also heard they change the wine options seasonally. - 1/2 off Wine Bottles on Wednesdays. Their Weekly Specials look intriguing. - 4 stars for atmosphere- I feel like they could benefit from fancy-ing up this place. Get some cozier chairs, throw a chandelier in there, add some table candles, etc. - overall experience: all positive, employees all were working hard, had smiles on their faces and were always attentive to us.

The bartender was friendly and attentive, and took our order quickly. By the time we arrived they had already sold out of the bone marrow small plate and the tomahawk steak. Totally understandable for the last seating of the night, but those were two of the dishes we were really looking forward to trying. The main reason for 1 less star. It's a cool little spot for drinks and a gourmet bite. The kitchen, bar, and seating area are fairly compact. Even though the kitchen is ventilated, you can still feel a bit of the heat and smoke coming off the grill. We ordered the grilled romaine salad (they do charge a small upcharge if you split plates), along with the bao buns and the wagyu meatballs. Everything was well presented, tasty. Overall, a great option for the west side if you're looking for elevated bar bites and good drinks. My tip: grab an earlier reservation if you can, so you have a better chance at the popular dishes before they sell out.

There wasn't anything that stood out about the sides, they were just okay. Our server was very pleasant, she had a large table of 12 in addition to us and other 'regular' sized tops, so her visits back to our table were less frequent then we would have liked. One thing we base service on is whether our beverages are refilled before they are finished and we had to ask a runner to refill our beverages because we hadn't seen our server for sometime. We came to this restaurant because it was close to where we were staying and we wanted a good steak. They have an extensive wine list and of course bourbon.

Bourbon & Bones - Worth Every Penny…read more We were looking for a special place to celebrate my birthday and wanted to try something new. I've been really into bourbon the last few years, so a great steak and an excellent Old Fashioned were high on my list. I was thrilled to snag reservations at Bourbon & Bones just a few days out. I requested a booth in the special requests, and when we arrived they already had a beautiful booth set aside for us, which was a great start to the night. The atmosphere is intimate, upscale, and welcoming without feeling stuffy. Our waitress, Kailyn, was fantastic -- attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant -- and she was supported by William, who was equally great. Our friends were running late, but we never felt rushed or pressured, which really allowed us to enjoy the experience. We were greeted with crusty bread, whipped butter, and salted pretzel breadsticks -- all excellent. The bourbon and whiskey list is massive, easily the most extensive I've ever seen at a restaurant . I started with their Pre-Prohibition Old Fashioned, which normally comes with Knob Creek 12, but they happily let me swap in Michter's American US*1. It was very good. Later, my buddy and I tried the Imperial Old Fashioned, a barrel-aged cocktail that can be served smoked tableside. The presentation was impressive, and the flavor lived up to it. Easily one of the best Old Fashioneds I've ever had . For appetizers, everything was a hit. My wife loved the short rib martinis so much she ordered a second. I had the jumbo shrimp cocktail from the raw bar, and they were the best shrimp cocktail I've ever had. As expected with a high-end steakhouse, sides are served à la carte and meant for sharing. We ordered the mac & cheese, sweet potato casserole, and I also had a jumbo short rib baked potato plus a cup of French onion soup, which was outstanding. For my entrée, I ordered the 10oz filet Oscar style with crab and hollandaise . The steak was cooked perfectly -- juicy, tender, and beautifully crusted -- and the crab was a perfect addition. The baked potato was massive and had to come home with me. The sweet potato casserole reminded me of Thanksgiving with an amazing brown sugar crust on top. This was the most expensive meal I've ever had, but the food, service, atmosphere, and overall experience made it worth every penny. A perfect spot for a celebration, and I would absolutely return. Clean restaurant, great atmosphere, phenomenal staff -- five stars without hesitation.

One of the waitresses remembers us every time we come in, which is awesome! Last time I was here I got the quesadilla and my husband got the burger which during happy hour I believe was only $10 for his meal, and $4 for pints of beers. They always have sports playing on the TVs as well as several different games to play like ping-pong and foosball. It is nice because it's right on the golf course so you can play a round of golf or do the driving range and come here after. The vibe of the place is very laid back and family friendly. You cannot bring dogs unless they are service animals so just keep that in mind. It is tucked away in Arrowhead Neighborhood, but GPS takes you right there. The parking lot does have potholes, but it's not a big enough deal to warrant a four star review. We will definitely be coming back again.

Yeah, confusing. So I waited; I didn't see any orders on the shelf yet- but a, 'we're working on your order', would have been useful. I decided to visit the restrooms. For having 10 people working, they should have been spotless, but they weren't.
