    Vein in shrimp
    Laura P.

Came here for the first time and oh my god was it busy! I do have to say the customer service was great they are on top of everything. They have a good system going on getting people in and out. Numbers being called overhead. You get charged once you're in before they sit you. You get your table then they bring your drinks out and you can go get your food. Plates are at almost every corner of the food isles. I tried to taste everything but there was so much!! It was good the only thing I didn't care for was the shrimp (with the head, not of the fan of the eyes). But they don't clean out the vein and the shrimp was over cooked! The place is nice it's just that the tables are too close together. I felt like the table next to me was with us. Tried to get pictures of most of the isles.

Number 1 buffet is located in the Gateway Crossing plaza. I called in advance to find out if they were open on Christmas. They are open on every important holiday. They quoted me the price of the meal as well. When we arrived, you pay for your meal in advance. Prices were elevated and not what staff had quoted. Not happy, but we shrugged and paid the fee. They had special items like duck, short ribs, crab legs, salted crab, roast beef plus their usual items. Salads, dim sum, sushi, sashimi, soups, beef, pork, chicken, hibachi, veggies, and desserts. Our fave stop is the sashimi/sushi table. Staff are constantly making new sushi. Staff were very prompt to bus dishes. Lots of selections. Plenty of parking.

Almost 8.00 for a service fee

First off this place is ripping people off by charging a 12% service fee on top of whatever your bill is to pay for straws, napkins, and their employees wages is what the manager said. The manager also said it's legal because it's legal in California. The food is just mediocre for the price they charge anyway and the service is horrible. Since when is it ok to add your own fees???? Never again!!! This place should be boycotted. Mandarin Buffet is so much better and they rip people off by adding a service fee.

    Food with black hair.

Price: $20.99 for Dinner on a Saturday. 12% service fee on all parties. 90 minute time limit. It was very noisy, a lot of people. Not much room to walk around and you'd probably bump into people at least once while you're there. There's a lot of food. The sushi bar is really nice. There's poke bowls and you could create your own. However, found hair in my food three times. It's about 1-2 inches, black hair. It completely ruined my appetite. I wouldn't go back since I felt rushed. I would rather go to other buffets since this one charges a service fee and I'm not sure if that's given directly to the servers or not.

We've passed here before and have always wanted to try. Decided to try for date night. Lots of people waiting outside and inside during Saturday night dinner rush. BUT they told us it would only be 15 minutes for 2 people. Not bad at all. Plethora of food options!! Biggest hits were the seafood! They even have a hibachi station where you pick everything and it made to order. Super busy place. The biggest salad bar I've seen with Poke options too! We will be back! Be prepared to wait a bit especially if with a large party!

Hands down the best Asian buffet place I've ever been to. The service is quick and pretty friendly. They came by often to take away plates and were helpful! The establishment was a lot nicer and cleaner than most other places. So many options for food!!

Business card. Offered 15% discount on next visit

They charge 12% up front for customer service tip to be shared among staff and then say you should leave a tip. Waitress was good so we did. The food was all cold. When we said something was told they fill it up as it gets busier. They also didn't remove night menu tags over the food so half was marked wrong. I will not go back there. Food was sub standard.

It's located in a big plaza, happy to see plenty of parkings. The place was nice, suitable for big groups and families. I love how many choices they offered. They got sushi, seafood, Chinese, Mongolian, Cajun, etc. I'm genuinely surprised they have sashimi, usually buffet only offer sushi but they provide protein only options. The service was quick and easy, it's a buffet so they were focusing more on self-services. The dinner price for me total at $25.87 ( A pink lemonade included I believe it was $2.99). Will visit again if I'm around the area.

Watch your bills, they add 12% service fee on it and also was after taxes, and they told you this wasn't tips,They ask for tips for it, unbelievable and ridiculous, won't be back again

Came here today and hype is there guys. This place is very well cleaned and always stocked. The dining area is very well light and the buffet area as well. The food was hot and fresh and well stocked. The sushi was amazing as well and the desert section was good too. Our server was okay. Didn't check up and had to wave her down for more drinks. Overall I would come back again and for the food. Good jobs everybody.

Okurrrrr. Stumbled across this gem while I was staying in AZ for a mini getaway. I saw a tik tok vid and decided to come in and check out the hype. Is it really the Number 1 buffet!? Came in on a Sunday night around 7pm - it was lit! Came in got a # and was seated within 30 minutes which was the expected wait time. They have a good seating system, and was very organized. Probably not good for larger groups - If you come on a busy night. Ok, so on a Sunday the price for adult dinner was $19.99 and $13.99 for kids (10 yr old). For the price, not bad at all! Food was fresh and hot, they were constantly refilling the crabs and the food. You do have to pay $2.99 for soda but feee refills - holler!! 12% service is included. I would say there's a good selection of eats! I had to have the crab legs of course - they weren't as meaty but what do you expect since they're not in season. The hibachi grill was yummy especially since they're made my egg the way I wanted - still drooling over that yolk! Pork Dumplings was amazing! My husband discovered the poke bowl section after I was on my 4th round. I couldn't fit it in! lol but he said it was fresh and delish!!! Wasn't too fond of dessert but they did have blue ribbon ice cream which was a plus! Went well with my deep fried Chinese donut! Overall experience was great! Staff was attentive, always cleaning our dirty dishes. I gave them 4 stars because they didn't have my Diet Coke, so I opted for Pepsi. I'll be back for sure! Food is worth the price. #1 buffet in AZ in my book! But then that's the only buffet I've eaten at . Go try it! Highly recommend. Literally need to go to the gym after that shmorgesbor!

We've actually been to this resto a few times. Weekends they are very busy, and weekdays not so much. They have pretty decent choices of entrees in their buffet lines. They also keep the food lines clean and replenish. This is your typical Chinese buffet. Decent food for a decent price. Also, their weekends prices are slightly higher because they serve snow crabs.

Interior of a restaurant featuring wooden ceiling panels, multiple recessed lights, and stained glass pendant lamps. Diners are seated at tables, and a food counter with a sign reading 'Grill & BBQ Hibachi' is visible.

Are there snow crab legs on Friday dinner?

Yes they do. Call them to make certain they haven't changed.

Does anyone know what the 12% service charge is for even when you pay cash?

Even you pay with cash there is a 12% service charge. I asked about it. Just don't tip at the end.

What is the difference between lunch and dinner besides the price? Thanks in advance!

My experience has been a lower price but also usually a smaller portion. Also for this particular place it would also be the foods that they would have like dinner foods as opposed to lunch type foods.

Anyone know if they're open on thanksgiving day and if so is crab legs going to be available?

I believe they will be open but best to call to verify. Couldn't tell ya about the crab legs. We don't eat them so we're not concerned about them! Sorry...😑 We're too busy chowing down on the other good stuff!!! 😋

Anyone know if they let you reserve for big parties, ie 20-30ppl?? UPDATE: they don't take any kind…

I don't see why not! I don't think they would want a party of that size just to descend on them. Best to call them and ask. Check your receipt! "Gratuity " has now been switched to "Service Fee." I asked "Is this the tip?" and I was told "Yes."

    Is sashimi served during lunch?

    Yes it is 👍🏻

Do they serve crabs during lunch time?

I believe crab legs are served at the discretion of the restaurant. We didn't see any during our visit but if you look at the Yelp reviews, some show crab legs during the lunch hours. You'll have better luck at the dinner hour. If you have your… Read more

We parked on the top floor of the parking garage and for whatever reason, the elevator took a while to show up and take us down to the casino floor. We almost used the stairs. But we did get there, and it was kind of close to the starting time of the concert too, but it was easy to get into the venue area with our rewards card. They had food for sale, but we skipped it (it smelled wonderful) and headed to the concert area, which was just an open area next to the 5 story parking garage, bordered by the service roads accessing the parking garage and laid down with short astroturf. The performance stage seemed kind of small, and the seating area seemed just adequate (many of us who showed up not-early had to stand), but it got the job done. The folding chairs were quite padded, which was nice (we did get a seat maybe 2/3 of the way through the concert, when a group of people left). Even for Bruno Mars (777 was the name of their tribute group), the average age of the audience seemed to skew pretty high, with a sea of white hair. But we all had a good time, even if we didn't get out of our seats or dance until the very last song. The only difficulty was this particular night had a very chilly wind blowing constantly and I didn't have a jacket with me, so I was quite cold. We jetted out of there just after the last song, and we were able to traverse the casino and parking garage and exit quickly and easily. I had wanted to roam around the casino after the concert, but I was so cold and tired from the wind (it felt like a whole bucket of dust had been wind-blown into my eyes), that I just wanted to go home after. Too bad a casino of this size can't do an indoor event, but I was still glad I went. Next time if the weather is better, I'll spend more time in the gaming area. :)

I had called ahead of time to make sure the show wasn't a 21+ and was told no as long as he was with a guardian and didn't enter the casino. Desk clerk gave us another ticket so we wouldn't encounter any problems with entry. Great set up outside with lots of chairs and high tops. Food stations and beverages. The only problem we occurred was with a security guard. We parked on the 5th floor of the garage and was standing looking at the concert stage and he told us we couldn't watch it was a ticket only event. Dude, it's free. We could have stood on Northern Ave and watched from the road. I would totally come back to have date night.
