Great service, a bit expensive, the breadsticks are bread, so good when hot, but overall unnecessary. Good food though!

The food is always amazing. Service is always fast and excellent. The ambiance is always welcoming 10/10 recommend for a wing spot.

Recently bought a house near the epic wings in Glendale so I've gone there twice and both times the wings were truly epic! I always order my wings extra crispy and every time I order them extra crispy from there they have been exactly that! The sauces are great and the turnaround time is pretty quick. Someone mentioned that epic wings used to be wings and things? I remember wings and things. When they first started they were really good and then they went downhill. Epic wings has turned it around with the name change! Great place I'll keep going! So I've got to update my review. I don't know if they got a new wing cook or what but the last two times that I've gone to the restaurant my wings have not been extra crispy. I can't stand soggy wings. I thought it was an anomaly the first time but I went back again tonight and once again soggy mushy wings. It'll be a while before I go back if I go back. Your wings went from being the best around to inedible. read more

Epic wings is the best The wing sauce is so unique and delicious. The breadsticks dipped in sauce and ranch is amazing too. I once drove 2 hours to get here, ate and drove 2 hours back to where I was staying. it was sooooi worth it!! read more

A restaurant's success is made up of equal parts food service and people, and I just had an EPIC experience. Dan, the GM, made the experience awesome before I ever tasted any food. He was friendly kind and took a lot of time to explain the different food options for my first time in. I ordered six wings, with side of vegetables and breadsticks, and got free hand cut fries as a result of signing up for their rewards program. Everything was delicious, good portions, and serve served fast. It's a very casual restaurant not a lot of ambience but it doesn't really matter, the food was great. As a nice bonus prize Dane even gave me a small sample of their chicken and rice bowl which I had asked him about but did not order! read more

Not very clean. Not well coordinated so turnaround is slow. Employees are not focused on CX; they're just there to take orders, cook some chicken, then go home. read more

I grew up in Southern California, where Epic Wings--formerly known as Wings N' Things--is practically a staple. Having tried several wing spots around Arizona, I can confidently say that none of them hit like Epic Wings. From the texture of their strips (my personal go-to) to the rich, tangy buffalo wing sauce and their perfectly baked breadsticks, everything was exactly as I remembered--delicious and satisfying. I live in Gilbert and will travel all the way to Glendale for these wings--that's how much they're worth it! The strips come in a four-piece meal, and the portion size is generous--typically enough for two meals. I usually eat two strips and save the rest for later. Service was also great. The staff, particularly the young gentleman who helped me, was polite, friendly, and accommodating. Everything looked clean, from the dining area to the bathrooms, which added to the overall positive experience. If there's one area for improvement, it's the atmosphere. I'm used to a more lively environment at wing spots, with sports games playing on the TVs. While there was one game on in the distance, most screens seemed to be showing news or other non-sports content, which made the space feel less engaging. Since I dined in, I ended up watching something on my phone instead. Overall, Epic Wings did not disappoint. The food, service, and cleanliness were all on point, and I'll definitely be back. If they could enhance the in-store atmosphere with more sports-centric entertainment, it would be an even better experience. read more

$1 wings who can say no?? Ordered the Thai chili wings and they did the job! Kids ordered the buffalo wings and they were just as good! My only issue here was they were out of ice and we had to wait for the guy to come back from walk mart to refill the machine. That combined with a non working AC (they had huge fans blowing) The team members were super nice! Customer service here definitely took a 4 star review to 5. I would strongly encourage the owners to invest in fixing some of the small issues around the restaurant read more

Hello business owner, no I don't feel it necessary to modify my original review after your "clarification." I very much know what a cleaning product looks like compared to sanitizer. I also know that when you use hand sanitizer, you rub it in your hand in and it drys seconds later..this product was thin, watery, blue in color in a clear bottle with a spray nozzle that he sprayed in his hand and then grabbed a wad of brown paper towel to then wipe it all off. Don't gaslight your reviews to try to change the narrative. No, I would not eat there. read more

First time eating here. Service was great. Very friendly and set good expectations of a wait time. Food was delicious. I had the BBQ strips meal and my wife had the 5 medium flavor wings meal. Good music and friendly environment. We will definitely eat here again. read more

The wings were good and the service was great! The wings are a little too large for me, but im also super picky with wings. They were fried to perfection and tasted great. The place is clean and we'd definitely come back and get some wings when we are in the area! read more

My first time here was great. Daniel help me with the menu and provided great customer service!

I visit this particular Epic Wings every year at this time while I am in town for spring training. The store is always clean and environment, like music volume and dining room temperature, are perfect. The chicken is perfect, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I love the mango habernero sauce. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. I would visit more often if we had one in the bay area. read more

It was our first time coming to epic wings and would definitely recommend this place. The worker at the register was super attentive, nice, and helpful with explaining the menu. The chicken was soooo good. Will be coming back for sure, even though it's a drive from home!! read more

Always amazing service and great wings here highly recommend the breadsticks. The ambiance here was amazing and the lemon pepper wings were amazing read more

E everything was amazing as always, the food. The customer service the timeliness of the order as well as the restaurant cleanliness. Only thing I would change is being able to call the restaurant and their phones work; my understanding their phone systems are down and have been down for almost 3 weeks you can call and they pick up the phone, but they can't hear the customer and the customer cannot hear them so the general manager needs to get new phones read more

Food: 3.5/5 We ordered 24 wings with 6 each of spicy chili, mango habanero, buffalo sauce, and lemon pepper. Most of the wings were cooked well! However some of the wings were smaller and a little on the dry side. The lemon pepper was underwhelming and had almost no flavor once you take in the bite. Mango habanero had a good amount of spice but the mango flavor was barely hanging on and the distinction from the spicy chili was mild. Good amount of sweet in the sauce though! I'm not a fan of buffalo so I didn't try that. Service: 5/5 We can right at opening without realizing. They were still heating up the oil so it was about 25 minutes to get our food. Price: 3/5 I'm just really happy there was good juice in the most of the wings! read more

Fire fire had the spicy lemon pepper wings they old schooled it and put it in a brown bag classic touch

The food and store setup are very nice. Also service is very welcoming which makes people want to come back to.

My husband and I just had the best experience at this location! Quick service and delicious food. Josiah took our order, corrected a mistake and brought our food quickly. He was so friendly and helpful! Definitely needs a promotion!! read more

The wings were the size of El Pollo Loco's drumsticks (legs)!! The wings were so JUICY that when my hubby bit into one, the chicken juice literally squirted out across the table onto MY plate and onto the table too!! It was hilarious!! Because he ordered the buffalo sauce, there was orange splattered on my plate and on the table! The wings were cooked PERFECTLY!! Not over cooked and not under cooked! The skin was super crazy crispy!! The bread was AMAZING!! It took a little bit of time to get our food served (order at the counter and the gal dropped it off to us at our table). Obviously, everything was cooked FRESH and upon us ordering!! There was a lot of care and obvious pride put into serving excellence!! I can certainly see why Epic Wings get so many good reviews!! The employee who took our order, Esmeralda, is an asset to the restaurant, and the person or persons who prepared the food are too!! Esmeralda helped me with my dilemma between two flavor choices that I had narrowed down between the many choices!! She was spot on with her recommendation! It was so tasty!! The bread and the HUGE wings won us over!! I have never had such tasty bread other than going to Pine Top, Arizona, to the bakery called Baked in Pinetop! The bread didn't look as good as it tasted!!! I wasn't expecting a WOW factor with the bread, but it delivered beyond expectation!! The JUICY and perfectly cooked wings did too!! I wish we lived closer! We dropped our teen off at Main Event for a birthday party, which is nearby. I'm thinking about having dinner at Epic Wings after we pick him up later this evening! LOL!! read more

I've been coming here since this location opened. My favorite wings in the west side of town. The breadsticks are so delicious! 10/10

They never answer the phones. It actually goes a to a different number when you call. Couldn't order

I love the wings and breadstick, always fresh and hot. Only thing I would suggest is being able to choose more than 2 flavors on the family pack or any meal. I wanted 6 hot, 6 garlic Parmesan, 6 Mild and 6 lemon pepper but was only able to choose 12 mild and 12 hot. Was a bit disappointing as I love your guys Lemon Pepper just as much as I do mild and my partner wanted to try the Garlic Parmesan. Otherwise food is delicious just wish we could choose more than 2 flavors for the meal for 2 & Family pack. read more

Absolutely horrible! Both times I went here got my order wrong and took forever to get it right! On top of it I was literally the only customer there!!! Then when the order was done it was 3 strips cut in half that they served me when I ordered a double meal which is 8 strips!!! Talk about a rip off!!! Then when I asked for the rest they told me they will make 4 more which would still add up to 7 strips like wtf! I decided to get a refund and it never even refunded! Staff looked like deer in the headlights! The lady taking my order went and sat with her family and the cooks were definitely under trained! No energy depressing and def not a place I will be returning. EVER! Love the California location but this place is a stain on the brand! read more

Love this place for a long time but the last few time we've noticed the new ownership had new people working and it's not what it was for worse unfortunately! Food is still pretty similar but service went down. Grosses part is the teenager behind the counter is always eating and licking his finger ( so was the owner this time ) and just passing stuff out .. long story short food is a 4/5. But everything else makes this place 2/5. Don't know how much longer we will be coming here . I can't imagine what's happening in the back ! read more

My friends and I head to Epic Wings every Friday after classes, and I can confidently say it's my favorite wing spot in Arizona. The sauce is incredible, the breadsticks are always fresh, and the chicken is perfectly crispy every time. If you're a fan of wings, this place is a must-try! read more

The best wings in the West Valley. Customer service is rated #1 and it's very clean. The food is made fresh and is always hot. My family I have been their 3 times and each time the food is fabulous. So much yes for chicken wings! Been craving good wings, noticed this was a new place and decided to order for takeout. I ordered their family plan that comes with wings and breadsticks. Additionally order two sides of fries. Customer service over the phone was friendly. When I got there my order was ready and didn't have to wait (thankfully). I ordered our wings plain with the sauces on the side. I couldn't be more pleased with our order. The wings are a decent size not tiny wings that you sometimes get at some places. They gave us plenty of sauces. The celery and carrots were fresh! The blue cheese taste so good! The fries were also fresh you can tell they are not frozen or cardboard fries but natural. Let's talk about breadsticks omg hands down one of the best breadsticks I have eaten. Even after the next day they were still fresh and not stale! Will definitely be coming back for more and trying out there our dishes! read more

Can't believe I just paid $36 for 12 wings, breadsticks, and fries. Let's get this out of the way first. Breadsticks don't belong anywhere near wings. These are tasteless and boring 3/10. If I wanted breadsticks I would just go to Olive Garden Fries and wings belong together, and this menu layout makes it complicated to get a good amount of wings with fries without over paying. There needs to be a option of a meal with wings and fries. Whoever designed the menu needs to be fired immediately Now to service. We had a total of two orders in front of us And we waited over 40 minutes for just our wings to arrive. The fries took another 10 minutes. Nobody wants to eat wings without fries. Good thing I had a brick of a breadstick to eat my wings with Two stars only because the fries and wings were okay but wayyyy too overpriced. Won't be coming back read more

We waited 36 minutes after ordering our food. The bathrooms were disgusting and the toilets did not flush.

Ugh these tenders are some of the best. We literally found out last night they opened in Phoenix and we drove all the way from Tucson the next day! We love the franchise in San Diego and they are just as good in Phoenix! They are beyond worth the drive the food was fresh and hot. The tenders are just covered is sauce and are just amazing. Would recommend always if you're craving wings! read more

The cashier disappeared to the back the entire time. Only came out when a cook rang the bell. I asked for ranch and she said they were in the bag- I only got one. I would've paid for an additional ranch. The restaurant was a mess - a high chair in the middle of the restaurant, the table were filthy... I've been to the locations in Santee, CA and El Cajon, CA. Neither store location looked like that- ever. First time back in a few years. I'm going to wait to go back San Diego locations for better experience read more

Found my new wing spot! We ordered the medium traditional wings and the sauce is sooo good. The wings were crispy like we asked when ordering. The breadsticks are to die for! Definitely better then Olive Garden breadsticks. We ordered a side of fries and I will say they weren't very good at all. They were way too salty. I definitely recommend and will be back! read more

Place looks like a decent size, not to big or to small. Since it's new in our area so we decided to come check it out. The place looks clean and friendly staff. The decor of the place reminds me of panda express and its pretty straight forward. You go up to the cashier to order and pay them they give you the table number and you can sit anywhere you like. We ordered 10 wings with bones, a couple bread sticks, and fries. We also requested a few side dipping sauce: 2 ranch, lemon pepper, hot sauce, and garlic parmesan. I think the wings are over cooked and dry. In out of all the sauces we requested, I like the lemon pepper and of course ranch the most. The hot sauce have a kick to it but it was bland and the garlic parmesan have so much butter in it so it also tasted bland. As for the bread sticks, it's just plain bread, it's not garlic bread sticks. Fries was fresh and crispy. Unfortunately, I would rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop. I think Epic Wing is overpriced and the wings are dry. read more
