A restaurant's success is made up of equal parts food service and people, and I just had an EPIC experience. Dan, the GM, made the experience awesome before I ever tasted any food. He was friendly kind and took a lot of time to explain the different food options for my first time in. I ordered six wings, with side of vegetables and breadsticks, and got free hand cut fries as a result of signing up for their rewards program. Hello business owner, no I don't feel it necessary to modify my original review after your "clarification." I very much know what a cleaning product looks like compared to sanitizer. I also know that when you use hand sanitizer, you rub it in your hand in and it drys seconds later..this product was thin, watery, blue in color in a clear bottle with a spray nozzle that he sprayed in his hand and then grabbed a wad of brown paper towel to then wipe it all off. I grew up in Southern California, where Epic Wings--formerly known as Wings N' Things--is practically a staple. Having tried several wing spots around Arizona, I can confidently say that none of them hit like Epic Wings. From the texture of their strips (my personal go-to) to the rich, tangy buffalo wing sauce and their perfectly baked breadsticks, everything was exactly as I remembered--delicious and satisfying. I live in Gilbert and will travel all the way to Glendale for these wings--that's how much they're worth it! The strips come in a four-piece meal, and the portion size is generous--typically enough for two meals. I usually eat two strips and save the rest for later. Service was also great. The staff, particularly the young gentleman who helped me, was polite, friendly, and accommodating. Everything looked clean, from the dining area to the bathrooms, which added to the overall positive experience. If there's one area for improvement, it's the atmosphere. I'm used to a more lively environment at wing spots, with sports games playing on the TVs. While there was one game on in the distance, most screens seemed to be showing news or other non-sports content, which made the space feel less engaging. Since I dined in, I ended up watching something on my phone instead. Overall, Epic Wings did not disappoint. The food, service, and cleanliness were all on point, and I'll definitely be back. $1 wings who can say no?? Ordered the Thai chili wings and they did the job! Kids ordered the buffalo wings and they were just as good! My only issue here was they were out of ice and we had to wait for the guy to come back from walk mart to refill the machine. Food: 3.5/5 We ordered 24 wings with 6 each of spicy chili, mango habanero, buffalo sauce, and lemon pepper. Most of the wings were cooked well! However some of the wings were smaller and a little on the dry side. The lemon pepper was underwhelming and had almost no flavor once you take in the bite. Mango habanero had a good amount of spice but the mango flavor was barely hanging on and the distinction from the spicy chili was mild. Good amount of sweet in the sauce though! I'm not a fan of buffalo so I didn't try that. Service: 5/5 We can right at opening without realizing. They were still heating up the oil so it was about 25 minutes to get our food. I love the wings and breadstick, always fresh and hot. Only thing I would suggest is being able to choose more than 2 flavors on the family pack or any meal. I wanted 6 hot, 6 garlic Parmesan, 6 Mild and 6 lemon pepper but was only able to choose 12 mild and 12 hot. Was a bit disappointing as I love your guys Lemon Pepper just as much as I do mild and my partner wanted to try the Garlic Parmesan. Place looks like a decent size, not to big or to small. Since it's new in our area so we decided to come check it out. The place looks clean and friendly staff. The decor of the place reminds me of panda express and its pretty straight forward. You go up to the cashier to order and pay them they give you the table number and you can sit anywhere you like. We ordered 10 wings with bones, a couple bread sticks, and fries. We also requested a few side dipping sauce: 2 ranch, lemon pepper, hot sauce, and garlic parmesan. I think the wings are over cooked and dry. In out of all the sauces we requested, I like the lemon pepper and of course ranch the most. The hot sauce have a kick to it but it was bland and the garlic parmesan have so much butter in it so it also tasted bland. As for the bread sticks, it's just plain bread, it's not garlic bread sticks. Fries was fresh and crispy. Unfortunately, I would rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop.
