I have been to ATL wings all around the valley, OFTEN. With all due respect, this location needs to close down and give up on this business. I have came to this location multiple times and they have never had the biscuits in stock. Today they not only didn't have biscuits but they did not have ATL seasoning... that's beyond me. But what made me come on here and write this was not the lack of ingredients. It is because you'd think if they lacked in one area that they'd actually pick up in another. NOPE. It's all around ZERO'S on the board. I didn't get biscuits, nor ATL style fries but what I did get is over cooked, dry, hate filled wings. I hope I can update yall on this actually because I am on my way to take this back honestly! read more

First off let me just say the older lady taking the orders... SO DAMN RUDE. There was no "welcome in" no acknowledgment whatsoever. My husband and I waited by the cashier machine while she just stood back. No eye contact, nothing. Couple minutes passed and she finally said "you ready to place your order" and I replied "yes" she then proceded to give me instructions on how to order. I was baffled because she was talking so damn fast (while she paced side to side) and while I was trying to give her my order she was talking when it wasn't necessary to yap! It was then my husband's turn for her to take his order and he followed her instructions. She had to tell him to slow down because all of a sudden he was giving his order TOO FAST. SMH! Our orders were placed, we went to get our drinks and it was a damn joke. There was only Diet Pepsi, Mtn Dew & Dr Pepper. The rest was out of order. We received our food... the wings lacked sauce & were dry. The fries were good. First and last time we visit this ATL. It's really disappointing the lack of hospitality given and the food was not giving the ATL we once loved. Let's hope they don't get closed down like the others. Best of luck. read more

Negative experience. I asked for boneless chicken and was served what looked like NUGGETS in sauce. In the moment, I forgot to take a picture. When I brought it up, the old lady at the front was dismissive and said, 'baby, that's our boneless, we've always had it like that,' which felt disrespectful and condescending. I visit this location at least once a month and have never been served it this way before. The interaction was rude, and I'm disappointed with how this location is being run and questioning how they are still in business read more

If it's not the service, it's the food. I have been to this location 5 different times and each time I leave questioning why I continue to give it a chance. But I'm coo after this. Why not just say y'all are out of boneless wings instead of giving smothered chicken nuggets? I might as well went to McDonald's and spent the same $7 and got a meal that tastes better. read more

I used to really enjoy this place and it was one of my favs, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Today I ordered wings and fries, and unfortunately the quality was far below what I expected. The fries were served cold, and the wings tasted like literal frozen chicken, rather than fresh. After only one bite, I started feeling stomach discomfort. The wings also looked more like chicken nuggets covered in sauce than actual wings. I'm sharing this because I've had much better experiences here before and hope they can improve their food quality and consistency. read more

Good always. But always someone with attitude and it's always a 40-50 min wait. Smh can never be consistent on customer service There are some really nice girls in there, but it's always someone there with the attitude Really exhausting I got my own shit lol I ain't coming to be friends with nobody. I can't ever get some food. Very simple if you don't like your job quick. read more

I'm adding a review because the owners requested it when placing an order online. There was nobody in the lobby. The cashier was highly irritable (to be respectful) and seemed annoyed that we were picking up food from this restaurant. She slammed the food on the counter. We got home to find out that we were shorted a few wings. I love their food but really considering driving further out before I give up on this chain. read more

It definitely wasn't my first choice but my first and last time. I purchased the six wings, asked for flats $8.98 TAX $1.03 a total of $12.97. I paid then realized the price wasn't adding up!! I asked the young lady at the register about the $3 difference she stated she didn't know. I suggested she find out, she proceeded to do so and informed me FLATS are an extra $3. I requested my money back and suggested the staff inform customers of this charge before confirming their orders. I definitely do not recommend this place OVER charging/robbing their customers is completely Ludacris. read more

Lady was super rude for no reason, not a good first impression, if I could say what i really wanted to say I'd go off, she needs to stay home she doesn't know how to work the register they need someone who knows how to and she can stay her rude ah home cause she obviously doesn't want to be there. read more

The register lady was rude as hell she didn't know how to work the register and was saying we're making her life harder, it is her job if she doesn't want to work here then don't work, or find manners the manager or owner should definitely look into her behavior and either hire young nicer people then old rude mannered people or have her fix her manners and work ethic. read more

Food was bad and they forgot part of my order so I had to go back and they only gave me some of the missing item overpriced as well

Way over priced for what you get they nickel and dime you. I got one ranch for my big ass meal. Regardless of the many bad reviews. My husband and I stopped by to give a try. Customer service and communication wasn't something the employee is capable of delivering. The lady at the counter let some other customer skip right in front of us, with no problem. No apology for the wait. Or even a simple smiling face. (I asked her how she was doing, very nonchalant behavior). We spend almost $40 for a 18 piece which didn't include drinks or fries. (Was told to ring up individually). At first we were gonna dine in. But the atmosphere wasn't giving any type of welcoming environment. So we asked for Togo. 18 wings , a fries all stuffed in a small little lunch box. All for unreasonable price! The fries look like "bottom of the barrel" and the wings weren't sauced or "wet" very much dry. Oh and we didn't ask for wings to be well done/fried hard or whatever but they clearly are. Definitely a WASTE read more

5 stars for flavor, 1 star for employees, product value, and food consistency. I decided to support this small business during this corona virus pandemic by placing an online order. I paid for 48 wings half medium/half chefs special and two batches of fries. Let me just say it is ridiculous to charge a fee to have two different sauces. 50 cents for what??? The extra 20 seconds to grab a different sauce bottle? I had read pretty bad reviews so I decided to check my order before leaving. Upon opening my container of wings I asked my roommates if they thought they looked dry. We all agreed they did so I went up to the cashier girl. I ask her if we could possibly get them tossed in more sauce. She says, "What about just two sides of sauces? Let me get my manager." This tall young man hoovers over me (I'm really short so it instantly felt like a man trying to intimidate me) and says he's the manager. He doesn't ask me what's wrong or "how can I help you?". Verbatim I say, "Hi, I'm sorry but these wings we ordered are pretty dry and so I asked the cashier if we could have additional sauce." I show him the wings and he replies, "These sauces soak into the wings. Have you even tried a bite? Try a bite before I give you more." Seriously? You want me to open my wings and place them where? The counters that have been exposed to several guests during a freaking pandemic? I retort back, "I've been here many times previously and this is not consistent with orders I've had. These are expensive wings so I would appreciate getting my money's worth." The manager rolls his eyes and says, "but we charge extra". Please look at the online order options screen shot I took. Where the hell is there an option for extra sauce??? Long story short he walks to the back and comes back with two 2 oz sauces for FORTY EIGHT WINGS. I tell him thank you anyways and he doesn't even look me in the eye or acknowledge me. I think it's pretty wild that I was treated like I'm someone trying to get a freebie I paid 50 cents for split sauces and 75 cents each for three extra ranches. Please fix your attitudes and quit being so damn defensive to loyal customers that weren't even rude to begin with. Check out the pictures of my wings and screenshot of the website. read more

took 45 mins to get my food everyone who order after me got their food in 5 mins and my food taste old not fresh

The food was ready 5 minutes after paying.. the wings looked old like if they've been sitting there and they refried them. I asked the guy if he can make me new ones and said no that they make them fresh every time and I asked for a sauce since they were dry and said I had to pay for it, no comprehension at all. I loveeeew ATL wings they're seriously the best wings ever. Always so crispy you could never go wrong with their wings and they're amazing fries. Never offered a refund, but were very reluctant to say the managers name. Btw wings were under cooked!! Ridiculous 2 young girls left to run your business?? Worst customer service ever. Staff was rude. Called in to order and when I picked up my order it was wrong. I took it back and they took it to the back to "inspect it". After 5 minutes someone came out to tell me the order was right but it wasn't. He tried to give me the same order back while they had already gone through it, like how dirty is that? My family and I have ordered from this location numerous times since they opened. At first, things were great/no complaints, but as of the last 3 times we have ordered, we have been cut short on our wings by 2-3 wings each time. Never before have I been more sad that I didn't order more food, in this case, amazingly crispy, flavorful wings. I thought it'd be a good idea to *just get the six piece* and when they were all gone, I sat there and stared at those 6 bones with regret. They weren't small wings either, these were wings from some pretty healthy chickens! Pro Tip: Always, ALWAYS get more than you think you'll want and if you actually have leftovers, then save them for later. I'm a dry rub kinda gal, so I got 3 of the ATL style rub and 3 garlic pepper (omg soooo good!), and my husband, the smart one, got a 10-piece with 5 of them hot sauce, 5 with hot cajun sauce. We split an order of ATL seasoned fries, which were great too, and the ranch was on point. This will be our new go-to wing place. Service was great - the gal that took our order was so helpful and our food came out quick, within about 5 minutes if I had to guess. I'm glad they opened one up in the west valley, and I hope they can keep expanding further west, like in Goodyear and maybe Surprise, but I'll take what I can get for now and keep coming back! It is a barren desert of great hot wings in the west valley. read more

The customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered 18 wings and picked up my order , drove home and there was only 15 wings so me and my family eat the 15 wings and call them to let them know I still want my remaining 3 wings and the manager said I had to bring the whole order back to get the 3 wings... Now how does that make sense ? Why would I lie about 3 wings... they want you drive pack the food up drive all the way back so the food gets cold for them to make 3 wings. After explains that to the manager he said there's nothing he can do and he doesn't wanna go back and fourth. I'll legit pay people to avoid this wing place. read more
