The wings came out quick and were steaming hot. My new favorite flavor of all time is the Lemon Buffalo, it's like the best of both works between lemon pepper and honey hot. I always order my wings extra crispy and every time I order them extra crispy from there they have been exactly that! The sauces are great and the turnaround time is pretty quick. Someone mentioned that epic wings used to be wings and things? I remember wings and things. When they first started they were really good and then they went downhill. Epic wings has turned it around with the name change! Great place I'll keep going! So I've got to update my review. I don't know if they got a new wing cook or what but the last two times that I've gone to the restaurant my wings have not been extra crispy. I can't stand soggy wings. I thought it was an anomaly the first time but I went back again tonight and once again soggy mushy wings. It'll be a while before I go back if I go back. Your wings went from being the best around to inedible.

I'm relatively new to the area, and funny enough, this was one of the first places I tried. Not a…read morebad way to start exploring the neighborhood! The dim lighting works perfectly with the décor, and the metal entrance door gives the place a cool, slightly old-school vibe. There's plenty of parking, plus street parking, so no need to circle the block 15 times questioning your life choices. Now, the important part: the food. They have a really good variety of lunch specials at very reasonable prices. The food overall is tasty, but the pizza is definitely the star of the show. Artisan-style, full of flavor, and with a great balance between portion size and quality. The drinks are good too, with plenty of options. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms--which, yes, absolutely matters! And whatever you do, save room for dessert. Seriously. It's a great way to finish the meal... even if five minutes earlier you swore you were completely full. Definitely a nice find, and a place I'd visit again.

The Bruschetta is really light with amazing flavor, small tomatoes drizzled with balsamic, the bread is soft but sturdy enough to hold the tomato. Wings! We opted for the lemon pepper wings; perfectly crispy delicious flavor. The main course we shared the Margherita pizza! OMG, the crust is so light & buttery with fresh mozzarella, not too much sauce. Andrea's service is great, the decor & restaurant is cozy with a warm feeling. If it wasn't for the 13 school staff wanting to split each check & arguing who got what, we could've paid. I felt badly for Andrea.

I give it two stars, not because the pizza was bad, it was actually good…read more I'm confused as to why they shoot themselves in the foot when it comes to the dine-in part. We had six in our party and needed a highchair. Seating was "odd" with the only practical table so big in the corner but not useful because of the way it's arranged. The temperature was 85 inside with only a dirty fan blowing hot air for relief. The bathrooms where closed and a yellow tape kept you from even washing your hands! The employees, (maybe owner and wife?) had nothing to say, no smiles, and little to suggest you matter to them. (This is crucial) When you work very hard to put out a good product and business is good, you get very tired, but don't forget to appreciate your clientele, they also work very hard for the money they're very willing to give you on the other side of your cash register. It works both ways. Cleanliness was just okay, but bordering tattered and dirty! This is also a confusion for me. Re-invest in your atmosphere. It's really not that expensive if you keep up on the little things and not let it become a huge turn off. I would hope this critique would be constructive not a put down. As I mentioned, "the pizza was actually very good", we just live too far for take-out.

The strawberry milkshake was honestly the only good thing I ordered. Everything else was extremely…read moredisappointing. I paid $23 and some change for the two items; the milkshake and the boneless fries, and the amount of food I received was honestly a joke. The chicken pieces were extremely small, almost the size of popcorn chicken, and there were barely any fries. The fries were also hard and overcooked. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I went to the girl at the counter and explained that I was unhappy with the food and portion. Instead of saying something like, "Give me a moment and I'll speak with my manager to see what we can do," she simply asked what was wrong and walked to the back without explaining anything. The young woman in the back, who I assume was the manager, was speaking Spanish and could clearly see what was going on, but she never came out to speak with me or attempt to resolve the situation. She was making faces and communicating through the employee at the counter instead of addressing me directly. It felt like they were passing words back and forth like a telephone rather than actually trying to help a customer. I asked for a refund and was refused without them even making an effort to offer another solution. I was also handed an empty plate in a way that felt like they were making a joke out of the situation. The attitude and facial expressions from the manager were extremely unprofessional and made an already bad experience even worse. I understand that not every customer complaint can result in a refund, but the bare minimum is to listen, communicate respectfully, and make an effort to find a solution. I left feeling completely dismissed. Management seriously needs to address both the portion sizes and customer service at this location because the way this situation was handled was unacceptable.

My only gripe is that they do not have pizza toppings listed, so you're just kinda guessing on availability if it isn't pepperoni. The wings had good heat. Smart move for us ordering the suicide sauce on the side. Hot was hot enough. Sometimes, when I go places and get fried mushrooms, the breading falls off. That did not happen here. The pictures truly don't do the food justice -- the flavors, portions, and presentation were even better in person. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with screens throughout the entire space, making it a perfect spot to catch a game or enjoy a sports event with friends and family. What really stood out, though, wasn't just the food or the atmosphere -- it was the incredible customer service. Even though the restaurant was completely packed, the staff made us feel like we were their only table. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently checked in on us throughout our visit. When the manager found out it was our first time there, he personally came over to welcome us, gave us coupons for a future visit, and made sure we felt appreciated. That extra touch truly made an impression. It's rare to find a busy restaurant where the team still takes the time to make every guest feel valued, and Bubba's 33 absolutely delivered. The customer service was top-notch and really set this experience apart. We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
