(This is crucial) When you work very hard to put out a good product and business is good, you get very tired, but don't forget to appreciate your clientele, they also work very hard for the money they're very willing to give you on the other side of your cash register. It works both ways. Cleanliness was just okay, but bordering tattered and dirty! This is also a confusion for me. Re-invest in your atmosphere. It's really not that expensive if you keep up on the little things and not let it become a huge turn off. I would hope this critique would be constructive not a put down.
