I stopped in to placed a to-go order of lemon pepper wings. I ordered at a glass cage window. I received a ticket and was given an approximate time of when the food will be ready. I could either wait in my car or walk around the shopping center. I was told that the wings would be about a 10 minute. They were truth to their word. When I got home, i dug in. The wings were was made to order... extra crispy with extra lemon pepper. They also included celery and carrot sticks I enjoyed my order. Accessible parking and entrance. read more

Wings were way overcooked. They brought out our food but not in order that it was placed so we had fries sitting there for a good 8 minutes and wings getting cold. Had my table was almost finished with their wings when I finally got my order. Terrible service, way overpriced and food was not great! This used to be my favorite wing place and I will be going somewhere else. :( read more

Amazingly bad! This place has fallen way off of the Long Wong's Wings brand. They used to be known for the best wings and ranch in Phoenix, this is NOT that. This was a far cry from good. The wings were dry the ranch runny and bland. The pizza crust is pre made and frozen. $91 for 2 ppl and I would not have paid $40 for this meal. The only good thing was the service and the michilada. 0/10 will not be back and would NOT recommend. The waitress and drinks cannot save this place. read more

In the past this place had the best crispy fresh wings but the previous comments are correct. The last time I went for wings some wings were not hot and some were hot. It seemed as if they mixed an order of old dry wings that were sitting for a while with a few fresh ones. Again, the service from the waitresses are great. read more

First the pricing is not correct, on yelp their menu says $9.99 for 10 piece wings but it's actually $17.99 which is crazy for 10 wings. The wings are way over cooked no meat left on the bones. This place has really fell off, me and my family would only go here for our wings but the last 2-3 years the quality in the food is so bad and not worth the money at this point wing stop would even be better, Very disappointing! read more

I ordered a Pastrami Sandwich to go. I got home and opened a kid's meal! Both the Pastrami and fries were skimpy af!! Not to mention the lack of flavor. Blandest food I've ever tasted. $13 down the drain. I feel robbed! I don't know how this establishment is still in business. read more

I hope you all read this before ordering wings. when you crave garlic Parmesan , you want to taste garlic Parmesan. I picked up my order and opened it when I got home only to find a ranch soup with pieces of chicken. I saw garlic chunks but couldn't taste any of the garlic park with the amount of dressing they added. they did give me a side of blue cheese that I asked for. no mention of that ranch covered anything. never again!! read more

came and ordered waited at least 30-45 mins for our food . no other customers were inside. I got 3 meals totaling to 48.29. one of my children had food from another place. so 2 meals came out and my family began eating my child with the other food began to eat his as well no issue. once the 3rd plate came out which was my wings the waiter says he can't eat his food that was brought in . so i returned my wings and left. my child had been eating for about 10-15 mins before anything was said. Which highly annoyed me because 1. They had no customers 2. My child was almost done with his food. 3 we waited forever for the food. 4 they gave me 5 quarter size pieces of popcorn chicken... for 6.99 I basically just paid for fries. prices are NOT as shown online!! Definitely not worth the money read more

This place wasn't good at all... It was noisy there was a good amount of people there. The food took almost an hour to get out to us. I wasn't impressed with the food, the potato with cheese n bacon weren't good they had no flavor. The rest of the food was bland. We definitely won't be back. read more

Most inconvenient spot to grab a bite. My girlfriend and I came for date in the summer. We brought our own water bottle (one plastic bottle), and we were not allowed to have it in the restaurant nor pour the water into the cup I paid for. If you order the 20 piece, they give you a small ranch. The fries came way before the wings. You are better off going to any other pizza or wing place in this city. read more

1st time here and disappointed. Food was not good , ordered pizza, kids meal and wings . The wings were over fried , pizza wasn't tasty and they forgot the kids meal. Over priced for the quality and will not return! read more

I came here to pickup dinner for my family and the cashier charged me $4,300.00 and my bank detected fraud so it was declined, but with that being said my card was shut off due to their error. I did not have any other method of payment with me and even though it was their error they wouldn't compromise to still provide the food. I don't live nearby to come back right away. So disappointed on how this was handled. read more

The wings took close to an hour to make and were burnt all the way down to the bone. All the wings were crunchy and dry. Customer service was very rude. When taking a couple's order, it's respectful to acknowledge both persons. Waitress only spoke to my friend and acted like I wasn't there. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Would give no stars if I could, idk if they got new management or something but this place is not the same. Took insanely long. I ordered online & I got a message saying it'll be ready in 45 mins. I got here late for pick up and it still wasn't ready. In total I waited 1 hour and 45 mins. & not to mention the customer service was so awful they were so rude like it was my fault somehow! This review is strictly for the customer service. Doesn't matter what day or time you go the employees act like you are messing up their day by coming to order food. I give this place maybe another two years until it's shut down. I tell everyone I know not to go to this location or a long wongs location in general. I can't believe the owner hires these kind of people. Why would you want someone to give a bad reputation to your business. read more

Wings, wings, wings! Good wings and sauces. We ordered the BBQ Hot and lemon pepper with a side of fries and all were delicious. Service was good even though they were only two working at the time. Good selection of beer as well. If you like wings this place is a must! read more

Hoping Long Wongs reads my review, the sauce is NEVER made right is always super dry and powdery hence the first picture. On the up side the wings are cooked to a slight crisp which I do prefer over soggy wings. My husband and I took liberty of pouring a bit of Budweiser into the wing sauce and made it saucy. Delicious! Long Wongs the wing sauce is the most important part of the hot wings!! I feel like you should really work on perfecting the sauce. read more

I'm reviewing 5 stars only based upon the food. I have not yet found a place that can beat the wings that are served better than at Long Wings. Petrified Wings I can only say that the wings are over-fried. I think these may have been fried three or more times. A piece of the wing hit the plate with a petrified clink. Long Wongs - Expired garnishment - Sports Bars Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I wish "zero" Stars was an option It has been a long time since eating at an original Long Wongs , so I stopped in to try this location. Except for the name, this is nothing like the Long Wongs I remember. Very small, hole in the wall type of place, it feels almost like they should have closed down some time ago. The place was rather grungy, everything seemed to be in a state of repair, or just plain old. I almost walked out, but thought what the heck, I am here. I should have went with my first impression and left this place, one of the worst dining experiences ever . We were seated immediately and our server brought us menus to view and stated she be back in a few minutes to take our drink orders. 13 minutes pass our server was nowhere to be found so Ithe manager came to our table and took our orders. We ordered one dozen boneless wings, hamburger, french fries, and 2 soft drinks. As we were waiting for our food, we served ourselves our own drinks only to realize that one cup had a large crack and the drink spilled all over the table. We waited for a server to come back to the table however she never came back. Eventually, we got someone's attention and they said they would give us a new cup. Another 15 minutes goes by we finally get a cup. At this point we're still waiting for our entrees to arrive, while other people who arrived later than us we're already being served. I asked a server, "how much longer it would be?" and he stated he would go check, only to never come back and advise us of anything. After waiting 47 minutes I decided to leave. I went up to the cashier told her I no longer wanted my order and I would like to pay for my drink. The cashier asked me if I wanted my food boxed up, I told her I didn't want any food. Initially, she was going to charge me for two drinks until I reminded her that the one the cup had a hole and we weren't able to drink from it. All in all a horrible experience I would never go back again. read more

This place is garbage from top to bottom... Always filthy, horrible customer service and sloppily prepared food. You think with all these horrible attributes they would have cheap food... Guess again it's super expensive. I went in for lunch the other day and got 10 wings and a drink and it was $14. Girls that work there act like you inconvenience them by ordering something would you walk in the door. Gang graffiti all over the bathroom... This place is a dump read more

Slow service! the Cuban lady that answeres the phone promised me 15 minutes to be ready, and ended up showing and then barely putting in the order in the kitchen. Mind you it's slow at the location. Ended up being a 40 minute transaction from start to finish. The time I got the order read more

It I could give them 0 stars I would. We have been coming to this place for years. The customer service is terrible. They staff are completely rude and clearly have no training in customer service. The food was not like it use to be. I would not recommend waisting your time with this restaurant. Tried to call and make a complaint and the manager proceeded to tell me that I was the first ever to call and complain. Which I highly doubt with the way we were treated. read more

Do not eat here, nevertheless order to go, this business think they can use our time as they please, paid over $60.00 for 2 pizzas and 20 wings 2 liter sodas, went ahead and made order over phone to avoid waiting, lady on the phone said "20 minutes" I show up 20 minutes later to pick up and manager telles me I have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I asked why?? He said we are busy, my next comment was "if your busy why don't your employee said, 40 minutes for order to be ready" manager response was "do you want me to charge you or you can leave" by the way they have an off duty city of Phoenix cop a a security guard at this place, now I understand why?? Now I'm waiting for the order just to see if it will take an extra 15-20 minutes Tables are dirty they are under staff and there was more than one unhappy to go order person waiting read more

Waited over an hour for my order . When they said it would take 30 min and had them tell me multiple times it would take 15-20 min more

DONT GO HERE!! WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR!! ITS DIRTY AS HELL AND THE MANAGER/OWNERS SERVICE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE. Upon walking in you can see that the place hasn't been kept up with in a really long time. The green paint on the front counter is really dirty and peeled off everywhere so they're in a desperate need of a renovation. Everything is so dusty there is really disgusting. If you do go here just look around at their fixtures, everything is super dirty. I called at 3pm to order a cantina platter(appetizer sampler) and 30 wings, ran an errand, went to the bank, then when I finally showed up they hadn't even started my order yet. I had wait exactly 45 minutes after I got there to receive my food. The manager/owner Victor tried to say he didn't start my order because "he didn't want the food to get soggy" and that "it was for my benefit." All which was bullshit because you can see through the window in the kitchen that they just take the food from the fridge and fry it, none of which takes 45 minutes!! It's fried food!! Lol. Other than the manager giving me that BS, the host at the front didn't seem to know what was going on at all and kept saying "5 more minutes." No one should have to wait an hour for fried food, plain and simple. There were two more people that were waiting there just as long as I had been. They had more than enough staff to accommodate for their orders cause the restaurant wasn't too busy or packed for being a Saturday afternoon. You're better off going somewhere, ANYWHERE else than coming here. The owner doesn't know what the hell he is doing nor cares for his establishment. Just about every review I've read from this place (on yelp and google) is similar to mine so read up and don't ever go here! I don't wish service this terrible on anyone. read more

Service was terrible, server was on her cell phone most of the time. We were told prior to ordering wings that they would take 25 minutes, ordered 10 wings and waited when the wigs came out they were left unattended as you can definitely see they were chicken wing crisps.... Not the good kind, the wings were so over cooked that they couldn't be pulled apart as you do with wings. Burger was so plain and unappetizing he curly fries were also burnt. Overall this place was a real misfortune to go too, as we sat and observed all customers had an unpleasant look on their face with either the food or the server. Mind you, their ranch was good.... read more

This place is a joke. The pizza is terrible. Decent wings. Probably the most greasiest food in town. Decided to give another chance and order a salad over the phone and they told me I couldn't order over the phone again because I didn't come pick up an order the last time (which has never happened EVER?). Terrible service, pizza taste store bought, extra grease, very pricey. Overall terrible. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more

My coworker took me here last week and I was excited when we pulled into the parking lot. It was a bit early for lunch we were the only ones in the place. We sat down and happened to pick the table that was out of napkins doh! They had a special on the window that was pizza and wings combo for $6 I should have tried that. We decided to split meals I ordered the Tijuana Chicken sandwich and my company the Turkey Double Decker sandwich that he swears by. Telemundo was playing on 2 of the 3 or 4 flat screens there was a novela on that was showing an older woman seducing a teenager a la Desperate Housewives that made me a little uncomfortable at 11am. The server seemed a tad new as we had to ask for a few things like ketchup for our fries and drinks went dry till we ordered a nice cold pitcher of beer. The Turkey Double came out looking absolutely exquisite!! Truly picturesque seriously the layers were so perfect and it was a great sandwich cut into quarters held together by toothpicks ugh I wanted to take a picture but I was afraid my company would think I'm a nut. My chicken was grilled in a yummy chipotle sauce and topped with canned jalapenos which their juices made the bread soggy pretty quick. I really liked the bread here!! Anyway, we were here for a few hours kicking back I conveniently had my dvd player with me and we plugged in and watched some raunchy Bill Hicks all while finishing a pitcher and having some good convos. I'd love to come back and try the pizza and wings next! read more

SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! They dont refill your drinks, which I always just order water. Dont come to check on you and if you try to wave them down they just roll their eyes as if they were doing me a huge favor to come to our table. Its not just one waitress its all of the young girls that work there. If you plan on trying out the food I would suggest you come prepare for bad service or order out. Good luck with them answering their phone by the way. Last week I tried calling 4 different times to order pick up and no one ever answered. When I got there the cashier said she was very busy but the place was barely half full. I absolutely LOVE the wings there especially the honey hot but I think it is about time to start looking for another wing spot because of their bad service. =( Oh another thing if you are planning on taking children there please be aware that sometimes they play inappropriate shows/music videos on tv and they have karaoke on Fridays and I believe Saturdays nights as well. read more
