Horrible service! We ordered fries, large pizza & 20 wings. Our fries were brought out 1st then 20 minutes later the pizza came out but no wings. So my husband asked how much longer for the wings, the waitress said she'd check and never came back. 20 more minutes passed & we were done eating. So we asked for a to go box for our pizza && my husband told them to cancel the wings. Three employees that were there standing around doing nothing just laughed and never offered an apology for the scrappy service. My coworker took me here last week and I was excited when we pulled into the parking lot. It was a bit early for lunch we were the only ones in the place. We sat down and happened to pick the table that was out of napkins doh! They had a special on the window that was pizza and wings combo for $6 I should have tried that. We decided to split meals I ordered the Tijuana Chicken sandwich and my company the Turkey Double Decker sandwich that he swears by. Telemundo was playing on 2 of the 3 or 4 flat screens there was a novela on that was showing an older woman seducing a teenager a la Desperate Housewives that made me a little uncomfortable at 11am. The server seemed a tad new as we had to ask for a few things like ketchup for our fries and drinks went dry till we ordered a nice cold pitcher of beer. The Turkey Double came out looking absolutely exquisite!! Truly picturesque seriously the layers were so perfect and it was a great sandwich cut into quarters held together by toothpicks ugh I wanted to take a picture but I was afraid my company would think I'm a nut. My chicken was grilled in a yummy chipotle sauce and topped with canned jalapenos which their juices made the bread soggy pretty quick. I really liked the bread here!! Anyway, we were here for a few hours kicking back I conveniently had my dvd player with me and we plugged in and watched some raunchy Bill Hicks all while finishing a pitcher and having some good convos. Horrible customer service. Ordered food for pick up and they said 35 mins. I figured they were busy so came in right at 35 mins to find out that I still needed to wait 15-20 mins. At 15 mins I go ask how much longer and they said 15 more minutes. They had 3 people standing around doing absolutely nothing and 1 person in the kitchen. Dont come to check on you and if you try to wave them down they just roll their eyes as if they were doing me a huge favor to come to our table. They have relocated this place over to the shopping center on the south-east corner of Thomas & 75th Ave. in the old Wingers restaurant. My gal & I went in on a Wednesday night and there was a number of younger people at the place. We sat down and started watching the traffic in and out of the place, not by other patrons but the back & forth of the people that were there to eat. I can't say for sure why there was so much need to go in and out but I had my ideas. Finally a pair of the patrons became real bold and started flashing around a container with some bud in it. It's been a long time since I smoked any weed, but I have to admit this was some good smelling pot and had to be kick butt because we were seated several tables away. Our food finally arrived and my lady had ordered a soft pretzel. As we dug in to the wings she waited and waited and finally had to litterally yell at the waitress to get her attention. She was asked about the missing item from the order, took a few minutes and then returned to announce they were out of pretzels. Seems like they could have been a bit more proactive to let a customer know they were out of an item. The ranch dressing for dipping was the most watered down dressing I have ever seen. Buttermilk has more stick to it than this crap. The waitress was again asked if they had some dressing that wasn't watered down and once again after an extended period of time she showed back up telling us there was nothing they could do. Personally, I think it is a shame that I have to rate this place with one star because I don't think they deserve that much. The wings they put out were okay, but everything thing else from service to ranch dressing sucked at this place. The openness of drugs here is also a turn off, but may be a necessary evil so they have some clientele at this dive. I won't let this experience keep me from enjoying some of the other Long Wong outlets, because I've had great food & great experiences elsewere! read more

We order 2 orders of wings (different flavors) get all the way home to the South Side and notice that they put them all in the same container , separated by one sheet of wax paper !! Who the hell does that shit.....?!? I call to complain and Yadira (the manager ) says "Yeah, that how we serve our wings!" Wow because 0 starts is not an option. Where do I start? This happened since 04/13/2019 and I have been procrastinating on writing this review because I had intentions of contacting the manager but I want nothing to do with this or any other Long Wong's in AZ. I was hosting a small party for my birthday by the way my birthday landed on a weekend this year and I was having the UFC fight. My party stared at 7:00pm I called at 5 pm because I know this location gets busy and I had a big order of wings. When I called I explained I was hosting and just wanted to make sure my order would be ready, she said great we will have it ready around 6:45pm. The employee who answered and took my order never once asked me for my phone number or my name. My invites started arriving and my husband took off a bit late for the wings he left at 7:15pm to pick them up. When he arrived to Long Wong's the cashiers were all over the place. A cashier approached him and asked him about his order and he said he had called it in and it was an order of wings. Cashier said oh okay and scrambled all over the place looking for the order. 10 minutes and no order no assistance to set up a new order or anything. My husband then asked where is my order ? And these young and stupid cashiers (excuse me but I don't know how else to put it ) just kept pretending to be looking for an order for over 25-30min. My husband then got irritated and asked for the manager who was also very unprofessional trough this whole incident. He just said we tossed them because you didn't arrive here at 6:45pm. My husband was so angry he just walked out (otherwise God forbid what could of happened). By that time it was already after 8pm ! I got a call from the "manager" to tell me that my husband had just left all mad and that he had tossed the order because we didn't get there at 6:45pm. I then asked why would you throw it away with out calling me first ? Or if you were concerned about me not coming for the order why didn't you charge me when I placed the order ? I explained to the so called manager that I had an important event and that my guest were waiting for food (I almost cried ) I told the manger everything my husband had already told me how the cashier were laughing at him cause he was so angry. And I told him how upset I was that this happened and how unprofessional they had been and that I would YELP this and also add a google review and you know what his response was ? Then when they turned on the juke box it was so loud you could not even talked to your family. Now I would expect this in a bar but not a restaurant. When I asked the Manager if they could lower the volume I was told no but I was welcome to leave. Now I am not racist but thus staff was playing Hispanic music so load you could not hear the person next to you. The Hispanic staff refused to lower the volume and they were very rude. I don't care what you do or what your race is I try to treat every body the same. My issue was never about the type of music though we do live in America. My wife and I are always trying to find new local & cheap places to eat near home. We were actually headed right next door for Chipotle when we drove past Long Wongs and decided to give it a try. We are not scared away from divey looking food joints as we have had some really great food from similar places...so the look inside and out was not bothersome. Upon entering we were handed menus and told we could sit anywhere we'd like. We chose the bar seating. It was not busy and only a handful of tables had customers seated. The menu prices are pretty cheap and we decided on nachos, a pastrami sandwich w/ Swiss (only cheese options American & Swiss), & and order of boneless wings to share. Our waitress must have been new because she did not know the menu. When we asked for the boneless wings with garlic Parmesan sauce, she stated we couldn't get that sauce with those wings and it was only available for the regular wings. So we asked if she could do a sub for the Parmesan sauce as they just pour the sauce on top. She didn't know if there were any options for an alternate cheese on the sandwich. After talking to the cook everything was fine and we ordered exactly what we wanted...minus the provolone I wanted on my sandwich. The drinks, silverware, napkins, & straws are self serve and the soda is dispensed through one of those fancy soda machines in an area in the corner of the restaurant near the bathrooms....yuck. Yet, the waitress brings you glasses with ice but will not fill it for you....even sitting at the bar. They were out of my drink of choice and the soda tasted off. The nachos came out first.....COLD. Basically the nachos were chips, a small amount of room temp nacho cheese, sliced jalapenos, fresh cold sliced tomatoes, guac (with NO seasonings AT ALL), & a very small amount of COLD ground beef on top. We each took one bit...harrible! Needless to say after the one bite we were totally off put and let our waitress know that the nachos were the worst we'd ever had and she could cancel the rest of our order and we took our business next door. The food was cold. They charge for each condiment. Also, the server addressed me as, HEY!! They took 20 minutes plus to order a salad! I came here today with my family and I absolutely love the wings from Here But I typically order to go. Today I decided to come in with my family and dine in. The waiter was really cool and helpful. The men's restroom had tagging all over the place and the women's restroom was dirty. We let the leader know and he said he would talk to the manager and Inform him of our minor complaints. After eating I asked for a to go box and when I put my food in the tacklebox and I closed it I noticed that there was a Cockroach shedded skin On top of the box. The cockroach shedded skin is when the baby cockroaches shed its skin to become an adult cockroach and it leaves this casing Behind. I was immediately grossed out and I told the waiter and once my father-in-law realized what I had told him he flipped out and was really upset and then we asked for the manager and when we talk to the manager he proceeded to blame Sam's Club for the cockroach shedding being on the to go box. He said he'll make sure to talk to Sam's Club and blames everything on him instead of taking the responsibility for having a nasty Shedded cockroach skin on it to go box. Now I have no proof that they have cockroaches at this location but the fact that the manager went and blamed another company for having that on the box and the lack of caring from him, I definitely will never come back to this location again. I really love the wings but I'll probably go to another location to get them. Terrible. Service there sucks. Took a very long time before we were even acknowledged. We finally were helped. Ordered nachos. The menu didn't say anything about meat being on the nachos. When we finally got them, they're was meat all over the top. I said we didn't order meat I them. She said it comes that way. I pointed them out on the menu and she even read it out loud. No mention of meat. She then got an attitude about it and said they come that way. I refused the meal. I didn't want them made again. At that point I didn't trust what would come out.
