It definitely wasn't my first choice but my first and last time. I purchased the six wings, asked for flats $8.98 TAX $1.03 a total of $12.97. I paid then realized the price wasn't adding up!! I asked the young lady at the register about the $3 difference she stated she didn't know. I suggested she find out, she proceeded to do so and informed me FLATS are an extra $3. I requested my money back and suggested the staff inform customers of this charge before confirming their orders. I definitely do not recommend this place OVER charging/robbing their customers is completely Ludacris. read more

I saw you on fox 10 promoting national wing day where you mentioned when you buy twelve wings you get 6 free. ... so I go to the store to order two orders of twelve (24) wings expecting to get 12 free and they would not honor your ad on the news. They said we had to be an online member , and there was no mention of that when you were on the news. Very disappointing. False advertisement . read more

Not worth it at this location. The chicken tastes old and the flavor is not there. Any location is better than this one. Don't waste your money! read more

Use the ATL app to order. App is not working. There is always an issue with it. Go and see my bank account and there was a charge from ATL wings so I called the restaurant spoke to a lady who says it's ok that their systems is not working and that it I shouldn't worried. I asked her the if I can place my order with her the call went total silence and now apparently she couldn't hear me so she hung up on me. Not only that when you make an order and it's for 18+ wings and they only give you 2-3 ranch cups like seriously you paid them a good amount cause these wings are expensive to only receive 2 cups of ranch. read more

First and for most My lady is pregnant so her taste buds are enhanced and can definitely taste flavors better then usual. She says that the wings were drier then dryer sheet She also informed me that they was skimpy on the sauce Like they took some droplets of sauce and just added a few droplets on them. The ranch was Ight. The service was slow as hell. But the folks were nice. Also the atmosphere made me feel like I was home . Like I was back at my aunties house in South Gate . read more

They were closed for a while but its okay things happen but they recently reopened so we stopped by today and of course like always we ordered and the workers were so nice and we got our food pretty quick, food was delicious like always, fave wing spot read more

The food was over cooked the the wing portions were small me and my friend left hungry after eating there

So I got medium wings and atl fries. To be fair the wings felt like any other wings place but their fries were so addicting and delicious I could come every day for their fries. Not sure if that's a good thing since their a wing restaurant I kinda wish they had a sweet and spicy sauce which they might have may look next time read more

Only put 5 stars so it can get noticed, but in reality this place is NO STARS, as soon as you walk in theres an unwelcoming look from the cashier with no desire to help you. after i placed my order and repeated it to the cashier somehow she still messed up my order and i don't end up finding out until i make it home. Wasted my time and my money for the wrong ATL, go to the one in downtown phx instead! read more

My husband and I love some ATL Wings BUT... We placed an order online & paid for it. Called the number in the window that reads for online orders pick ups to call. Rang and went to voicemail all three times. My husband went to the door and had a worker look him direct in the eye and wouldn't open the door and proceeded to look back down at this phone. We pull thru the drive thru one one greeted us on the speaker I had to say, "hello?" Then was told to wait a minute. We finally pulled to the window and explained we had placed an order online and no one answered the phone. We were given our food. The French frys were very over cooked. Thankfully the wings were good but we will certainly not be visiting this particular location again. read more

Called at 6:30 to place a pick up order and he told me "it'll just be easier if you order in person" I explained I wanted to order over the phone so I wouldnt be ordering late. He told me I would need to come in to order and as long as I got there before 6:55 they would make my food. I get to the establishment at 6:50 and they refused to take my order. I explained our conversation and he denied telling me to go in person and that he wouldn't take my order because he had to get out ASAP. Worst service. read more

We recently had them again and I was disappointed. I feel like their service has gone down. They charged us around $12-13 dollars for a 1 gallon of kool-aid! I don't know if that's the standard but I feel like that's a rip off. The wait time in drive thru has also been really long. 20+ minutes. But I may have came at the wrong time, dinner rush. But their food still tastes good so that's a plus! read more

Recently they stepped up their game. Food has always been bomb af. It was just things that were over looked that cost me $$$ when it didn't have to. Much love the crew for stepping it up and coming through. Still the best place in the valley for wings n fries. Will always give my business and I encourage anyone who hasn't yet to roll through. Spicy ATL is still #1. Side note: can y'all add an xtra ranch if people order 10 pcs or more? 1 ranch for 10 Wings ain't enough read more

ATL Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

The only wings that I like are the toxic traditional but everything else is mid bbq sauce is thick

Never had a bad experience, don't want to jinx it lol but overall great food, people are always friendly there! If you go on a busy day maybe 10-15 min wait in drive through sometimes shorter and that's a busy day. Prices totally worth it read more

Have not tried them yet... so it's not reviewed on taste. Hopefully I will soon. But OMG is the person working Wednesday night at 8pm 10-7-2020 super tired of working there or what. Called and wasn't the nicest. Was rude and just hung up after I said thank you. Was going to go right now but don't really want to deal with a person like that in person. Have really wanted to try them so one of these days I'll go but not really friendly employees by other reviews I've seen. read more

ATL Wings - We finished all our food it was so good - Chicken Wings Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

No manager on site, employees rude, and a bunch of young weed smoking teens outside in the back. The lady in the drive thru was very rude, didn't get correct order, didn't wanna get a manager, and then shut the window on me cuz she is ignorant and can't take an order. She took the order wrong 3x. I tried to explain and she couldn't understand a simple 12 wing order. I would never go here again. Last 2 times they messed up my order already. The owner should be ashamed of the crew and management of this facility. read more

Not very friendly... very stand-offish to the customers. Wings were great every time. Fried biscuits......deep fried flour - nothing great. The place is always clean but my grip is mostly how unfriendly the manager down to the cashier tend to be. You most likely won't get a thank you at the end of your transaction. But the cooks sure like the Koolaide!! Inside joke.... read more

First, they messed up our online order then we called back and nicely explained that they did, they told us to come back to the store so they could give us the right order with no problem. Then, when we arrived at the store the employees started to yell and cuss at us saying they gave us the right order. The cook also came up and cussed at us saying "I know I put the right f***ing amount of fries in the bag!" I have never had something like this before. This is ridiculous! I am very ashamed at the customer service from this store. read more

Just went there and they are closed. Do not know if it is permanently or just closed on Mondays.

Probably the worst wings I've ever had. They where cold and no sauce even after I ask for extra chef special sauce . Fries where cold and soaked in grease . I've never had to complain ever about atl wings been going for there for many years fist time to the 51ave and Thomas location. Truly disappointed read more

The reason I loved ATL wings was because of there prices and portions. Food is still delicious but the frys are half the portion now wings price went up few dollars. All my visit to a ATL Wings have been nothing but good but today was a new experience for me The first thing I noticed was that there was a new staff and they all were very busy at work when I came in Vanessa who I assume is the new manager was very helpful and courteous and the cooks did a great job making and bringing out my food everything was perfect shout out to the new staff at ATL Keep up the good work I bet the owner is proud of you guys for creating a perfect atmosphere that was both comfortable and professional !!!!! #VALELIFESMATTER read more

Stopped by for lunch and there was a line in the drive-thru, but I had time to spare and surprisingly it was only about a 5 minute wait with 3 cars ahead of me. I noticed that they have added combos and new items to the menu so I decided to try something new. I got the 2 pc fried chicken combo with a Watermelon Kool-Aid. The fried chicken was crispy and so delicious, with just a hint of honey. I'll have to try the new spicy chicken sandwich next time. I've been a customer for years and I'm happy this location is close to me (especially with a drive-thru!). My wings are always cooked thoroughly and their sauce is amazing! ATL is definitely my go to place for chicken, they're the best in the valley in my opinion. read more

I use to love ATL wings but this was the worst experience by far with wings lol I waited 45 minutes in a drive through I couldn't exit out of or I would of left .
