I'm giving this place a one star because I had ordered from this location and I was working a 10 hour shift and when I received my order, my pizza was not even well done when I had specifically asked for that in the message and I paid for pepperoni with an extra topping of bacon turns out that they don't even have bacon at this location, so why would you even offer it online when I called the store as soon as I received my order on break the lady I had spoken to stated that she had written down my name and my number and I could call back and get the pizza credit whenever I would like so when I decided to call today, the manager on duty supposedly said that's only good for a three day credit from the incident. I've never heard that in my entire life everywhere I've ever worked at, and there was an issue with a customer's order. We would always write down the information the number and the order and keep it on record for whenever they would call back to get their order remade so the fact that they're not willing to honor that and I still had to pay for the pizza is a little outrageous considering I've spent $45 not even including the delivery fee, and the tip to only receive the wrong item! I'm pretty sure if they were to order a to go order while working and received the wrong order they would expect nothing less than to have their order remade whenever they gave a call back if they were not able to get it that day!!! read more

I came in to have pizza here one night and the people who work here have no type of consideration for the customers, the young girl working here was spraying cleaning products all over the table next to me. Imagine trying to enjoy your meal and some idiot is wiping tables down next to you is spraying fabuloso right next to you as your trying to eat. Clearly the young girl working didn't know that that's a health hazard, have some common sense.. this fabuloso is not diluted either it's a strong chemical to smell when your trying to eat. I don't recommend this place at all. Asked for my pizza well done, they couldn't even do that and we were the only ones in there. I have been here doing the day and the older man and girl with the hijab are really good and provide excellent service! whoever the thick Latina girl was working 04/06/2026 at 8:20pm along with the Muslim girl up front was the worst service I ever gotten. my son and I got there at 8:20, we ordered and said it was for there. the Hispanic girl said "no" and shook her head no. and said we have to get it and leave. the door says 10pm and the site 9:45pm but either way it was only 8:20pm. So I asked her name to add to the review out of transparency and she said no and refused then IN FRONT OF ME went to the back and loudly gossiping to her coworker. so inappropriate, disrespectful and odd behavior. there's no sign saying that the dinning room closes over an hour early, she was just texting in back then touching food boxes without gloves, refused to give her name and disrupted the kitchen to complain and gossip. I got a refund and bounced. all other employees but her were respectful. I thought her saying we can't eat there because they close in a hour and 25 minutes was insane and possibly racist. get rid of her. she had a entitled and disrespectful as if I wasn't paying for it. the people she denied eating there for the last hour and a half before close cost the restaurant money. you start cleaning at 9:45 when it closes. terrible read more

I got robbed with their kfc snacker sized chicken parm sub sandwich! for 1.50 more get the 10 incher at least. either way its also not a full sized cutlet but heavily breaded cut tiny pieces. Taste was ok but for that price must be a real money maker for them. read more

The bread (you would think garlic bread) is warmed up bread, squashed, no butter or garlic. 1 star is being very generous--cross contamination is a big issue here. We are new to the area so are looking for a new pizza place that is closer than our previous restaurant that we always ordered from (R. Kidds--they're the BEST). We called and placed an order for 20 wings and a large one topping pizza for carry out. The price was decent, it was just under $40 with tip. When I got home, the first bite of pizza tasted fishy. Just a weird flavor, not good. My SO tried a wing and said it was awful. He immediately said the wings taste like they're cooked in the same oil as fish, so we called them back. Guess what! All their food is cooked with fish. They are the same operators and share the kitchen with the fish and chicken restaurant that appears to be next door. Didn't think anything of it when I picked up the food, I'm glad my mom didn't eat any because of food allergies, and it took three trips driving back and forth to get a refund from them. read more

The price was incredibly low for a stand-alone; we spent $25 for 2 Large 1-topping Pizzas, 6 wings and 4 pieces of garlic bread. And the breakdown: The Garlic Bread (/5 Stars.) No real complaint here, except it might have been a little watered down in the marinara sauce or crisp of the actual bread. Either way, I'd be happy to order it again - it was great. The Pizza ( 1/2/5 Stars.) Reallllllly good. Perfect cheese and toppings. We had one large pepperoni and one large sausage. And reheated, not bad at all. The Wings (/5 Stars.) Totally biased here; this mild six-pack was requested and served extra crispy. (These days, it's iffy if they'll comply.) I went right at open and imagine I was one of the first customers they seen, if that was the matter you'd think the staff would be nicer; nope. Snooty, attitude behind their voice and just not much of a people person. All that is dismissible so long as the food is good.... Nope the food is horrendous. I got lemon pepper wings and some mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were ok, definitely edible, but the wings were to say the least disgusting. The wings were sour and not even warm, they felt like something left out over night. The only reason they have 2 stars is because they are actually pretty good with their pricing and they have smaller portions which means you can get more of a variety.
