Started out fine, called to let me know order was ready so I finish gassing up my car drive for 15 minutes to location. 50 dollars worth of food. Arrive to learn they don't take bills over 20. They suggest I get change somewhere nearby like Ranch Market. Oh, they don't make change either. Luckily across the street does. Wait in line for 20 minutes. Finally have small enough bills. So after my order has been sitting for nearly an hour, I pay and am on my way out. Guess I'll enjoy the cold wings and soggy fries now. Suggestion : train employees to check bills. Especially if you are getting scammed on all denominations including $1 bills. What would've stopped me from handing them 3 face 20's? I get not having enough change but if the order is large enough then take the cash. I even offered to buy more so the change wouldn't be an issue. I came by today with my son and sister to eat some lunch. When i arrived it was not that kept in the lobby and tables were dirty which is suprising since it wasnt busy. The real problem was when after i got my food i needed some plates so while i went to go ask for some i overheard someone saying "that dirty ass kid over there made a fucking mess and i dont want to clean that shit up" after i turned towards the counter i see it was the manager who said this. the manager there, i forgot her name but she's super nice. i've been coming to this location for years since it opened. She works with a bunch of teenagers most of the time it seems that way, so when they've messed up my orders, she really does make it right. Honestly very kind woman even when i was little snappy one day lol. The wings are always good here in my opinion, we order at this location for all occasions and the times i've been inside it's always clean and very spacious little bit more than other locations for sure. I like the corn A LOT since i found out you can change the seasoning and sub it (10pcs) instead of fries for a little extra. Had 4 different flavors with different amounts for each and the order was correctly packaged. The main thing I look for in these changes are positive customer service at the register and accuracy in order. They were spot on with the order and the food was warm when I got back home. The staff working the register were quick to greet me and informed me my ordered was almost ready. The second it was packaged - I received it. The store wasn't very busy inside, but I could see a TON of Togo orders so they were cranking with a lot of staff in the back of the house. The location itself was clean and well taken care of and the manager on duty was running a tight ship. The only downfalls to the location is the parking lot is small - unless you part at the market AND they packaged all 20 wings in 1 box. They all fit in the box and no flavors mixed which was good, but it did seem a little crammed. Nonetheless, will definitely be back for more wings! read more

I had a few bad experiences at the location closest to my house so I ordered from this location hoping it would be better. I ordered online and arrived at the scheduled pick up time. My order was ready but due to my previous experiences at the other location I checked my bad to make sure nothing was missing. Everything was there and the food was hot. When I got home and opened it all up I was pleasantly surprised that the food was presented nicely and the portions were large. Called in last night for pickup, they put my boyfriend on hold for 20 minutes so I called on my line and got my order put in right away? Due to call avoidance on their end I wasn't able to get BONE IN wings which is literally the whole point of wing stop. Their cashier wasn't nearly polite at all and one of the chefs told us to come back in and they would give us 20 wings due to their lack of professionalism. Guess what? This was after I had already waited in line for 10 minutes for a couple customers to order. I didn't get upset until I noticed that a customer who had ordered right after me had received his dine-in order. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she apologized in a horrible attitude.
