Overall: 4 Food: 4 Service: 4 Ambiance: 4 Ordered takeout from this Wingstop - got the boneless meal deal with the 20 piece and fries. Had 4 different flavors with different amounts for each and the order was correctly packaged. The main thing I look for in these changes are positive customer service at the register and accuracy in order. They were spot on with the order and the food was warm when I got back home. The staff working the register were quick to greet me and informed me my ordered was almost ready. The second it was packaged - I received it. The store wasn't very busy inside, but I could see a TON of Togo orders so they were cranking with a lot of staff in the back of the house. The location itself was clean and well taken care of and the manager on duty was running a tight ship. The only downfalls to the location is the parking lot is small - unless you part at the market AND they packaged all 20 wings in 1 box. They all fit in the box and no flavors mixed which was good, but it did seem a little crammed. Nonetheless, will definitely be back for more wings! read more

Started out fine, called to let me know order was ready so I finish gassing up my car drive for 15 minutes to location. 50 dollars worth of food. Arrive to learn they don't take bills over 20. They suggest I get change somewhere nearby like Ranch Market. Oh, they don't make change either. Luckily across the street does. Wait in line for 20 minutes. Finally have small enough bills. So after my order has been sitting for nearly an hour, I pay and am on my way out. Guess I'll enjoy the cold wings and soggy fries now. Suggestion : train employees to check bills. Especially if you are getting scammed on all denominations including $1 bills. What would've stopped me from handing them 3 face 20's? I get not having enough change but if the order is large enough then take the cash. I even offered to buy more so the change wouldn't be an issue. TL:DR they don't take cash over $20 dollar bills no matter what. read more

I came by today with my son and sister to eat some lunch. When i arrived it was not that kept in the lobby and tables were dirty which is suprising since it wasnt busy. The real problem was when after i got my food i needed some plates so while i went to go ask for some i overheard someone saying "that dirty ass kid over there made a fucking mess and i dont want to clean that shit up" after i turned towards the counter i see it was the manager who said this. Thank to the young man who told me her name fuck you Cheryce for speaking of another womans child in that manner. Ill never be coming back after this. read more

the manager there, i forgot her name but she's super nice. i've been coming to this location for years since it opened. She works with a bunch of teenagers most of the time it seems that way, so when they've messed up my orders, she really does make it right. Honestly very kind woman even when i was little snappy one day lol. The wings are always good here in my opinion, we order at this location for all occasions and the times i've been inside it's always clean and very spacious little bit more than other locations for sure. I like the corn A LOT since i found out you can change the seasoning and sub it (10pcs) instead of fries for a little extra. But yeah if you're reading this... be kind to the workers and they're very understanding here. my picture don't do these wings justice trust me yall they're crispy and coated. Manager i'm referring to wasn't working today but the staff was super nice:) read more

Ordered a 10pc boneless wing combo. Took 20+ minutes with what seemed like 10+ staff of teenagers. When I got home and opened it up it was like 10 pieces of popcorn chicken with almost no sauce. $17 dollars for that! What a joke. read more

I had a few bad experiences at the location closest to my house so I ordered from this location hoping it would be better. I ordered online and arrived at the scheduled pick up time. My order was ready but due to my previous experiences at the other location I checked my bad to make sure nothing was missing. Everything was there and the food was hot. When I got home and opened it all up I was pleasantly surprised that the food was presented nicely and the portions were large. We will definitely be returning to this location in the future. read more

Wingstop - 20 piece boneless combo special in hot and mango habanero with large Seasoned Fries and it was only $16.99 - Chicken Wings Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

I've never had such a bad experience dining in anywhere, I wish I would've brought a pair of noise cancelling headphones. I went on 2/25/22 right when they opened at 10:45, I'll just leave the main points. -Opened the doors 5 minutes late -Workers were blasting music in the back and were EXTREMELY loud, especially when waiting 20 minutes for food I was irritated and didn't really eat the food -A off duty worker came in and distracted everyone from the kitchen because they were talking at the front register the whole time and she was screaming with profanity in a joking fashion with customers waiting to order -Food took forever and didn't get my drink until my food came -Poorly managed with a bunch of kids working there and it's so sad because the food can be so good and I'm sure more people would dine in if they had better customer service read more

I can't stressed how amazing the staff is at this Wingstop! I will not eat at any other location because this place is top notch! Benita is a kick ass manager who is so professional and is just amazing. The ENTIRE staff is too notch and they make me feel like family every time I go in. Give them ALL a raise. read more

Wingstop 5833 W Thunderbird Rd, Glendale, AZ 85306. That's it!! Second time from this location that I have gotten food poisoning from undercooked chicken, this past Sunday being the last time. I won't go into detail with the graphic results but enough is enough. When it's good, it's good. But when this happens, now a trend it seems, there will be no third chance. How hard is it to cook small pieces of chicken, my god!! read more

They always do very well job with my wings and fries love the cashier lady and everybody else who make Wingstop a delicious and safe place to eat read more

Horrible customer service wverytime I try to order either an person or over the phone there is always an hour wait.. no joke

First time stopping at this particular location. Normally I like to read reviews before I stop at a restaurant but today I was extremely busy and this location is near me. Now that I had time to review previous reviews I'm surprised by all the negative reviews!! My experience was completely opposite and very pleasant. The staff was great! The cashier was very nice. Our order was made on time. I wanted to thank the crew. Working fast food never gets recognition. Good Job! read more

NEVER again!! Placed my order online, said it would be ready by 7:51pm, didn't get my food till 8:33. Walk ins were getting their food before me. Staff goofing off, standing around sucking down their drinks, rude, told me my order will be ready In 5 minutes, then they were bagging it now, excuse after excuse, asked my name 3 times. Get it together!! read more

Honestly WORST WING STOP IN THE AREA! If I could leave a 0 star I WOULD! They completely MESSED UP MY WHOLE ORDER! My order was worth $35! They gave me a meal of 6 WINGS! Made me wait a WHOLE HR & 30 mins . Spend your money elsewhere , this place should be closed or new management should take over. No apologies no nothing! They did not even mention for me to take the wrong order for them to give me my correct order. I hate BBQ SAUCE & THAT WAS THE ORDER COMBO THEY GAVE ME GROSS . !!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ! read more

Food is mediocre. Half an hour wait for 2 sandwiches and an 8 piece, but they can make DoorDash orders for people that aren't there no problem. Customer service wasn't horrible, but they don't prioritize people waiting in store. read more

This place is the best the wings are super good I recommend for your first time eating wings

3rd time placing an order with this location and this is their 3rd time messing it up... requested my wing EXTRA well done.....like my previous orders and i still received gummy "usual" cooked wings....hairy, half assed wings at that. I'll stick to Atl for wings or the other Wingstop location on 51st Ave but even that location is a crapshoot. It's a shame that you damn near have to stand over these people and hold their hands in order to get your wings prepared the way you specify ESPECIALLY considering wings are suppose to be something they specialize in. read more

Called in last night for pickup, they put my boyfriend on hold for 20 minutes so I called on my line and got my order put in right away? Due to call avoidance on their end I wasn't able to get BONE IN wings which is literally the whole point of wing stop. Their cashier wasn't nearly polite at all and one of the chefs told us to come back in and they would give us 20 wings due to their lack of professionalism. Guess what? They kept the receipt so I'm doubley fucked. Go to ATL wings instead Went back and Desirae was the most helpful and nicest manager ever!! read more

This place should be closed. Horrible customer service and bad food service. More than an hour wait for a 20pc it's unbelievable.

They locked their doors an hour before closing claiming their were closed and no longer serving

They give me way less then I ordered and take 50 minutes for my smell order at 11 at night

Employees at the cash register care more about listening to someone conversations than dealing with the customer at hand. Food cool but having to deal with some of the cashiers here make you never wanna come back.. read more

I don't know what these reviews talking about but the people that are working after 8pm are the best. They are nice and polite and if they accidentally take a while on your order give you extra ranch. There's a girl in the front I'm pretty sure a cashier and she's really nice . Recommend with the people after 8pm read more

Leigh, the cashier was too busy talking to what looks like a employee? I'm not sure the guy was wearing a tank top and had a baseball cap on in the kitchen. I waited 5 mins to be greeted, received no apology for the wait. She didn't tell me how long my order would be. On top of that she didn't bother to thank me stoping by wing stop. What a bad restaurant experience. read more

Wingstop - Employee? Or customer? You tell me. Guy wears a tank top and a hat in the kitchen. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Shitty service the food taste like shit and they did not get my order correct and they took 1 hour and 30 minutes

Put an order with door dash, showed driver was airing for food, next my order is canceled due to store is closed! WTH? Tried to call to understand the issue, was put on hold, never talked to anyone... Very disappointed read more

I'm normally a fan of Wingstop, but this location is terrible. Had to repeat myself 3-4 times when placing my order by phone and they read it back so I know they got everything, plus they charged for everything on my receipt. Missing items and not worth driving back over to get them...they just lost us as a customer. read more

1. Very spacious parking 2. Workers are very nice and friendly. 3. Very patient with big parties. We had hosted a farewell dinner here, and they reserved us a whole section for almost 30 people. We stayed later than the closing time and the workers were still very friendly and helpful. read more

This please is the definition of worst customer service. I came in to pick up my order and out of the 4 people working in the afternoon they just stared over at me as I walked in. From the very beginning no one had asked if I needed help or anything. I walked in to find these workers who were supposed to me making my order on their phones just chatting away. This place really needs to stop hiring people who have no work ethic. read more

Wow! This was our first time here. My husband and I are both BIG fans of wings. These were amazing! I had the Parmesan and lemon pepper. They were crispy and so flavorful. I couldn't get enough. The wait was a little long but it was a busy night. We'll be back. read more

Worst service I've ever had at a wingstop. Placed an order online @ 9:40pm and the email I got back said they would have it ready at 10:06pm. I figured they get busy at times, so I'd give them a few extra minutes. I get there at 10:20 and I see they were not busy. 1 group of three was all the facility had. I pay for my order and the girl asks for my receipt. They had not even started my order. Waited for my order as it would take "8 minutes" per cook. Didn't leave with my order till 10:41pm. Not coming back to this location. read more

This was my first time there although I have lived in the area for years and knew about it. We've had their wings before when someone else bought some. We weren't disappointed with our purchase today. The wings and fries were amazing. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was the wait for the food to be ready. But will definitely go there again. read more

Worst wingstop location ever! Made an order online and when I got to the location they said it would be a few minutes. This was after I had already waited in line for 10 minutes for a couple customers to order. I didn't get upset until I noticed that a customer who had ordered right after me had received his dine-in order. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she apologized in a horrible attitude. I asked what the point of ordering online was if there was no real procedure being followed as to who's order they decide to complete next. She raised her voice and said she had already apologized , that what else did I want. I was so upset, even more so because I had already paid upon arrival. Never again will I visit this location read more

Friendly staff but sometimes orders to go take awhile and aren't ready when I arrive at the store.

The coworkers are unprofessional and are cussing and laughing instead of cooking. I placed an online order and when I went to go pick it up they asked if it was online and when I said yes they said "oh it should be a minute " and they printed out the receipt and started making my order. They are young kids working and playing around instead of taking care of their guest. read more

The customer service was horrible they were rude to everyone and showed no type of professionalism. Wouldn't recommend going.
