I've never heard that in my entire life everywhere I've ever worked at, and there was an issue with a customer's order. We would always write down the information the number and the order and keep it on record for whenever they would call back to get their order remade so the fact that they're not willing to honor that and I still had to pay for the pizza is a little outrageous considering I've spent $45 not even including the delivery fee, and the tip to only receive the wrong item! I'm pretty sure if they were to order a to go order while working and received the wrong order they would expect nothing less than to have their order remade whenever they gave a call back if they were not able to get it that day!!!
