Don't enter your phone number and DOB it will not give you a valid answer. - when you call and ask for a pharmacy tech (you have to keep telling the automated system pharmacy tech) they will pick up the phone and then put you back on hold. This happened so many times I lost count. While on hold I got back in my car and drove back to the pharmacy. - this pharmacy is horrible understaffed for the amount of business they get. They need to hire more techs and pharmacies.

I said no a pick up for, stated my name & she said this lane is for drop offs only. I said I don't see any signage indicating that and she said well it is and maybe the sign blew away because of the wind and hung up. She was completely unprofessional and rude! So I called the store to speak with the assistant manager Monica. I advised her that her employee could have went about this differently and didn't have to be so rude & unprofessional. She could have easily said for future reference the second lane is only for drop off and I'll take care of you this time since the sign is in fact not posted out there. By this time, waiting in line, all another three cars have been added to the line that I would've been in. Had they had the sign up! So she expected me to reverse and get to the back of the line because of an error on their behalf. I think what's even more frustrating is that they have a big window showing their entire drive-through and they can see that the sign is not there through the window. They stare out the window all day. Why didn't somebody get up & go out there and put another sign up? It took for the Assistant manager Monica to have to go out of her way, go above and beyond to provide professional assistance. Fixing a matter that could've been so easily fixed by the other woman working the pharmacy drive-through. I will not be using this pharmacy EVER AGAIN.

    Unfortunately had an experience bad enough to post about from this location. Went in for two subs…read moreand a grilled cheese tonight while during a decent business push but nothing beyond the ordinary around 9pm. I had time to grab a few items with my son as normal after placing a food order and then proceeded to the food counter to wait for my order. The food attendant called my order as "two subs", so I checked the bag to confirm the grilled cheese was in there but found it wasn't. I let the attendant know and advised him to take his time to make sure the cheese was melted, as I had issues with that in the past at and let him know that I was not in any rush. The gentleman politely did it as I asked and I confirmed our order. Unfortunately found both subs had been made with incorrect meats and toppings (pretty much a mix up of both Sammie's on each) upon returning home. I had to return to the qt just before food closed down around 9:45 to ask for them to remake my sandwiches and just advisers them That I was wanting the correct sandwiches and not a refund or money. The attendant who had served me and tried to send me on my way without my order originally was very visibly annoyed, which is abnormal for this business/location. I did advise him that I just wanted the sandwiches made correctly and no refund, but his response was very disappointing and acted if I was causing him an inconvenience for having to come back to the store for my food. Fortunately, had my receipt and both subs present besides the grilled cheese that I fed to my son prior to having to come back. Asked for the manager who was too quickly gracious with a refund, but I had advised him upfront I didn't want the refund and just wanted to make sure the subs were made correct. Received my subs not-toasted due to them shutting of the ovens off and one of them being out of spinach "now" although the wrong sandwich had them on them prior. Left fairly unsatisfied still as the manager pretty much just accepted that they didn't have what they needed to do the job. Feel bad for the associates, but upset with my wasted my time/gas. Not that QT needs the business, but I won't be back and will advise against the closest qt that I normally used daily.

    This 7-11 rips people off! They ran my husbands card for $24.50 they said it didn't go through so…read morethey ran it again and sure enough the bank statement showed two charges for $24.50- we went multiple times to the store to confront them, however the owner or manager never seemed to be in. If we went at night we were told to come during the day, when we came during the day we were told to come a different day. This literally went on for seven attempts before we just gave up. I didn't want to have to cancel my card and go through all that. I should have but it's a huge inconvenience especially since this was so obvious like the timing and everything was one transaction after the next. They rip people off. I know times are tough but when you take advantage of customers you end up loosing them. We moved away from this side of town but I would be very careful about using your card here and if they say the transaction did not go through check your bank statement right there and be obnoxious about it because they tried to pull this on us we when we were laughing and having a good time this evening- the cashier like took advantage of our unsuspecting good mood. Not a good business and then that BS about the owner/manager never being there. Cool man you got us for $24.50, hopefully karma knocks you out of business. I wish I could give 0 stars. The crazy thing is I came in here at least 1 x a week prior to this because I lived down the street. If it was a simple mistake then you should empower your staff to handle this matter but I know the owner himself told me to come back because I went in there so often, so that's why I have 0 shame for writing this.
