For those complaining about the price, what do you expect?!?! Go to Filiberto's and be a negative Nancy if you want "cheap" food with no love, no intention, and no happiness. The fish tacos are TRUE CALI fish tacos. Fresh fish, FRIED PERFECTLY. The sneaky menu item is the wings. Fried perfectly and huge. Perfect for football season. Do not doubt this place, do not question whether or not you should come here. Quite literally everything is good, and the menu has such a variety that you'll find something that works for you, and yes it will be good. And I'm completely serious when I say this - if someone complains about the food they're wack.

One of the ceviches came out very quickly, the other came out last and we had to inquire about it. Not sure if they forgot or were just making a new batch. All the food was good. No complaints. The ceviche is a good sized portion. Two could share if they wanted to. The fish tacos were really excellent - definitely kicked my craving. Fun spot with a unique menu - I would come back!

It was so good. I would definitely come back for that alone. A house combo is very good. The fish was crisp, not greasy and extremely hot, the chicken was excellent juicy tasty I don't know what they did to it but I don't think I've ever been overwhelmed by how good chicken was before eating this. The rib was tasty, but chewy and impossible to cut with plastic utensils I ended up eating it with my hands. It wasn't really a rib so much as a fat piece of pork with a tiny little bone in it. But I really enjoyed it even though it was a little chewy. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely go back to this restaurant

The menu is extensive and covers a variety of cuisines. Are they experts in any particular category? No. But that's not really the point. The goal is to offer something for everyone, and in that regard, they succeed. While some items are average, there are several standouts. Personally, I enjoy the Grilled Chicken Avocado Sandwich. The appetizers are solid, the service is consistently quick, and I've yet to encounter any major issues during a visit. The atmosphere is energetic without being overwhelming, and the soundtrack of 80s and 90s rock adds a fun layer of nostalgia. Overall, Bubba's 33 delivers exactly what most families are looking for: a relaxed environment, a broad menu, reasonable prices, and something everyone can enjoy. My family and I will most likely be back in the future. It's not trying to be the best restaurant in town. It's trying to be a good time, and it succeeds.

I got a birria taco and my hubs got an al pastor quesadilla. We also got a side of rice and horchata. Tortilla was nice and everything was a perfect ratio Birria- OMG! The flavor was perfect and the cheese. It was so hard not to eat it in one bite lol. I foot to add consume but honestly it didn't need it. I loved the flavor and how tender the meat was I've driven past the Litchfield location and always wanted to try so I am happy we made it into this location! Definitely will have to make my way to that one since it's a little closer to home. Also the seating is ample inside and the girls are nice! Kitchen was quick as well. I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

Now I have the time since I won't be able to eat the rest of my food. I ordered over the phone and was told the food would take 15 minutes. I ordered 5 pieces of the Fish Fry and double fries and my girlfriend got the Hatch Chili Burger and upgraded to Sweet Potato fries for $2+ dollars. I live 2 minutes away down the street. I left 20 minutes after my order was made. When I get there I tell the cashier I have a to-go order and he has me pay. After I finish paying, he walks away without saying a word to me and starts sweeping the floor. I just wait and we make eye contact multiple times and he doesn't say anything. I assumed my food was ready because it had already been 25 minutes since I ordered. I realized maybe it's not ready, my mistake, I sit down in the table near the counter. He's watching me sit down and the literal exact moment I sit down he yells out that my order is ready. And when I get up to go get it, that's when he starts putting it in the bag. He doesn't go to the kitchen or anything so I don't know if my order was just sitting there this whole time and he was just waiting for me to sit down for some reason? I'm in no rush so I don't care its been 35 minutes at this point so I give him the benefit of the doubt still, and move on. Stacks the tartar sauce as he's trying to put everything in the bag and the stack falls over and a sauce falls on the floor. He looks at me and looks at the floor then he looks around the sauce drawer and puts another 3rd sauce which I assumed was another tartar sauce. It ended up being ranch. I wouldn't have cared if he just told me that he was out of tartar sauce but I guess trying to deceive me with ranch is a better option. At this point I would've still given a 4 STAR or even 5 STAR review if the food held up because it's a local business and I don't want some weird bald guy deter people from good food. After my 2 minute drive home we opened our containers that held extremely soggy and half cold sweet potato fries. I ordered double fries with my fish so my pile of fries were double soggy and partly cold too. I ate 2 pieces of Fish Fry and they were alright. I would've ordered them again and I was excited because I had a huge piece of fish fry I was going to have next. However I realized it was 2 pieces of fish fry stuck together causing the stuck sides to be soggy and have semi uncooked breading. The biggest piece I was excited for was the biggest disappointment. The only saving grace was the Hatch Chili Burger. The beef patties were soft and cooked well, unlike the last 3 pieces of fish fry. We spent $40 dollars on the entire thing. And we only ate the burger and 2 fish from the meals. Super convenient location for food that I will be completely avoiding in the future. TLDR: Bad service if bald guy is there. Was told 15 minutes but food took around 30-35 minutes. Let's you guess if your food is ready or not after he has you pay. Waits for you to sit down to tell you it's ready when it was possibly just sitting infront of him. Drops tartar sauce and tries to sneak ranch instead of just telling me that he can't/doesn't wanna replace it. Get home, half of order is soggy&cold. ALL fries including upcharged fries were soggy. Only Hatch Chili Burger was good. SPENT $40 and it was 2 meals that were less than mediocre overall. Normally I can ignore most bad service/attitudes but this dude sucked and doesn't like to communicate with customers. Below are photos of what I thought was a "big piece" of fish fry flipped around and then after I separate the two pieces.

My wife had allergies, so we are always careful to explain the allergy alerts. The young man raking the order seemed bothered by the extra precautions we voiced. I'd also like to point out that we understand that we went thru on Valentine's Day, so we expected a long line, but from the time of arrival, about 6:45, to the time we departed, 7:30, it was a 45 minute process, that's excessive.. we also drive 25 Minutes each way, so we are at almost two hours total trip. So you should understand my anger that for the second time in a row, there were problems with our order. We always order two extra beef patty's with no seasoning as a treat for our puppies.. we had them wait until we got home to give them their Pattie's, so we got home and either Patty was there. Calculating each, they are about $2.60 each patty.. Then we discover that the extra cheese sauce we were charged for was nowhere to be found, so there's another $2.50. On top of all that, we specifically asked for the allergy order to be seperate, and it wasn't, so my wife's fried had to be thrown out, there's another $5 I wasn't going to drive another 25 minutes to get these items, especially on valentines Night, so I called the 623-322-3544 number to speak to a manager.. I called once at 8:14pm to find it ring and ring and ring until I finally hung up.. I then called back at 8:23, someone answered, I said I needed to speak to a manager, I was then placed on hold.. at 8:27 o finally hung up and decided to take to twitter, Facebook, and Yelp to voice my frustrations, because this is totally unacceptable, when the total of our meal was over $50.
