QT on 99th Camelback rocks. Everyone at this store is doing the best they can- myself as a witness, considering its location on the west side. The complainers need to consider where they are, realize that the west side is what it is already. That there will be times you go in between shifts and things will be different. It's a great store. Hot dogs are great. The tray under the fountain dispenser has garbage and food in it. Hasn't been cleaned in a while. I told the manager about it 3 weeks ago and still nasty. I sent an email to corporate 2 months ago. No reply. Still nasty. Not going to return. Sorry they had too many chances. read more

I really like QuikTrip for their QT snacks and food, and usually very clean restrooms. And, even though I have stopped at this, and other QTs many times, I don't stop regularly because the nearest one to me is about 5 miles away. And, this is my 1st review of any of 'em. One thing that many people don't know about, is that with a QuikTrip credit card you get discounts on gas, with the regular discount at $0.03 a gallon. However, they do have promotional discounts periodically of up to $0.10 a gallon. And, they got that going on now. And, with the price of gas today, any discount is good. :) But, try to get 9/10 of a cent of gas, and see where that gets ya. LOL. read more

I'm an Uber driver that works overnights, so I stop at A LOT of QT stores to get something to drink and use the restroom. And most of the QT's I go to are SOOO filthy.... Especially in the restroom!!!! But I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this QT was. read more

Today I witnessed something truly nasty and disturbing. As I was gonna grab a hotdog I noticed some thing around one of the wieners. As I looked closer I noticed it was a long strand of hair fully wrapped around the hotdog wiener. I called one of the Workers over to inform him so that he may inventory it and throw it out as well as clean the roller. All he did was grab the hotdog wiener throw, it away and then he moved the other hotdogs in the same spot rolling hairy dog was at ... didn't even clean it or bother to change out the tongs.... Every barrel must have one bad apple, and this one is it! The windshield wash stations are always filthy and smell like sewer water. The driveway at the pumps often looks and smells like a nice coating of drinks, food, vomit, urine and god knows what else! Fuel pump over flowed all over my car and a week later the nozzle was replaced that did not swivel so it's all twisted up and pulling out of the tank. Sodas fountains are often out of product. Friendly service is hit or miss with no greeting or Thank You at times. The isles were flooded like someone needs to go to mop training school. Everyone I try to get help from, including Joe Engelman a "So called Training Manager" and Steve at the Division Office, did nothing. To be fair, Joe did claim he forwarded my plea for help to other people. None of the corporate stuffed shirts ever said they would pick up the phone and tell the anybody at store 00448 to change the damn windshield wash buckets out because the are nauseating! read more

I love QT. I live in the St. Louis area and have never had a bad experience in one. I appreciate the coupons and deals they show on the app. and I don't mind filling out the questionnaire they send via email. I have always found them clean and the people courteous. Their fast food is all good and a big variety in the soda fountain area. I esp. love their pizzas and usually buy all my pizzas there. Esp. the personal size when it's only $2.99. QTs around town are a great place to stop. They have great prices and great quality gasoline. Many of the locations now have an in-store kitchen that you can order small entrées from. The hot dog stations are so good because they have all of the sides to make a Chi-style dog (with the exception of the spear pickle)...and yes they have the neon green relish. Quik and easy and very friendly service

My morning didn't start off so great considering I was running late and had an empty tank. I stopped at the local QT on the way to school to fill my tank and get some breakfast. I walked in and was immediately greeted by all the staff. I went over to the QTKitchen and began to order my usual; a ham, egg and cheese croissant with a large iced french vanilla coffee. The kitchen worker began making my order for me fresh. i then proceeded to filling my tank. My trip took no longer than 7 minutes. The fast pace these employees work at with great customer service will keep me a loyal customers for the years to come! Great job to you QuikTrip! read more
