Missing my baked potato, my wife's burger was missing the whole hamburger Patty, cheese lettuce and tomato. Every time I stop at a Wendy's , and that is rare since they donate to dirty money causes, they get my order wrong. Every time and at every location. I am not sure why. Last night I stopped by this location on the way home from a party and sure enough........ Please time your service so that the burger and fries come out at the same time. The burger was decent, with cold crispy lettuce, but the buns have too much sugar in them. The staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered the fried Homestyle Asiago Chicken Club sandwich, and a small soda to eat in. For being fried, the sandwich appeared quickly, which leads me to believe that the fried breast fillet was already made. And in addition, the coating wasn't very crunchy. However, the chicken was nice and hot. And, the bacon and lettuce was nice and crisp. With the tomato being fresh.But, the cheese slice had been sitting out for a while, as it didn't melt very well. Where do I start?? First of all, i really want to like this Wendy's but every time i give it another chance, i regret it. 99% of the time when you order a meal, they offer S, M or L. Every time you get anything larger than a small, they short the frys, so you still end up paying more money any don't get when you paid for. Food's normally hot but often times tastes like it's been under a heat lap for too long. Latest news, tonight I ordered a baconator and when I got home, I opened up something with chicken and bbq ‍. I came to order breakfast sandwiches for me and my fiancé and to use my T-Mobile Tuesday free breakfast sandwich. I went through the drive thru and scanned the offer with the cashier. I tried to use Apple Pay but was told they do not take Apple Pay. I didn't have cards or cash to pay. Mind you, the offer for a free breakfast sandwich was redeemed so I asked if I could come back and pay for the sandwiches. I was told that was ok. I don't live too far away, it's about a 6 minute drive from my home. I go and pick up a card and return at 10:30am. I told the employee I was coming back to pay for my order. They didn't know what was going on. In a span of 12-13 minutes, they didn't keep the sandwiches and would no longer serve the sandwiches because it was passed 10:30am. It was updated tO a modern vibe and pretty clEan overall. There was only one person ordering so there was no reAl wait at all. I ordered a 4 for 44 bacon cheese burger meal and an additional frosty. My food was prepped pretty quickly so I took my tray and headed to the free style soda machine to grab my soda. Very good selection of drinks of all varieties but you expect that from these new machines. Decided m a Mellow Yellow. Took a seat a braced myself for what could be a success or epic disaster. Started with the burger, took a BbQ I've and was completely surprise. The bacon was crispy and patty was not oozed cooked like my last time. Then proceeded to the fries. I don't know when they changed fry types but these new ones were fresh and board walk like and definitely were an improvement to the old sTyle they use to serve. My only complaint to the meal came from the nuggets l. They were slightly over done and warm at best but overall not bad just not as fresh as tHey could be. But the frosty was just like I remembered them being delicious and really the only reason I dEcoded to goo back. Great food. Great staff. Please have two people taking orders at lunch! I have been in here twice during the lunch hour and the wait to take my order was nearly 10 minutes. There are a lot of people in line at lunch time and this is a super busy location. They had one order taker and one person gathering the orders.
