Hasn't been here in a long while and decided to try again on a Sunday afternoon. Big mistake! Oh boy! First, a long car line that took forever to move. Second lane was not being used but cars kept entering and then having to back up, most left completely after that situation. After about 20-25 minutes in line, I finally got up to the speaker. An automated male voice asked what I wanted. As I was ordering, a grumpy female voice said I needed to wait. I waited, both cars in front left. I still waited and waited. Finally, she took my order even though she was unclear and spoke way too much and too fast. The bad speaker didn't help. Had trouble explaining they had no regular butter, then she had issues understanding which butter I then requested. It took several attempts to get it right. Took a while to figure out the cost (on a computer?), and she quoted a price that was way too much for the order. The computer charged $1 more for the lobster rolls than the price on the wall near the speaker. The salad wasn't the $5 chicken salad they promote either. They refused to honor the lobster roll price on the wall which was a dollar less each than what their computer said. The worker said she couldn't change the price, only a higher up could. I told her I would wait while she called the higher up. I waited and waited again. Quite a few cars left the drive through due to the wait time and no movement of the line. The prices on the menu on the wall were changed previously with Dyno labels. You can see the tape covering older prices and stating what's unavailable. They couldn't do that again easily? Really? Angie's refused to honor the price clearly shown on their wall. What do you call it when they charge you more than the sticker price? Is this bait and switch? Does it sound like business fraud? I believe so. I was told the computer pricing was changed but the signage was not yet changed. Why not, if it meant printing out labels and affixing? I asked specifically if they were not honoring the posted price. They said no, they weren't offering that price. They told me to call corporate. No apology. Nothing. Nope, just reviewing and posting social media. I ended up driving away after wasting about 45 minutes on nonsense. The so-so food's not worth the aggravation. I noticed too that some past offerings were no longer available. Shame on Angie's! Should I call the AZ attorney general's office about the probable fraud? Horrible customer service and wait times in a hot long drive through. Never again. read more

This is some really good food here. There is a good amount of variety. At this location they had fried seafood. The fried shrimp sandwich was soo good as was the chicken cobb salad I had. The prices are ridiculously reasonable. Your dollar definitely stretches farther than typical fast food restaurants. There only drive through and window pickup for online orders. Not a stranger to their concept, I did see a lot of fun new stuff to try: - Crunch#!@$ Supreme with USDA Prime top Sirloin Steak, $6.99: I think the person who assembled my crunchwrap left out the tostada and tomatoes. Had it been in there, I think this would have made for an amazing crunchwrap. The steak itself was done well. - #!@$ Rib Sandwich Meal, $8.99: This is the thing to pass. Have you ever bitten into something so salt you fall onto your knees, knowing your blood pressure was about to punch the moon in the dark side? That's what happen. I was intrigued by their take on a rib sandwich but I recommend you pass on it unless you want to feel like a horse with a salt lick. - Extra #!@$ Salad Meal, $6.99: I mean, it's a salad. It's a chicken parm and spinach salad with an herbaceous pesto dressing. This was solid with no complaints. It also came with a quesadilla on the side so that was fun. Always a fan of Angie's. I discovered Angie's lobster a long time ago and I was amazed how cheap it is to get a lobster roll meal under $15 in AZ! However, times are tough and they increased their prices especially in their seafood. We ordered two Warm Lobster rolls meals ($18.99/each). For fast food they offer so much variety like warm and cold lobster rolls, salad bowls, burritos, burgers, fried chicken and other seafood items. They are a Drive Thru only restaurant. We decide to get some food around 4pm. I wanted to do an online pick up order but they didn't offer that at the time so we ordered at the Drive Thru. They had a few cars in front of us but it went by quick. However, what was weird to me was when we pulled up to order they had an automatic voice asking us for the order but when we already said our order, an actual voice repeated the question for our order and then they told us to hold on too. The food itself was good. Sauces are tasty and yummy. Lobster tasted delicious and French fries were good. My favorite is the Spicy honey sauce. I definitely want to try their other dishes. I love all the Angie's concepts but this location is trash. I placed an online order and it wasn't ready at the guaranteed time. The girl opened the window and said they were still working on it which was fine. Didn't say hi, how can I help you, thanks for your patience, nothing. Meanwhile someone else comes to get their order. She leaves and comes back because her order is wrong. I finally get my food and I left the bags on the counter to check them. She looked at me and rudely said "everything is in there" and closed the window. Well Karen, no it's not. I got a mashed potato bowl with sweet potatoes, broccoli and shrimp. The bowl in my bag had corn and chicken. I also got chicken tenders and fries for my husband. I rang the bell again and a guy asked if my order was wrong and I said yes. Told him the bowl was wrong and he asked if the rest of my order was fine and I said the sticker said it was my order. I ordered a side cheese quesadilla for my toddler as well. I saw two foil wrapped things in the bag and assumed it was that (shame on me). He brings me my bowl and I take everything to my car. Then I realize I didn't get my drinks so I had to go back to the window. I walked up and he said is your order still wrong and I said yes and he got my drinks. No apology or anything. Upon arriving home, I realized the two foil wrapped items were some kind of chicken wrap, not a quesadilla. So now my toddler won't eat anything for lunch. My bowl was less than mediocre. The shrimp smelled extra fishy which tells me it was on the verge of not being good anymore. Broccoli had no seasoning, nor did the mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes. Terrible bowl and I will never be getting it again. My husband loves the chicken and enjoyed his meal. This location seriously needs to work on customer service and checking orders. read more

My daughter was so excited to try this place. We drove 17 minutes to try it. She ordered 2 lobster rolls and shrimp and chips. We waited about 3 minutes in line. Another 3 minutes for our order to be taking. Had problems with the debit machine and it didn't tell us when it was approved and it didn't give us a receipt. Drove up to get food and waited another 3 minutes for food. No receipt in bag. Went home and my daughter went to take a bite of her lobster roll and immediately saw a water bug stuck on her food. She was so upset and threw it out. There was no receipt and when I looked for the number to call... THEY DONT HAVE A NUMBER TO CALL. So I had to fill out a form in order for them to contact me. I ordered the Jumbo lobster roll with lemon butter and a side chicken quesadilla. The lobster roll was cold, butter was on the side, and they forgot to upsize it. It was so small! The quesadilla was not melted at all and it's just cold shredded cheese and cold chicken. Very disappointed with this new location. Next time I'll have to drive to the surprise location or one of the other spots. I do not recommend the Glendale location. read more

Had visited their location on Bell road and the lobster roll there was twice as large and stuffed with a mayonaise based lobster that was delicious. HOWEVERat this location the roll was cheaper lobster mixed with some red stuff which might have been paprika. It was tasteless. They do not take CASH!! Cards only. I opted to get shrimp. It gave me a stomach ache. There were only 4. It was $7.99. If I ever go again, it will be for a salad. I can see this place closing. What you pay for is what you get, wish there was more lobster but for the price of $15, it's kind of unbeatable. It comes with oil and sauce in their own little packets so you can add as much as to your liking. The sauce is for the fries and tastes like chipotle sauce. Also there is no seating around, so you'll have to sit inside your car or at a nearby Mcdanolds which isn't horrible, but definitely kind of awkward. The service was good, you order through a qr code if you are not doing drive through and wait outside the pick up window. I've been coming to Angie's Lobster since it first opened. I was really excited about having another salad option besides Salad and Go, especially since I'm not a fan of the texture of their chicken. I ended up really loving the salads here. Overall, the service is good and the food is great. I've tried several items including the cod, steak, chicken, and breakfast options, and most of the time everything is solid. My only real issue has been with the breakfast bowls. When they were first introduced, they were amazing. Unfortunately, over time it seems like the portions have gotten smaller with each visit. I can overlook the bowl being lightly seasoned or the potatoes sometimes not being fully cooked, but there should at least be enough potatoes to cover the bottom of the bowl. The steak and eggs are usually good, but during my most recent visit about a week ago, I was pretty disappointed. Normally the bowl comes with two eggs cooked over-medium, but this time they completely forgot one. Considering I'm already paying an extra dollar for what's maybe half an avocado, the least I expect is for the eggs to be correct. The bowl ended up costing around $10, and the fact that I finished it in about five minutes because there was barely anything in it was frustrating. I didn't even have the energy to go back and complain because I had already gone through my morning routine and dropped the kids off. I really hope this doesn't become the norm because overall I do like the food and the fast service. However, I won't have an issue choosing not to return if the portions and accuracy don't match what's listed on the menu. read more

They literally give you so much lobster in it. I don't even know how they can make a profit selling it at that price so I always go here to support it. My goodness, this place is amazing!...Especially for the price. It is real lobster inside of the roll and their fried shrimp is also amazing. The bread roll? YUMMMMM! People who write bad reviews, well, I'm not quite sure what planet they came from. Either that, or they enjoy being Karens. We are talking a fast food restaurant; not a five star resort restaurant. I recently went to Angies Lobster 4/9/26. I frequent this location at least twice a week. No issues prior. Yesterday I ordered a fried cod sandwich. Within a few hours I was sick vomiting and diarRhea. I had eaten other food items earlier in the day and the only thing I threw up was the sandwich all night and into the morning. The food could be great but There is NO consistency to the bowls, sometime it's very salty & sometimes not, and all the other time you have to hope that you're getting the "normal" quantity. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I really wanted to like this place and have been looking forward to trying it. I finally got the chance to get lunch with my husband here and we were very disappointed. First, we waited a very long time to order and pay even though there was only 1 car ahead of us. The guy at the window wasn't friendly. I noticed he was wearing gloves but they looked dirty and he was opening the window while wearing them and the going back to touch food. What's the point of gloves if you're not changing them out? He asked us to pull around front and they would bring out the food. It was a bit of a wait. I will say the fries were decent but very over salted and I like salt. The lobster roll was sad looking and the lobster was very fishy tasting. I wondered if it was on the verge of going bad. Not sweet and succulent like I would expect. I orderd it with lemon butter but I didn't detect any butter at all. I couldn't even finish. It just didn't taste good. My husband ordered the hot honey cod sandwich. We found it strange that the cod wasn't coated in the hot honey sauce as pictured in the menu. Instead, it was a plain cod sandwich with a packet of hot honey, tartar sauce and fry sauce thrown in the bag. Otherwise, he said his sandwich was ok. We spent over $30 for fast food for 2 and it was absolutely not worth the price. I won't be back. Based on some other reviews, it sounds like they aren't terrible all of the time.
