After looking over the menu I decided on the traditional with scrambled eggs and pork sausage links. I got The Traditional Breakfast with chicken maple sausage patty, scrambled eggs, and gluten-free bread. Everything was solid--the eggs were cooked well, the sausage had great flavor, and the potatoes were actually really good too. Loved that they had a gluten-free bread option. We also ordered the Million Dollar Bacon and it was so good. You can taste a little cayenne and black pepper, but it's not too much at all. It goes really well with the sweetness from the maple. Wow, I've never really been a fan of chilaquiles but I wanted to give it another shot and the chilaquiles here was delicious! The tortilla chips still had a nice crunch but there was still a perfect amount of drizzled sauce. The eggs were perfectly made -- still soft but not mushy. This dish was definitely nutrient-dense and helped me reach my fiber goals for the day! The staff were very helpful and made sure my meal was completely gluten-free, as I have a gluten sensitivity. It was quite packed in there but we were seated very quickly. This restaurant chain just has all-around good basic brunch items that will satisfy any kind of eater. The food is freshly prepared, and the juice is fresh squeezed as well. There are lots of health-conscious items that are also flavorful on the menu. For example, I cannot have egg yolks at the moment, and even though this spot specializes in egg items, they have plenty of options for me as well. Staple breakfast place in most cities. Been to this place in Dallas, Savannah and now Glendale. Service is always good, food tastes good with great options. The place is always buzzing and be prepared to wait at times. As for this location, the staff was very sociable, food came out fast and we were able to get back on our way a quicker than we expected. Only downside was that my shirt got stained from dirt or grim on the edge of the table. Suggest the staff not only wipe down the table tops but also the sides. read more

Open and airy and a wonderful breakfast/brunch/lunch spot! My first time did not disappoint! Buttermilk Biscuit, Turkey sausage and gravy with a side of cheesy grits shared with my daughter - the biscuit was HUGE and had made in site! Buttery and rich biscuit with amazing savory Turkey sausage and gravy. The american potatoes were amazing as well! And cholula to boot! Our server -and everyone was attentive! We are staying at the hotel close by for a convention and decided to go and have breakfast here. It was very packed. We waited about 25 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was very sweet and very accommodating. Apologize for the wait took our drink orders asked if we had any questions about anything since it was our first time being there she was very helpful. We went ahead and placed our drink orders receive those pretty quickly, went ahead and placed our food order. Everything came out so pretty great presentation and everything was absolutely delicious in house made watermelon drink was so good. I'm gonna definitely regret not being able to get that again since I do not live in Arizona I am from California. The Strawberry Tres Leches French toast was so good! First disappointing visit to a First Watch. We have been to 3 in the greater Phoenix area and 3 in the Nashville area. This was the loudest/noisiest of any visit. Diners speak louder to one another just to get over the music, so turn down the music when you have a full house. Service was not attentive and seemed distracted. We came to First Watch for a late breakfast before walking over to the State Farm stadium for the 49ers @ Cardinals game on Sunday December 17th. They were on a long wait, for sure it's worth it to be on the waiting list ahead of time, I believe which you can do online. We opted to sit at the bar too once a couple left to avoid the wait. Totally understandable why they're on a wait, it's not a huge huge place, and only open until 2 pm I believe. We got a Bloody Mary and a mimosa and ordered our food. It's impossible to not be busy at this place as there's never an empty table or seat at the bar top. I ordered the classic potato dish that is on their sign outside, Sunny Soeul Hash. It has potatoes, kimchi, meat, I got 2 Sunny side up eggs on it. Next time I go, I'd 100% get the eggs Benedict. Highly recommend. read more
