!!!DONT EVER GO HERE!!! If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would!!!! This is regarding a trip my fiancé took at around 1:30am with the night shift manager Alphonso M. (I have had no problem during the day. The staff during the day is great.) The night (early morning) I am posting this, Saturday August 28th, my fiancé went into the store. Long story short, the night shift manager, who SHOULD be the most professional out of the business decided to take it upon himself to follow her around the store, continuously "try to spark a conversation" and then proceed to say "Hey I hate to be creepy, but you have AMAZING legs" AND THEN, trying to lower his voice to avoid getting heard by the cameras and/or other customers, goes closer to her and whispers "... and an amazing ass too". She then came home and told me what happened. I went to the store to get his name and confront (later found out) Alphonso M. about this interaction. He told me "we had no girl come in who looked like that." I gave him a very detailed description and he tried lying about it like it didn't happen 5-10 minutes before I showed up. Then when I repeated what he had told her he immediately got confrontational and began raising his voice at me and SPECIFICALLY SAID "it had nothing to do with you. If I'm gonna compliment a girl on her ass or chest it doesn't concern you. I like seeing a nice body on a woman. So if I see one, I'm gonna go up to her and say something." I asked if he even knew her age and you could see his heart drop and he responded with a simple "well..... no" When I asked him if he would do the same with other employees and customers around he responded no, so he knew what he did was wrong. Keep in mind I had a 30 minute conversation with Alphonso M. and as expected he was flustered and upset that he got caught in the act. He was retracting things he said previously and adding things to the story such as "well she was flirting with me too" and " it doesn't matter if you were here either, I probably still would've said something" The cops were called, a report was filed, and I will be contacting corporate to get this man fired. There should be no reason why a 40 year old man is sexually complimenting on a young woman whilst not knowing her age, let alone that he was AT WORK AND the MANAGER!!! This is a middle aged man trying to convince me my 18 year old fiancé was flirting back with a QT manager. (Did catch mine and his conversation on video and will also be showing it to corporate, where he admits what he said, says he doesn't regret it and how he will sexually compliment a woman if HE finds their body attractive enough) Will be updating when new info is received. read more

My husband and I drive to a lot of places, we like "cruising" the neighborhood, when we go out of town, we do the same where ever we are. We came across this gas station, it's got to be the biggest gas station/store we have found. It's got very tall overhead covered pumps, I guess a RV would fit without problems, there are also at least 16 pumps, maybe more, I didn't really count them. Then once you go inside, the store doesn't look this big from the outside, but once inside, there is so much space and the selection of items, almost mini market. The soda fountain area is huge, with every kind of soda included in the fountain. There is fresh donuts, fresh coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea. The bathrooms are clean and spacious, like at any truck stop area. They have fresh sandwiches, hot dogs and nachos. The wall of cold storage is full of choices for can or bottle soda, energy drink, water and of course beer. There are isles of snacks like chips and candy. It must be just about anything you could want for snack, drink or beer and if you are in need of diapers, they got that too. If you come across one of these stations/store, stop in and take a look around, it's truly amazing! read more

Customer service employee ripped me off and got very rude with me . It was 4:21 am on Saturday morning July 31,2021. I gave him a $20 bill and he gave me change back for a $10.. clearly he knew what he was doing and how to do it. I was the only one in the store and he used language to fluster me and I wasnt going to stand there and let him yell at me that I was wrong, I got scared and just left the store. I went in on a Tuesday late morning and bought a bottle of water. I gave the guy a $10 bill and got change for a $5. I was going to say something but he quickly directed his attention elsewhere. Very good store, fast employees. They had a new guy who really slowed things down there a while ago, but it looks like he's up to speed now.

Brent went above and beyond to help me out. The ice freezer was empty and Brent, without hesitation, went to the back to get me a bag. As he was making his way back there the gentleman in charge started reprimanding Brent for providing outstanding customer service. He followed Brent to the back and started berating him loud enough for the whole store to hear. Brent returned with ice in hand and continued to provide amazing customer service. These five stars are for Brent only. The gentleman in charge should not be allowed to be in a leadership position. read more

Great people, third qt without working air for tires. Is this a business to enhance taking care of our vehicles? I recommend having a unit that can be purchased for service using quarters. Many homeless sit at the tire air unit and ask for those quarters so my guess is maintaining order as well as the unit must be difficult. The units at QT are free. When they work. read more

This QT is big, clean, spacious, with great stock and really easy to get from/to the highway. Hard to know it's even here if you're on the highway, but it's one of the most convenient gas/stores on this stretch of SR-101. Always fast service too. read more

This review is for the QT kitchen. Ordered online and asked for pepperoni and olive. Walked in and the guy had a attitude saying "are you waiting for something?" Told him I had ordered online. He picks up my pizza and drops it on the counter and walks off. Never had any problems with QT before but this just pissed me off. read more

QT does an amazing job and that includes the one on 19th Ave and the 101. The lot and store are always clean and well maintained and the staff always greats me when I walk in. The coffee selection is good and there are a lot of good food options as well. No matter how busy QT is I am able to get in and out quickly and always deal with pleasant staff. I have gotten to where I will go out of my way to stop at a QT rather than other gas stations in the area. read more

I love quick trip. They just added hot food to the already amazing offering. Honestly, it reminds me a bit of the Wawa I recently visited in PA. The touch screen order system for the hot food. I wish they had sandwiches like Wawa. This location is always clean, and there are serious amounts of hustle from the staff. This is my morning drink stop, and was Ecstatic to move back to a neighborhood with a quick trip on my morning commute. Also, after 4pm all pastries are half off. I love hitting the pastry jackpot and getting a muffin on the way home. QT for life!! read more
