This place has terrible customer service. Every time I have called to make an appointment, you get transferred in circles or hung up on. I've called them 6 times throughout the day and was never able to get through to the brow bar. I spoke to the manager who didn't seem to care and wasn't helpful at all. Their sales people in store are also very rude and insulting at times. read more

So unfortunate that these people are SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called to see if I could get my eyebrows done and they said "yes of course come on in" and so I got in my car and drove 15 minuets to have them say they couldn't because they were closing in 20 minuets when I've had my eyebrows done at other Ulta's before in less than ten so I know it wouldn't take that long! I came in without an appointment and they managed to work me in. I was most definitely not disappointed. My eyebrows (which had been traumatized by other removal services) were treated like the queens they deserved to be. She outlined my brows to where they naturally were supposed to be and was very friendly as well. She was quick and efficient. My eyebrows look amazing. Have been searching for an awesome brow girl and came upon the ratings of Marissa. Guess she must be awesome; however, actually experiencing the awesomeness is another thing entirely. I've tried several times to see her, but she is always booked and who knew getting your brows done was such a time consuming ordeal. Also, I've gone there in person and over the phone and each time, the employees are rude and not helpful at all. Very young, unprofessional, and just rude. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done at a Benefit Brow Bar. Previously, I got them done at the mall with the threading method. When I would go to someone new, they would always do a pretty good job. However, over time they would make my eyebrows thinner and thinner and I prefer mine thicker. I decided to spend a little more money and go to a Benefit Brow Bar. Based on all the reviews, I requested Marissa. She was AMAZING! She really talked me through the whole process and discussed what parts of my brows needed to grow out and be worked on over time. Brandi did my eyebrows and they came out wonderfully, I went to her about a month after a bad experience at the threading place in Avondale so I'd have time for my eyebrows to grow out a bit, she reshaped them and made them look more natural and is working on making them a bit higher as well. read more
