It's a busy spot, but gets the job done! I get all my face hair removal needs at this location. The lady threading is ALWAYS SWAMPED. Sign in at the clip board and watch who was there before you etc because she won't call out names. I've been going here for about a year. I love the more natural approach to beauty. I used to come here since I was a teenager. Let me just say this place has fallen off. It's extremely filthy and unsanitary, and also there's a toddler in there (one of the workers toddler) making a huge mess. It dropped food and water, and was mixing it on the floor. The worker (mom) just watched and did nothing??? She never got up to clean it. This is supposed to be a place of cleanliness. I get that toddlers can be messy, I have a toddler of my own, but this is not the place to have dirty floors, and have a toddler in a diaper (no pants) running around making a mess, sitting in a muddled puddle. I hope they read this take these criticisms into consideration, and fix it. read more

I have been 5 times now and love my brows every time. I walk in, short wait, quick service. Always happy!

Walked in and employees were eating in the back and had people waiting in lobby. They have a first come, first serve and do not honor this. I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional read more

Quick threading service and love that they take walk ins! We went in on a busy Friday but still Only had to wait 10 min.

I have always struggled finding someone to help with my thick eyebrows, but no matter who I get here they're all wonderful and listen to your requests. I have been going here for 4 years now, and it's always great service, great prices, friendly and quick! The most I've ever waited on their really busy days is 20-30 minutes. Worth the wait if ever any. read more

Nice people however I paid about $35 for full face threading and only ask for eyebrow cleanup. Instead my eyebrows have two different shapes and there's irritation because the witch hazel that was used was probably low quality. read more

Been here plenty of times no concerns at all except for today. I had a new lady today who threaded my eyebrows and they came out so uneven asked her to trim the right side to make it even and she just looked at me and said they'll grow back. DO NOT GO ON TUESDAYS. read more

I use to come here all the time and out of no where they started making excuses not doing full face threading I think it's ridiculous . I was told there not doing it because there gonna get to busy that's no excuse at all and one of them is pregnant and she's "" too tired "" not an excuse at all don't go to work if your too tired read more

I've been coming to this place every month for 2 years now and I have had many different ladies do my eyebrows and they have never disappointed so I never worried about not getting the same lady since I thought they were all good. However Today I came in and asked the lady that took me in to "just clean up my brows no different shape" and I end up with a completely different shape to my usual shape, they're circular and UNEVEN!!!! I told her that she left them uneven and she kept saying that it wasn't uneven and I kept pointing to her where she had left it uneven and she threaded a chunk of my eyebrow in front of me while I had the mirror in my hand and I told her that she had left it worse for doing that, but at this point I just wanted to get off the chair before she continues to make my eyebrows smaller and worse. And when I proceeded to pay, I told her that I was very disappointed at how my eyebrows came out and that it was nothing on her and simply just her work, and she continued to not say anything and charged me. I wish I wouldn't have paid and gotten her name so that I can tell you all to avoid her! I'm not sure if I should give this place another try or not read more

This is my favorite place in the west side. The ladies are nice and friendly. During the week I'm an in and out very fast service.

Decent place for the money. The last time I went in the lady threading was new you could tell- she cut me a few times but someone more experienced came in to finish the job and gave a small discount as she too noticed all the small nicks I received. I still will go back due to the work and prices being reasonable l read more

I switched to threading from waxing years ago and I have never looked back. My eyebrows just come out looking cleaner and better shaped. When I moved to Arizona, I found this location. I have had a couple of different employees do the threading on different occasions and they come out consistently well each time. As far as pain goes, sometimes it hurts and other times it isn't bad at all. I think it just depends on the technique of the individual. However, I am more concerned that my brows look nice and are even at the end of the day. read more

I just moved to town and looked for a place with great ratings. You can't mess with a girl brows. I tried this on a Sunday and am glad to see they are opened all day. I arrived at 1108am (they open at 11am) and someone was already in a chair. I hadn't had my brows done in 3 weeks so they were a mess. The woman who worked on me listened to my request had me in and out in 7 minutes. My wait time was no longer than 5 minutes. Fast and efficient and my brows look gorgeous! I'll be coming back. read more

Service was lacking. Waited 15 mins for my eyebrows to come out less than mediocre. She didn't even bother to trim my brows. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I always come here, even if it is far away. My eyebrows always come out snatched and it has always been worth it. 11$ for eyebrows?! Definitely worth it! Love my eyebrows and they always do a great job! read more

I gotta give credit where credit is due!! After going elsewhere for about 1.5yr and getting frustrated with the inconsistency of keeping any brow gals I got comfortable with i decided to try Pranj again. Ive been going back to Pranj for the last 6 months and glad to know the original lady is back and I've also tried every lady (3 ladies) that work the weekdays (weekends don't work for me to go in) and I feel comfortable in all their hands! I'm glad to be able to come back to this business where prices are right and there's no appt needed! read more

The lady did my eyebrows within a minute and didn't do a good job. Needless to say I didn't tip her and when she noticed I just signed my name and no tip, I asked her if my card was ready to be pulled out and I got such an ugly sarcastic "yup!" Obviously never going there again and the place was dirty! read more

They are not consistent, no one wants to keep growing out their brows every time, and one of the lady that's always there don't know if she's the owner or manager she's very unpleasant. read more

This used to be a great place but now it's gotten bad. If you see an older lady DO NOT GO TO HER! She always makes the eyebrows thinner. Despite to have been going there for years it's time for a new place. They've been having new people lately and most of the girls don't even do eyebrows as good anymore. Save your eyebrows and find a better place. The older lady took off a chunk of the front of one eyebrow so now it's shortened and thinned. I'm very disappointed and sad about my eyebrows because I have been letting them grow out to be nice and thick but now they're thin read more
