I used to come here since I was a teenager. Let me just say this place has fallen off. It's extremely filthy and unsanitary, and also there's a toddler in there (one of the workers toddler) making a huge mess. It dropped food and water, and was mixing it on the floor. The worker (mom) just watched and did nothing??? She never got up to clean it. This is supposed to be a place of cleanliness. I get that toddlers can be messy, I have a toddler of my own, but this is not the place to have dirty floors, and have a toddler in a diaper (no pants) running around making a mess, sitting in a muddled puddle. I hope they read this take these criticisms into consideration, and fix it. read more

I have always struggled finding someone to help with my thick eyebrows, but no matter who I get here they're all wonderful and listen to your requests. I have been going here for 4 years now, and it's always great service, great prices, friendly and quick! The most I've ever waited on their really busy days is 20-30 minutes. I've been coming to this place every month for 2 years now and I have had many different ladies do my eyebrows and they have never disappointed so I never worried about not getting the same lady since I thought they were all good. However Today I came in and asked the lady that took me in to "just clean up my brows no different shape" and I end up with a completely different shape to my usual shape, they're circular and UNEVEN!!!! I told her that she left them uneven and she kept saying that it wasn't uneven and I kept pointing to her where she had left it uneven and she threaded a chunk of my eyebrow in front of me while I had the mirror in my hand and I told her that she had left it worse for doing that, but at this point I just wanted to get off the chair before she continues to make my eyebrows smaller and worse. And when I proceeded to pay, I told her that I was very disappointed at how my eyebrows came out and that it was nothing on her and simply just her work, and she continued to not say anything and charged me. I wish I wouldn't have paid and gotten her name so that I can tell you all to avoid her! I'm not sure if I should give this place another try or not read more

I switched to threading from waxing years ago and I have never looked back. My eyebrows just come out looking cleaner and better shaped. When I moved to Arizona, I found this location. I have had a couple of different employees do the threading on different occasions and they come out consistently well each time. As far as pain goes, sometimes it hurts and other times it isn't bad at all. I think it just depends on the technique of the individual. I just moved to town and looked for a place with great ratings. You can't mess with a girl brows. I tried this on a Sunday and am glad to see they are opened all day. I arrived at 1108am (they open at 11am) and someone was already in a chair. I hadn't had my brows done in 3 weeks so they were a mess. The woman who worked on me listened to my request had me in and out in 7 minutes. My wait time was no longer than 5 minutes. Fast and efficient and my brows look gorgeous! This used to be a great place but now it's gotten bad. If you see an older lady DO NOT GO TO HER! She always makes the eyebrows thinner.
