So I've grown to being a regular here as I'm usually happy with the results of my eyebrows. I try to go to the same lady every time (can't remember her name) but if she is not available and depending on how bad I need my brows done, then I'll go to the other women. They all do a good job, it just the one lady I like to go to does an excellent job every time! My eyebrows come out so flawless and fresh. Today I got them done by a different woman as my lady wasn't there and they're ok. I'm happy with them. This place tends to get busy during peak hours, say if you go on a Friday after 4pm or early morning Saturdays, there will be a wait. It's worth it. I came in on crutches and the lady doing eyebrows took her sweet time. It was only one girl so I was being very patient. But she served at least 3 people that got there after me before calling my name. She should have been paying better attention especially people who come in and are disabled. I will not be returning to this location. Don't waste your time here. I waited for 30 minutes and no service what so ever. read more

My first time here. I did not get the lady's name who did my brows and lip but she did an extremely good job. She made sure she did not miss any spots redid my lip a few times and left both so smooth! Definitely will come back! I was a little skeptical of giving this place a try as I had read the previous reviews but not sure who they received service from. I called in on Sunday at the last minute to get my eyebrows waxed and Radha said they were about to close. So I asked her if she'd still take me in for a threading if I made it there in 15minutes and she agreed. The service was excellent not only did she stay and thread my eyebrows but she also services my daughter and nephew. I travel 30 minutes away for great customer service and I will continue to go to this place for threading. Thanks Radha ! read more

This place is great! I've never had my eyebrows threaded before, but I kept hearing great things about this place so I decided to give it a try. I walked in and was greeted right away. I wish I could remember the girls name because she was sweet and did a great job. She was super fast, and my eyebrows look amazing. I have never gotten such great shape from waxing. I went to this place yesterday....I have been here at least 3 times before (loved it- would have given it at least 4 stars) BUT this time the experience was terrible & PAINFUL!!!! The girl cut me with the thread at least 10x's (its more evident this morning). They should make sure that they have experienced staff before leaving them alone to work. I felt bad when I left as I should have told her that in the 3 years if had my eyes brows threaded this was the MOST PAINFUL!!! I also felt bad for not saying anything as there was another lady waiting....I really hope she didn't have a bad experience also!! Ugh. I am so disappointed this did not work out. I live about 4 minutes from this place and the reviews led me to give them a shot. I usually have to drive about 40 minutes to get my eyebrows done by someone who knows just how I like them. Here are the red flags I ignored: 1. The woman did not ask how I wanted my eyebrows (thick, thin, all gone). I had tell her as she was about to start that I wanted to keep them thick. Just to clean them up. 2. She never looked at my eyebrows, at both of them together. I sat down and she went in. The lady I usually drive to grabs me by the chin and inspects both of my eyebrows to see what she had to do to each to make them even and to even see what she has to do. This lady did not. 3. It's $8. You get what you pay for. If you're not picky about your eyebrows, if you don't mind having them super thin with very little shape, this might be the place for you at a great price. One of my eyebrows looks okay and the other is as thin as it could possibly be. One of my eyebrows usually grows less than the other but that is why you are supposed to take the time to compare and contrast, make a plan as to how you're going to thread the brows. I'm so disappointed. I hate having thin eyebrows. Thankfully, I have bangs to cover them while I grow them out again. Both of the ladies there were very nice and the place did seem clean. read more

Coupons are always an issue. The employees are afraid to take a digital coupon and freak out every time you try to use a coupon. The business needs to offer coupons and honor them without hassle. If this dos not improve, I will have to go elsewhere. read more

The ladies speak to you while you're getting threaded (great customer service) which is better than anywhere else where they just thread you and go about your business. Last year I happened into this location and was elated. BEST threading I'd had, here or Southern Cal, in 10 years. Today, WOW. I have arthritis and it has never been an issue before. But today's 'technician' kept asking me to 'put my hands up here, like this', or 'over here, like that' so she could do her work.... without hurting me.???? WHO hurts someone threading? Again, in 10 years, I've never been 'hurt' or had to move my arms up in the 'air', nearly the whole time she worked. She kept repeating to me that it 'had' to be that way. ... I said NO it doesn't. Maybe YOU can't do it, but others can. Finally, I just said, enough, paid (for doing my own work, lol??) and left. Less than 1/2 of what I intended (Full face/neck) and for $18? WOW. Worst of all, again, in all my years I've never been in a shop that speaks 'their' language nearly the whole time; back and forth to each other, and plays same ethnic music. Overall, what a sad experience. I don't know where the girl from last year is, but she was a miracle. and these were just plain unskilled and obnoxious. Darn.... This was my first time getting my eyebrows done ever. So my deal was pretty wild. My inner Italian makes hair grow in immeasurable ways. Anyway, being a dude, I felt really out of place thinking about actually doing it until I said screw it and tried this place. I walked in, and immediately felt at ease. It was super clean, only one person was in the chair, and they were out the door in less than a few minutes. I got it done in no time as well even though she was basically deforesting my face. Feels like I found a hidden gem with this place. It's nice and clean inside. The woman greeted me and was very polite as soon as I walked in. I gave her a vague description of what I wanted and she nailed it. She took her time and was patient. I never felt like she was rushing. She took her time to compare eyebrows and did not stop till it was perfect. I didn't ask for the price before we started and couldn't believe how cheap the total was when she rang me up. I hope not too many people find out about this place but good service is so hard to come by nowadays I just had to share my positive experience. Great place to go and shape brows. It's always nice to get fixed eyebrow when it mess and lady here are super nice. They are friendly and help right away.
