I don't usually leave reviews, but my recent visit truly left me disappointed. I tried to brush it off, knowing nothing can really be changed now, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to be careful when choosing who does their brows. I've been coming here for almost 3 years and have always left happy...until this past Friday between 10-10:30 AM. There was only one lady working, an older woman with glasses. She was very kind, but unfortunately, this was the most painful threading session I've ever had. It felt like far too much hair was removed, and when she finished, she applied aloe without asking (something the other ladies usually do after checking if the customer wants it). When she handed me the mirror, I noticed my brows looked a little uneven, but since I was rushing to a doctor's appointment, I paid and left. Later, in better lighting, I was shocked. My brows were extremely thin...something I've never experienced here. I've always had naturally fuller brows, even though they've thinned slightly with age, and I take pride in keeping them that way. I honestly wanted to cry. I eventually called to share my concerns, and while no manager or owner was available, the girl who answered was very sweet and understanding. I explained what happened and suggested that the threaders be reminded to always confirm exactly what the customer wants...especially when someone asks for a simple clean-up. I know brows grow back, but this has been really upsetting, especially with an event I have next weekend. This is definitely a learning experience for me, and I just want to encourage others to be specific with their requests and, if possible, stick to a threader you trust for consistency. read more

Running around Chandler doing errands & I saw B&B Threading. It was perfect timing as I was actually looking for a place to go. When I walked in there was a weird smell that I couldn't describe. The place was packed there were 5 people waiting & only one person doing eyebrows. This is definitely not an ideal situation there should have been at least 2 people here. After waiting over 40 minutes I sat in their chair. There was no sorry for your wait or anything like that so you can throw customer service out the window. They did a great good job but I definitely wouldn't come back if I have to wait so long to be serviced. read more

Overall really happy with this place and will continue going! I think the quality of work depends on who you get. Only one time I went I had to ask someone else to do it, but they were happy to fix it with no issues. It's very quick, in and out in under 20 minutes. For those new to threading - it will be uncomfortable and hurt the first couple times but it gets easier other time! I prefer threading, as my waxing experiences have caused breakouts. I have been visiting B&B threading since around a year now. Not sure what took me so long to write a review! The threading service is top notch and quick usually. It's located in the same complex as 99 Ranch and 85 degree bakery so it makes it extremely convinient to get my brows done while im out grocery shopping. I believe there are different brow technicians on certain days however one of them is constant. There's nobody particular I prefer as all of them are experts and do a pretty good job. My Eyebrow Journey with BEENU - Truly the Best I never thought writing so long review 1st time... Beenu is honestly the best person I've ever gone to for my eyebrows. She's so talented and gentle -- I didn't truly know my actual eyebrow shape until I started going to her! Back in India, I got my eyebrows done for the first time during my wedding, about 3 years ago. I thought that was my natural shape. But 6 months later, after I moved to Arizona and started going to Beenu, I was shocked and amazed -- this is what my real eyebrow shape looks like! She shaped them so beautifully, I couldn't stop looking at them. If you're new to threading, especially first-timers -- trust me, go with Beenu. She's so gentle, you barely feel anything while she's working. She truly has magic hands. When I work with her I also do tint to customers, I always want to try I felt that I wanna go with beenu. So, I also recently tried brow tinting with her for the second time. My brows are naturally thick and long, but I wanted to try something new. OMG -- the results left me speechless! I was well overdue for threading and happened to be in Chandler one evening. I didn't make an appointment, but was greeted and seen right away. I was also the only customer at the time of my visit. The space was clean and cozy. I just needed my brows cleaned up. I have microbladed brows, so they have already been shaped. The threader was quick, thorough and virtually painless. I absolutely love this place and it has been my go to for a few years now, but yesterday was not it. I really debated posting this because I would hate to see this place go down hill but the negligence is crazy. The lady I had was not one of the usual employees so I assume she is new. I asked for a clean up and came back with multiple patches of my eyebrows missing. Especially in the main stem of my brows which should have not been touched in the first place. Overall, I know they are just brows and they will grow back but the lack of even trying to make them look good is worth sharing and also she was just super rough for so reason. Conveniently located in the "ranch 99 market", and there are plenty of parking spots in front of the store! It's small but cozy and it seems pretty clean and neat. The lady here always cleans and trims my brows so well, I'm pretty much satisfied with their service. And there's a punch card, you'll get one free brow threading if you have 10 stamps! However, there's only three options for tipping, starting from $3 for a $10 brow threading, which only lasts for 1-2 mins... hmm... well, there's an option for manual tipping, but I was like... if there's a button for percentage tipping, would be more convenient and reasonable? It does depend who you get as well because we came as a party of 2 and my friend got another lady and she said she was very painful and felt rushed. After looking at it was uneven. I have been coming here for a year and they do an okay job with brows and upper lip. The last two times I went in and asked for a full face thread, I wanted to look flawless for my wedding. I did one full face service before my wedding trail and the lady who helped me left me super red and pinched up under my brows. I didn't think anything of it then. The second time I went in for a full face two weeks before my wedding. Which is why I am so upset. I have cuts not just under my brow but around my eye and my nose between my brows. When I asked the owner after my service it was normal to bleed, she said yes it just normal swelling that will go away. I am sharing my picture and letting you make up you mind if this is normal. I've been to this location 4 times since I moved to Arizona only because it's a few miles from my apartment, but this unfortunately will be the last time I come here every time I get my eyebrows threaded she scratches the bottom of my eyebrows and sides of my face so bad it's red scratch marks. It looks like I've gotten into an altercation of some sort. I've been threading my eyebrows for almost 7 years and I have NEVER left with skin missing from deep red scratch marks. read more

Very professional and skilled. I came for a quick threading. I specifically told her no arch since the prior facility I went to ended up arching my eye brows. The specialist was able to fix the prior mistake and informed me to let certain portions continue to grow to remove the arch. Threading was only $10. The best place in the valley for threading. Bishnu is my go-to person for eyebrows, she is as good as some of the best threaders I've been to, both in the US and India. They sanitize the chairs between each session, something I haven't seen many places do for that cheap a service! Great value for money. I usually take the 3 month plan but they also have punch-cards with the 5th or 6th service free I believe. read more

I normally get my eyebrows threaded here by the niece of the salon owner. She does a good job and helps reduce the day-to-day load of eyebrow management. I came in for eyebrow threading recently and there's a new lady there. I mentioned to her that I only wanted a cleanup. After all, it takes me months to grow out my brows and I don't want to change the shape or make it any thinner. She proceeds to thread my eyebrows and I noticed she was very aggressive and the thread kept getting into my eyelashes. As you all know, sitting in the seat you have to trust your provider. After she finished threading, she started plucking additional hairs. Then she went back and threaded some more. Then she proceeded to pluck more hairs and kept threading. The end result was far from what I expressed was the goal. I had only pencil thin eyebrows left and it is very difficult for me right now because I have to spend a lot of time drawing my eyebrows for the next month. She genuinely doesn't listen to the client and clearly doesn't understand the current style. I would be careful with selecting her for your eyebrow work. She completely changed the style of my eyebrows. At minimum she should have realized my current eyebrow layout but she didn't. read more

My eyebrows are uneven! I told the lady I wanted to leave them thick, that I was growing them out. I tried to explain that they needed to be matched together, one side was thicker than the other so I wanted her to leave the hair on the thinner side to grow out. I told her and was trying to explain all the details of it. I don't think she was listening. She didn't seem to look at one eyebrow and match the other. Think she was just going off each individual which now one looks higher than the other, the arches are different and the top of the brow is thinner from one to the other, also where the eyebrow begins is different, one is lower than the other. I get people can be vague in what they want but I wasn't, she kind of brushed me off like she could handle it but I was left with this.
