I moved to Mesa recently and needed to find somewhere new to get my brows threaded ! and I stopped by this establishment 2 weeks ago and was very very impressed! It was a very busy day I had 5 people in front of me, and there was 1 woman working, I do wish she had someone with her, but she held it down beautifully, every person who walked in and out their brows were beautiful! mine specifically i've always had problems with people thinning my brows but kept the thickness and the shape! I was very happy! and she was personable as well :) she was working so hard, was fast and efficient and kept a positive attitude! thank you! This was my first time going to this location! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted kindly by the staff. I believe I waited a maximum of five minutes to be serviced which was SO worth it. I love how my eyebrows turned out. I really needed help to even them out and today that was achieved. The amazing woman who threaded my eyebrows took her time, paid close attention to detail, and asked me how I liked them after she was done. I think I found my new place! I looked at a bunch of different places online and thought I would give this location a try. Its located right in the center of Tempe marketplace, across from Dave and busters. It is a first come first serve wait line and it was not super busy on a Friday morning around 11 AM. There are two chairs and the ladies were so sweet. She looked at my brows and described the best approach. I let them grow out after messing up the shape myself. My brows look fire and it took her less than 5 minutes! She gave me aloe which was really refreshing. People usually only offer witch hazel. I previously gave this place five stars, because I absolutely loved the work and the people. Unfortunately, they have since made a new hire who always seems to be the person who takes me when I walk through the door she has worked on my eyebrows five or six times now, and they get progressively worse. She even took a chunk out of one of them right before a big competition, I am very frustrated, and my eyebrows are no longer even remotely close to the shape that I asked for. She said she could correct it over time, but it has literally gotten worse each time. This time the height of my eyebrows doesn't even match. Great eyebrow threading job! I asked to keep my V shape and thickness, and I left very happy. Definitely got the attention and shape that I wanted, and no bald spots, which is my biggest fear. I stopped in to get a quick brow clean up. This is a tiny shop--two seats. It's clean and the techs are friendly and efficient. I was in on a hot day and they had a fan going to keep things cool. I appreciated the tech wore a mask as you are really face to face during the service. I don't have a ton of brow to work with but mine came out thinner than I would have liked after the service. I also ended up with a small knick. The service was $12 and took about 3 minutes. I'd give Ibrow Threading another go with some more instruction up front to leave my brows as full as possible. read more

I am picky with my eyebrow person but I am glad I found somebody so close to home who does it to near perfection. The pricing is affordable and the ladies do their job pretty fast. The space is tiny with minimum waiting space and they can't handle more than two at one time, and now with COVID it is only one person at a time. So make an appointment beforehand to avoid waiting outside. The place is tucked behind the Victoria Secret Store. Ask for Svesha. She did an amazing job on mine. It was virtually pain free. Great & open late! Open til 9pm except for Sunday, they close at 6pm. In Tempe Marketplace Mall use Dave & Buster's as your landmark/where to park. iBrow Threading faces Dave&Buster's and is next door to Victoria's Secret. I find they're busiest when they open at 11am, especially on weekends,generally 2 or 3 people waiting. Early afternoons is the best time to go in my opinion. read more

I switched from waxing to threading about 4 years ago because my skin is sensitive to the wax and they always seem to come out a little too thin of the sides... I love that i switched because I feel like mine are fuller and in the shape I actually want! I must come here once every month/month and a half. I know it would be a lot less painful if I went more often but I am a poor college student. It's a small place that only does threading so they get their customers IN AND OUT and that's why I love it... no appointment just in and out when I need it! Also it's cheaper than waxing! Waxing you would pay 20-25 for just your eyebrows not including tip! Here I pay 10 and always make sure to at least tip $2! read more

Very convenient and open late. My brows are difficult to shape and these young ladies working are skilled at what they do. Most of the time there is only one person working here so they don't answer the phone when you call to see if "xyz" is working. They tried to initiate an "appointment needed" policy for full face threading once but, again, they can't answer the phone so after a few people complaining that went away. This place pretty much always has a wait of 10-20 minuets and it's worth it in my opinion. I won't get my face waxed, even though threading hurts like hell, it looks great! I love Sannita (spelling) and there is a lady from India who works here that does amazing brow work! Not crazy about many of the other girls so it would be nice to be able to call and see who is working. I don't go as often as I should and I often lose my punch card but this place os affordable and gets the job done! read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I have this place 2 chances. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new eyebrow place so I thought I'd give ibrow a try. The first time I came, I left with a gap in one of my eyebrows, okay no big deal it'll grow back, although it's frustrating. This second time I went, I left with completely uneven brows. One is way lower than the other due to an excess of threading and the other starts a decent amount further from my center than it used to. Needless to say, I will not be going again and wouldn't not recommend coming unless you want to leave with completely different looking eyebrows. read more

Sometimes they're busy at peak times and usually only 1 or 2 ladies are working but they're worth the wait. I would only go here for the longest. I've had different women do my eyebrows and they are all perfectionists. It's hidden in it's location underneath the Cadillac Ranch, and there is seldom a wait. After spending all day trying to find a decent eyebrow threading salon I decided to try this one despite some of the reviews. First of all I couldn't find the actual salon. It's hidden and super small and after realizing I had passed it maybe four times I was annoyed. I was the only one in the salon and she sat me down right away. Thank god that it was air conditioned well because I was sweaty and hot. I asked the girl to do whatever she thought was best with my eyebrows since I don't know how to do them myself. Usually when someone is shaping your eyebrows it takes quite a few minutes. After maybe two or three total minutes she was done. I thought that maybe she was just super fast but no my eyebrows had no shape to them whatsoever and she barely cleaned them up. Then I realized she was in such a hurry because two other people walked in while she was working on me. I was so frustrated I left without saying anything. I will never return here and if you're looking for a good eyebrow spot I recommend you look somewhere else. read more

This place was fantastic! Clean...CHECK Fast...CHECK Nice...CHECK! I came in at the suggestion of a friend who has been here a few times. Now I have never waxed or gone anywhere to do my brows. I typically pluck my own. However, I wanted to give this a try and see if I liked it as an option. Its really comfy (you are in a reclined chair) and a cool process where 2 threads wrap up the unwanted hair then they are plucked out very very quickly. This was not very painful. Some may get a lil teary eyed at best, but I just felt quick little plucks and nothing too terrible. Afterways, she offeres some aloe vera gel to help soothe the area. I would recommend this place and process to those I know. I even called my mom to see if she wants to give it a try soon! read more

Tried to find a place nearby as Just Stringz at Scottsdale Fashion Square is closed, and my experience at Beautif-Eye did not meet my expectations for service and price. This place was small and quick, and $10, with a punch card program. I've gone to a few threaders at this point and I have to say, the woman I had here (it was a Sunday afternoon, can't remember her name) was the gentlest threader I've ever had. I felt a pinch once or twice, but after most sessions I feel like my whole brow's been ripped out. Definitely will be back again... unless Shapes Brow Bar opens a kiosk at Fashion Square. read more

I am so happy I found this place. It's so close to where I live, but most importantly, the ladies there do a great job at eye brow threading (that's the only service I tried)! I always look forward to going there because I know I'll leave looking amazing! They are located in Tempe Marketplace, right next to Victoria's Secret, on the side that is closer to/faces Lucile BBQ restaurant They even have a punch-card, I think you do 9 eyebrow threading and the 10th is free! The wait is typically no problem, because their hours are also so convenient, closes everyday at 9pm, and 6pm on Sunday! My one and only comment is that Sunita (one of the 2 ladies there) tends to be a bit rough and I get a lot of cuts in my skin after she does my eyebrows. But they always end up looking amazing regardless! Definitely give this place a shot! I never wait more than five minutes even with only 1-2 people ever working at once. I was a bit wary at first because they did not clean the product off my brows before starting but regardless, I've been happy with the outcome every time. This place is great for brow maintenance. For your biweekly/monthly brow threading, it's nice to have somewhere you can stop and be in and out within 15 minutes, especially with no appointment. read more
