She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

Every single visit there's a different General Manager , a different front desk employee, and a different aesthetician. At some point you have to ask why. Are employees quitting because of poor leadership, or are they constantly being fired? Either way, it speaks volumes about how this center is being run. The current General Manager COURTNEY is, without question, the worst I've encountered. COURTNEY is arrogant, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability or resolving even the simplest customer concerns. Instead of de-escalating situations, COURTNEY makes them worse. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is managing a business built on client relationships. This location has destroyed the reputation of a brand I was once happy to support. Corporate should take a serious look at what's happening here because this center is driving away long-term, loyal customers. I expect someone from corporate to contact me and explain how a location can decline this dramatically.

saw Criselda's work online and thought it was great. I booked with her to fix a previous lip blush and she told me she was able to fix it. I had gotten my lips blushed a few different times and specifically told her that I've spent a lot of money. I was skeptical about getting it "fixed" once again, it seemed she was confident in fixing it for me. So she charged me over 600 dollars for it to look like absolute garbage. There's a harsh line at the bottom and it's completely uneven. I can't even cover this with lip liner or lip stick. She has an ego problem that really needs to be addressed. Her photos that are posted on instagram are also filtered, and she puts foundation/makeup on for her after pictures. Don't go here . read more

Criselda microbladed my brows in 2017, and I still get compliments on them! She did my lips last year and gave them the exact color and shape I wanted. She only works with the best! During my entire Brazilian wax, Melissa did not wear gloves at any point. I also personally observed her reuse applicator sticks by placing them back into the wax after they had already made contact with my skin. She also wiped the area from back to front during the service. There was no cleansing or skin preparation before she began waxing. The waxing technique itself was also disappointing. Several areas were waxed repeatedly because the hair was not being removed adequately, which made the service much more uncomfortable than necessary. Despite the repeated passes, I still left with visible hair remaining in both my Brazilian area and underarms. I have had Brazilian waxes before, so I understand that techniques can vary between providers. However, my concerns here were primarily about sanitation and basic professional practices, not personal preference. I did contact management afterward, and I want to give them credit for how they handled my complaint. They responded promptly, acknowledged that my sanitation and service concerns were valid, apologized, and issued a full refund for both services. I genuinely appreciate their response. Unfortunately, my individual experience with Melissa was still concerning enough that I felt it was important to share for other clients considering booking waxing services.
