I originally was attracted to Luxuri Lash Bar from the great online reviews! When I actually went to see Kathy for an appointment, I was in bad shape. My previous lash stylist had just given birth and was taking time off and I hadn't had a service in well over 4 weeks. Not only does she do foreign fills, but Kathy also has extremely affordable prices. By the time I could open my eyes and see my new set of lashes, I was shook! Kathy works FAST! I had previously been used to sitting 1.5-2.5 hours and my appointment was maybe 30-45 minutes. Not only are the prices great, but also the service is well worth it! She has excellent availability and always works with you to schedule when it's convenient! Needless to say I haven't ever gone back to my previous lash artist. I 100% recommend Luxuri Lash Bar if you are curious about eyelash extensions and wanting them for the first time or if you are a seasoned vet and looking for a new lash lady. read more

I went to this place specifically because of the yelp reviews saying how wonderful Kathy's customer service was. I read how friendly she was, how great her conversations were, and how excellent of an artist she was. I am all about great customer service so I was excited when I was able to book an appointment to see her. When I arrived, I told her I had a 4:30 pm appointment. She looked at me in disgust, as if to say "oh gosh". There wasn't a warm welcoming or even a "how are you?". I proceeded to step in to her place of business as I did not want to get charged a 30$ cancellation fee. Big mistake. There was no real conversation, no interaction, just basic questions like "do you want a tint? or "have you done this before?" Then when the treatment started, it was just dead silence between us. The whole time I was thinking HOW was everyone else getting such great customer service from this lady and I am getting a totally different experience. It felt like bad vibes all around. I was used to taking up to a whole hour to get my lash lifts done, and was booked for an hour, but I was there for a total of 30 minutes. I wouldn't be upset about it if my lashes actually curled but the lash lift wasn't even a real curl lift that you would expect. It was more of a Flair. The only think I liked that she did was tint my lashes which made them pop out more but definitely not worth 80$. Whenever I have a bad experience somewhere, I just never come back to that place of business. Because I expected such great service based on reviews but actually had the opposite experience than, I wouldn't want someone else to go through the same thing. And obviously the experience was bad enough for me to actually make an account to leave a review. 2 stars for getting my eyebrows done and lip waxed done. 0 stars for customer service. read more
