Then I had a bunch of questions that never got answered in a 3 hour time span .. I had already paid a deposit down... at this point it was past 3pm and I had heard nothing back! I called and called and left voicemails.. no one called back. Silence! Then when she called to tell me, they moved back in January, she didn't realize I had answered the phone and was talking behind my back to the other employees. This place is unprofessional , rude , and in my opinion.. TRASH. The way you speak to a brand new client & the unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting. The lounger was well padded and comfortable, room temperature was nice and cool (it was a pretty warm afternoon outside). Jill is by far the best of the best! I found her during a random search for emergency lash removal. She immediately took me in and worked her magic. Sadly, my natural lashes from a previous artist left me with very frail and damaged lashes. I was so overwhelmed with emotions and Jill just held out her arms, gave me a hug, and said "I will fix this for you." She booked me an appt on her day off the very next day and started her magic. She worked with me for months to help me gain my confidence back and get my natural lashes healthy. She didn't have to take time away from her life to help some random stranger but she did without hesitation. Today my natural lashes are so healthy and the way she does extensions is beyond what I have ever seen! I get compliments EVERY single time someone sees me and I don't have the irritation or pain like I did with previous lashes. I was a very bad case when I walked in that I'm certain most people would be too scared to touch, but not Jill. She is a true miracle worker and really cares about her clients. I've been seeing Jill at The Lash Bar for over two years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. The Lash Bar is the first and only place I've ever gotten my eyelash extensions St and it's the only place I'll ever go. Even though I was nervous about what to expect the first time - even though I had read how they're applied and watched a video - Jill made me feel so relaxed. And when she was done she totally blew me away with how AMAZING my new lashes were. Every time item them I get so many compliments on them and people always ask what mascara I use; no one believes me when I tell them they're extensions. I've even had people get right up in my face trying to see where the extensions are and they can't find them even up close! Lol The last few times I've seen Jill I also had her do the eyelash and eyebrow tint and brow design and she's proved time and again what a wizard she is. It's an hour drive each way from Buckeye to Gilbert - it'll be a bit longer soon once she moves - but I won't even consider going elsewhere. I first started coming to Jill over two years ago. I needed a lot of help with the state of my lashes after a botch job from another salon and due to the fact my lashes are naturally thin and sparse. I knew my lashes would not be able to handle anymore damage, and this time, carefully researched who I should trust to help me achieve great looking lashes while also maintaining the health of my natural lashes. I now have lashes that I never knew were possible for me. It's difficult to put into words what this has done for my self esteem and just how happy I am when I go out in public knowing I now have lashes people envy! Never thought that I would be the girl with the envious lashes! Best of all, my natural lashes are the healthiest they have ever been. Jill is a caring and professional lash artist. She has been doing my lashes for two years. She takes her time in making sure that she provides the best type and lash application. I have never had any problem with my lashes. I would not go anywhere else. I trust her ability. When I was going through chemo for breast cancer, she helped me with my eyelashes and brows and advised when she felt not to apply the lashes. She took care looking out for me. She does a fantastic job at making sure the appropriate lashes are applied so as not to damage your own lashes. They always turn out beautiful and natural looking.
