I got to my appointment and away we went! My experience as a first timer was a bit hard. It was not the technician but my darn eyes! My eyes would not stop watering and moving! My lashes have stayed on for 3 days now with today being the fist time actually I washed my face and lashes per my technician. I did not like the after ward discomfort I felt. Burning irritated eyes from the adhesive but by the 2nd day it was much better. I'm still adjusting to seeing myself with longer lashes but I like them better every day! Let me preface this by saying my lashes were done by a another lash technician not associated with The Lash Bar &/or Jill. I went in to see her today for an emergency Lash Removal & she helped me out so much! My eyes were itchy, watery & swollen (my right more so than left) so I desperately needed the lashes off. Originally I was supposed to go in this afternoon but thankfully she was able to get in me shortly after I scheduled my original appointment. It took about 30ish minutes, pain free & immediately after removal my eyes felt better. I am so grateful to Jill for getting me in so quickly. She let me play around with lengths to see what I liked better. My lashes last so long! I am at the lake all summer wakeboarding and my lashes stay flawless. I get so many compliments on my lashes all the time, with or without mascara. They are very natural looking but you can achieve the dramatic look will a little bit of mascara. I can wash my face and lashes no problem. I really like how she applies each lash individually to your own. I go every 2-3 weeks depending on how thick I want them. I just booked my first appointment with this business (Jill specifically)and I booked online, which was the only option. The business requires a credit card to make an appt so if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appt you are charged half the price of the service,which is fine with me. What is NOT fine with me is trying to cancel using their online message email (not lattiss.com, which you are asked not to use) only to have an error message kicked back to your email. The phone number for this business is OUT OF SERVICE. I have proof that I tried to cancel 3 days in advance, I have proof I have tried to call the business multiple times AND I have called my bank to put them on alert for ANY charges from. The Lash Bar in Gilbert, anything from Jill De La Torre or Lattiss.com. If I didn't live 30 minutes away I'd drive over and address this in person. read more
