Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my eyelash extension service on 7/15. I paid for a hybrid but explained to the tech I usually gets a classic natural look and wanted that with just a few more but stay natural. I even showed a picture of what I wanted. I came in after taking time off work early for my birthday and left embarrassed at how I looked. I wasted my time and looked awful. Barely touching my lashes and they fell out thankfully or else I don't know how I could've gone outside. I tried calling the manager and have been phone tag since last week. Just to provide an update - at the time I cancelled my membership, I had two unused 45 minute lash fill credits on my account (worth $90) and yesterday I was charged $159 for a membership which I cancelled, and do not plan to use the lash fill credits available. Essentially, Lash Envy has stolen $249 from me for services I will not use. Update: I did speak with Michelle, the owner of Lash Envy, who who advised that the $249 is non refundable. She did extend an offer to use this towards other services at Lash Envy, however this is not a resolution to this matter, as I have no desire to return to Lash Envy for any service, as I do not feel the quality is there for lashes or any service they offer - especially with so many aesthetic services and businesses available within the Phoenix area. I feel that keeping a customer's $249 when they do not want to patronize your business is unethical, whether that is your 'contract' or not. read more

I made an appointment today at 9 it was for 2pm...I told them on the phone I was 8 months pregnant and that I wanted a facial, brow lamination, and a lash lift with a tint...we decided on the phone that we would wait to decide what facial we would do once I got there..I got to my appointment 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork never did they mention not being able to complete the requested services...finally got called back at 215...the esthetician never introduced herself to me and once we got to the room I was told she didn't feel comfortable doing anything other than my facial because I'm pregnant and there's a potential of be being sensitive to the smells or I might have a skin sensitivity to the product, which is always a risk! This girl knew about my appointment for 5 hours and let me sit and fill out paperwork for 30 minutes she really should have had the courtesy to let me know she refused to do the services instead of making me wait!!! read more

I wanted to give them a good rating because everyone there was so nice but based on the quality of my lash lift I can't. I had a lash lift done yesterday for my graduation this Saturday and when I left it was very subtle but the next day they are completely straight like nothing had even been done. I thought okay maybe I'm just one of those people whose lashes just don't take but I remember a "treatment" that I had before that the tech just kept calling Elleebana (turns out this is a lash lift) and my lashes came out AMAZING so I know it will work on me. She assessed my skin by asking questions, examining it, and listening. I'm 53 with oily skin and hyperpigmentation. I left with clean pores, polished skinned and sooo relaxed. Good service, amazing lash Stylists and continuing are very important to me! Since I've been a frequent member here I have been assigned to 4 different lash stylists! While they are all good with their craft, I really don't care for the high turn over rate. I like going to the same person because of the established trust relationship. It is difficult to keeps learning new person as each time I am not sure if I will get the lashes that I desired. For this reason, don't go here if you want the same person, the same person that knows what you want. read more

Caitlyn has done mine a few times, shes quick, and you can tell she has been doing it a while, she always fills my lashes exactly how i like them...nice and full since thats what im paying for. It has been 1 week and 1 day since my last fill with another tech there and my lashes are so sparse. Leaving there i wasnt happy they were really thin & looked like they were only filled in in the "gaps" and took the full 1.5 hours to do. I get really bad anxiety in my every day life so laying there for 1.5 hours with a mask on, eyes shut & not being able to move is hard enough...the last thing i want is to open my eyes, hate my lashes & ask a tech to fill then more & have to suffer through more anxiety. Absolutely unbelievable! I called around 11:00am this morning and booked an appointment for 6:00pm. Honestly, I was surprised they booked that late but I was happy to get in so late because I had a lot to do since I'm leaving for Vegas in the morning. They called me at 4:00pm to CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT because the stylist won't have enough time. I'm sorry, what? Why are we just finding this out now? I don't even have time to book somewhere else now. My only choice is to accept and pay for something I know I'm not going to be happy with. So disappointed and I feel like I'm just throwing away my money. May update. read more
