Although I really enjoyed my facial with Tori I have two things that probably should be addressed prior to I think about returning. 1- the walls are farrrr from sound proof, mid facial I could hear a full blown loud back and forth convo at the front counter. Very distracting. 2- was supposed to have a 60 minute facial... went back at 1105, she went to get product & came back at 1112, then facial ended at 1152... not quite near the 60 minute facial, only 40 However, Kendra, the owner seems to be very responsive and addressing of those 2 items. read more

This is my favorite company in the valley, hands down. I've been in for several treatments including three rounds of microneedling, brow wax and brow tint. Every single woman that works here is so considerate, thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable!! I am very particular with who I go to for procedures because some of it can be very expensive and also be potentially risky (i.e. negative reaction to treatments). I've interacted with Baylee, Arial and Brittany and each have been professional, patient and thorough. They make suggestions based on what you need. They walk you through the process and the aftercare. They try to find solutions to problems with your skin but not in an upsell kind of way. They don't just go a through process. They make everything personable and make sure that you are getting the treatment and product that you need for your skin. It truly feels like when you go in, you matter. You're not just another client paying to keep the lights on. Everything is personable. They learn your name. They learn what services you like. They learn about you as a person. I wanted to update my review so it is more relevant. I have been coming to Wildflower for over a year and a half for lashes. I have always gone to April except 1 time and I won't do it again. She is so wonderful and meticulous when it comes to my lashes. I appreciate how much she cares and what a great job she does ever single time I see her. I have downgraded my review because I decided to have a facial. This wasn't just any facial, but an extreme expensive $500 facial. With the great service I have received previously, I expected so much more. It took a long time for me to schedule my appointment and it was booked out over a month in advance and then was magically cancelled and no one knew why. I had to rebook again. I honestly had no idea what I was getting into with this facial. I did it to help my malasma and discoloration. I was never told or prepped I would have to keep an orange cake of stuff on my face for at least 8 hours. This would have been great to know and I would have made sure I was scheduled in the morning. The person who did my facial wad also not familiar with it because she had to take out the instruction booklet and look to see what my nightly regimine was. That's concerning when you pay this much for something. You want it done right. The entire appointment took about 15 minutes. I was supposed to have a follow up 4 weeks later and I missed it due to my own fault and falling asleep. I tried to reschedule and reached out to the person multiple times with no response. So what am I supposed to do after 4 weeks and a 500 dollar facial? Not a damn clue. I will continue to have my lashes done because there is no one better than April, but I will not do anything else because of how I was treated. read more

I came in to have my eyelash extensions done for the very first time. Several things bothered me during my visit. I noticed my tech did not even wash her hands before she started working on MY EYES! The table I was on had dirty blankets. They were not switched out from the previous client. After my eyelashes were finished I asked the tech to fix some of my lashes as they were completely crooked and not put on correctly. She gave them a little brush and said that was all she could do. Once I got home I realized that she glued lashes to my bottom lashes! I also had gaps on my lids and my lashes looked crooked an uneven. I noticed that I had 3 lashes that had already fallen out! On the first day?? I had to end up cutting off my bottom lashes because the glue was so strong I could not pull them off. I called immediately to try and get back in but I had to wait two days. The receptionist acted like she was doing me a favor saying it was complimentary. Duh, I would surely hope so! Driving 40 mins out of my way is a complete inconvenience so I canceled my appointment. I received a text stating I would be charged a service fee if I needed to come back in. If the service was done correctly in the first place, this would have never happened . I am completely taken aback by their customer service. Their tech is way too young and does not have enough experience to be working on lashes. UPDATE: The tech Emma was very sweet, no doubt about that. My low review is actually based off the staff and how everything was handled. I completely understand mistakes and would have given Emma another chance 100%. But please don't touch your phone right before you set your hands on my eyes...That's just dirty. I just went to a different place to have my lashes filled and wow, what a world of difference. So much happier with how my lashes turned out. I was also able to pick out my length, whereas at Wildflower there is only one length which is too insanely long. I have also attached a text from staff at Wildflower stating that I would be charged if I wanted to come back in. So I had skimped out and bought a groupon for lash extensions from some random place and they turned out HORRIBLE. They were all the way to my eyebrows and they hurt so bad. To be honest, I wasn't expecting anything other than an apology (which is all I wanted and just to shine light on the dermaplane issue), but she expressed that she wanted to make things right. Even though the dermaplane was a free add on, she offered to book a complimentary follow-up facial. I accepted her offer to give Wildflower another shot (I've read that a lot of people had such great positive experiences/results, so maybe mine was just an honest mistake.) So I came in for eyelash extensions and immediately started suffering a reaction in the appointment. I expressed my eyes were burning during the apt and she said it was probably the formaldehyde. I left and experienced a severe reaction from the lash extensions. My eyes were red, burning and on fire. I wrote in and expressed my concerns sharing pics of my eyes and someone told me yes, you're having an allergic reaction. I immediately had to remove them myself as they didn't offer to remove them for me. I paid almost $200 for the lash extensions and was offered no refund. I asked to receive a lash lift in exchange instead. I then suffered what the doctors told me was blepharitis. It can't be cured and can last years and be lifelong. Let me start by saying I have had lash extensions many times prior and never suffered a reaction. Same with lash lifts. And both services I received here I suffered bad reactions and infections in my eyes. I've now had to pay for my services, doctors appointments and for antibiotics and topical ointments and creams for my eye. I'm not sure what exactly is going on, but I've had a horrific experience being here. I don't like to leave poor reviews but being that this has happened to me twice now here I feel I need to say something. read more

I have been to Wildflower a few times after seeing a post on Instagram and messaging the account with a question. Kendra herself responded almost immediately and was SO kind. I've had 3 services: a facial while pregnant, brow tint and lamination, and most recently a brow wax and tint. I wasn't clear on what I was looking for with my brow lamination so that wasn't stellar (absolutely my fault), but my facial and brow wax and tint were phenomenal! I saw Tori for my most recent appointment and not only was she super personable and sweet, she did a PERFECT job on my brows!!
