This place was only so-so. The nail tech rushed my whole pedicure. There weren't even that many people there at the time. I would have normally enjoyed the experience fairly well except the tv was SO loud and I felt like because I didn't opt for the most expensive treatment, I was not worth their time. Quite possibly the worst experience I have EVER has getting my nails done. Gel nails do not need a motorized file, you can do it manually which is better for the nails even though it takes longer!! Apparently the nail tech was too lazy to do it properly, filed my nails so hard manually they started burning!! Made me bleed by cutting my actual cuticle during my manicure!!!!! And had the nerve to look at me like I should have left more of a tip. I should NOT HAVE PAID AT ALL. I don't know where all of these good reviews are coming from but they are drastically different than my beyond horrible experience. So this was our 3rd time in and plan to not return. My daughter and I had pedi's done and she had a mani done. The woman who did both of our pedi's was HORRIBLE! She cut so far into both of our toes like she was a "butcher toe surgeon", making both of us bleed. She was extremely rough throughout the pedicure process, where this was supposed to be a relaxing time for us. Then when we spoke up and told her she was hurting us, she either mocked or ignored us and continued anyway. My daughter's liquid gel manicure, on the other hand was beautiful (done by Nicole). I hate to knock this nail salon because the owner seems to be a nice man, but I wanted to voice our experience for future costumers. Quick note: My daughter did mention it to Nicole and from what we saw, another woman before us, also complained about this women, who I believe, her name is Cindy. This place really disappointed my friend and I. This was sooooo painful. I have had a lot of pedicures and never have our toe nails been so sore...on top of that there is polish all over my skin...not just my nail. I have never seen such a bad gel pedicure. I would not return or recommend. Also my nails are not even...they are like different lengths. I would have said something but did not realize until I was out in sunlight. read more

I walked in right as they opened at 9am asking if they had time for a full set (I know this can't always be accommodated which is why I asked ahead of time) They told me YES, got me seated quickly and started applying my tips. In the middle of applying my tips 3 woman walked in who apparently had an appointment and I was left sitting (with only tips on, no color) for over an hour. I found it very rude to leave me in the middle of a service & completely insensitive of my time. If you had known of these 3 appointments, you should have told me there would be a wait. Now I'm stuck here unable to leave with half done nails & am now late for my other appointments this morning. read more

Before I go to any salon I always check the reviews to make sure I'm not disappointed for the 50$ I'm about to spend. The tech "Thi" had no idea what she was doing and even i could tell because no nail tech did the things she did. She also CUT me in the process and didn't even acknowledge the cut, then proceeded to hurt me when clipping the nails and said "it's okay". It took me 3 hours to get my nails done.. that is CRAZY. I never had an experienced like this before. I'm not one to complain unless it was a horrible experience, but this was over the top for me :( read more

My friend and I came to this salon due to a pretty good previous experience we had. I walked in noticed they were a bit short staffed but they said they would get me in a few mins to do my fill/pedi and I sat there for 2 hours and taking other people which was unprofessional like if u couldn't get me in please let me know my time is important as well. Meh. I was in this area with my mom late afternoon/early evening on a Saturday and I decided to stop in. I was told it would be a "7-10 minute wait" for a pedicure - great, no problem! The woman who greeted me was friendly too. I ended up waiting for over 25-30 mins. I was put in water and sat for that long; my toes were prunes by the time they started. I got the Luxury Pedicure, and the whole time I felt like the guy was rushing it. It didn't feel luxurious at all. No scrub or massage on my feet, only my legs, which is a pedicure pet peeve of mine. I'm here to make my feeeeet pretty... I can scrub my legs in the shower myself, just saying! The polish job was also "meh." Not the worst I've had, but not good. I had him try two similar colors and when I chose one, he just painted over the other one instead of removing it? It's thick, globby and pretty poorly done altogether. I was completely envious of the woman sitting next to me as I watched while she closed her eyes as she enjoyed her thorough foot rub and carefully executed polish. Polish selection as far as color variety is OK; but they only have maybe 8-10 OPI colors (and no Essie)... the rest were some other brands I don't know. I probably won't be back :/ read more

I came in with a group of family and friends and the service was awful. We got there I already had an appointment set, they kept taking people in between us when we had an appointment prior which was rude and unprofessional. My daughter wanted her nails a certain way and the female nail tech was telling her to go somewhere else because she didn't have the patience to do her job. They overcharged us and had no patience I do not recommend him at all because they do not handle customers well I don't know how to take appointment customers first!!! read more

*** update- this shop has been sold to new owners. I was convinced to dry dip. It turned out awful. I asked for a French and the line between the top and my nail was very blurry and overlapped with the layers. The pink part was white with little bubbles. Just really looked bad. Maybe growing pains? Very clean! Hot day today but it was nice and cool inside! I got a regular manicure pedicure and I love that they use disposable foot tub liners. Prices were so reasonable! The owner and staff are always super courteous and professional. It's always clean and sanitary. I the personalities of the staff. They talk and laugh with us and exchange stories and advice. So this is my 3rd time visiting this nail salon and I am always so impressed when I leave. Let me start by saying that the owner Holly and her son Justin are so friendly and kind. They chat with you and really take the time to get to know you. I have always been offered something to drink when coming in as well. For all of us though what really matters is the quality of our nails when we leave and the price we pay. Welp let me say the prices are very reasonable and my nails are always amazing. I had not had a chance to come in since Easter and believe me when I say my pedicure had lasted since then. Lastly the best part is... THEY OFFER A PEDICURE PUNCH CARD!!!
