I had to wait to get on the spa table as the break is broken. She joked about not wanting it to fly into the wall. I purchased the lash lift & tint thur Groupon for $56. Ali asked if I've had lifts before and I let her know yes, years ago. She stated she's had trouble with the lifts taking on customers. I should've read all the reviews as it seems to be a lot of customers. I'm use to the person cleaning off lashes, and taping bottom lashes. Then measuring the rod to see which fit. We went with a small and she said she had to tape my lashes as my lashes didn't fit on the rod. I'm not sure what she is using but getting lash lifts for 6 years never had an issue. So she tapes my lashes and applied the solution. She puts a timer on for 9 minutes. After she puts the tint on and asked if it burns. Which it didn't. I asked about brow lamination/tint and she said we could do it for $50 as she charges more on her site. Then she did a brow/lip wax. After she showed me my results and they seemed off. She must have seen my facial expression because she said oh we can't brush or get them went for 24-72 hours. Later on in the day my lashes started to burn and not even look like a lift. Then the brown lamination/tint was clumped and didn't take as well. $76 gone for services that didn't take. Wax was good but everything else is disappointing. I sent her email about my lashes and got no response.

I saw it was going to charge me a few weeks ahead so I called to cancel my membership. I was convinced to stay on as a member and would be charged April 24th, 2025, which I thought by then it would be a good chance I'll have the finances together or a little better off. I was charged as a member to my account, which then overdrafted m account by $30. So My account then was -111.52. I immediately called and no one picked up for like 10 minutes. I sent a text message with the screenshot showing that their automatic charge overdrafted my account and within minutes a gal called me back. She started the refund process and said she would have the regional manager get back to me. I was sent a text message but I have been in shut down mode as money is tight and that absolutely ruined my plans for feeding myself and getting to places I needed to be. Today, I conversed with the regional manager, Ivori and no positive resolution was given. Hi, Skin refunded the membership fee but I'm still out -12.52 because of the overdraft fee. Not okay. I signed a contract. This shouldn't have happened. I loved coming here. The gal I had, Kaitlyn, left but she was fantastic. It was the one hour a month I got to treat myself. However, I have disabilities that required I make a choice of putting my account on hold or taking care of myself. I signed the waiver on the 14th after receiving it on the 13th and thought I was in the clear until April as it says in the form. I was happily a member for like 3 years and even worked with them personally. Lo was awesome. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and 10000% more stressed out in life now because of their mistake. I was in contract and they admitted it was their fault.
