As a referral from one of my friends, I saw Shae (her business is called Shades By Shae) at T Salon. This is my first time ever seeing her or ever being to the salon. It's really adorable and they had everything decorated for the holidays, which made it feel warm and cozy right off the bat. I loved my experience with Shae and I would highly recommend her. She listens and is very attentive- a great girl and prices are reasonable. It seems like everyone was very nice and friendly there. Everyone rents their chair and runs their own business out of it. I had been going to Hannah, 1st visit was great after trying to schedule with a stylist was a bit annoying , u simply can't call the salon to schedule u have to go thru a website and pick a date and hope they will take the appt. So on 3rd visit she provided her number to schedule however I have been trying to schedule an appt for 2 weeks and so far no luck . I understand that they all do there own schedules however to text ur stylist several times which she has responded but when u ask certain questions with what u are needing and no response back is a bit disappointing. Teresa is definitely the best stylist I've gone to, I came in with faded brown red hair and a band from an old shadow root and got subtle highlights at first. It blended the band away, but then I decided I wanted to go a little lighter for spring. I got a balayage without a base color or shadow root (because of banding another stylist did from a shadow root it put me off to that) and my balayage turned out absolutely amazing even without it! That takes skill. She also was able to achieve it with a 10 volume. She really cares about your hairs health and she's not scissor happy either, so no worries with trims! read more

As I just received a delayed response from the T Salons owner after a horrible experience I went through trying to book appointments via text with two different hair stylists, I am completely rubbed the wrong way. Apparently blowing off potential clients is the way these people operate. I've never been treated so horribly by a hair salon in my life after being told I'm not a good fit based off of one extremely awkward hair appointment. Not quite sure what the heck that means but it's ridiculous and offensive and I refuse to be treated that way. Apparently there are women at this hair salon who can't cut hair and don't know how to accommodate the client, after bringing in pictures and having the same hair stylist cut and style my hair for over 10 years with no issues. There are so many other and far better hair salons in the area and will be taking my hard earned money and business to a highly rated 5 star hair salon. I highly recommend NOT going to this establishment due to the poorly organized and incredibly unprofessional way my situation was handled as I'm sure I'm not the only one who was treated so wrong on so many levels. I highly recommend checking out other places nearby and don't waste your hard earned money at a place who clearly doesn't value the client, especially with covid and so many people being laid off. This place doesn't value the client, that's been made very clear to me. I truly hope no one else experiences the unprofessionalism I went through as someone who just moved to Arizona from out of state. The only hair stylist who actually cut my hair well and did what I wanted was Melzie. Thanks Melzie for the haircut back in October. I can't in good conscience return to T Salon after the way I was treated by Terra. Terra and another female hairstylist wouldn't respond back to me when trying to schedule an appointment with one of them and clearly don't care about treating people with respect and decency. read more

I have to disagree with the negative review of Amanda, I truly think she is amazing so far. I recently switched from another stylist at T salon because they just weren't reliable. This is the 2nd time she has done my hair and each time she takes a good 15 minutes going over what we should do, how I want it, and both times it has been exactly what I've wanted. Also she is very reasonably priced as well. I have been to several people and seen their prices so I can confidently say that. She sincerely cares about your hair goals and desires and is always giving her best and professional advice! She has had a couple differnt assistants since I have been going there and they are all super helpful and caring as well! I always struggled with really frizzy, unruly hair. Teresa recommend doing brazillian blowouts and i have been hooked! They make my hair super healthy and it drys practically pin straight with no frizz! For anyone who is looking at this place, please, please don't go to Amanda!! I beg you, because you will hate your hair!! I walked in with yellow (bleached) hair and asked to for sure get rid of the yellow. I wanted white/ silver hair. Let's start off at the fact that A. She didn't touch my roots. She never once touched my scalp or came close. She also said that she didn't. There was three quarters of an inch of my roots she didn't touch. B. She left yellow in my hair!!! There was quit a few strands of yellow that was pretty noticeable in my hair!! She charged me $220 for -"bleach" -toner -cut she obviously didn't bleach my hair because guess what, my hair is yellow!! It's been less than a week! Also, I asked her to texture my hair because I hate how it looks as a 'blunt' cut, so she cuts it blunt! Okay! Honestly don't go to Amanda!! It's a waste of money and time!! And you will be sad at the fact your hair is crap. Like how tf does my hair instantly go back to being yellow after less than a week!? It takes about 4-6 months for my hair to go to yellow! -oh that's right she didn't bleach or time my hair :)) so if you are going to T Salon, don't go to Amanda :) she will ruin your hair - because now I have to wait a month or two to go get it fixed, because I have no idea what she really did! -also there's another review about how crappy she is(I sadly seen it when I was half way through my appointment) let me help you, and don't go to Amanda!
