We called when they opened and requested four pedicures, it was important to us that all four pedicures were done at the same time so we wouldn't be here for hours waiting for each other. They told us they put us on the books for 4pm. We arrived at 4 and were seated right away all next to each other. We all got different pedicures and every one of us had a GREAT experience! We about 10 minutes into the service we got a menu for complimentary drinks. The drink options were mocktails, sodas, water, and mixed drinks with champagne. I personally got a mocktail called the sunrise Morrison which was DELICIOUS! My mom and daughter upgraded to the mint lemon pedicure which includes lots of upgrades, they pour milk on the legs to nourish, do callus removal, a mint sugar scrub on the legs, lemons squeezed on the feet and legs, and cucumbers. Helen was my pedicurist, she was nice quick and payed attention to detail, Queen did my daughter pedicure and was so sweet and thorough. Tom took care of my grandma who suffers from neuropathy and arthritis in her feet and she didn't complain or have to correct him once (which is rare because she is very vocal if something hurts or is not feeling right and seems like everywhere else gets some critique from her but not this time) the nail salon was not too loud, we could all talk to each other and hear each other but there is music on it's just at the right volume read more

Made an appt for pedicure as desperately needed one. Upon check in, was greeted promptly into this massive but yet welcoming salon with a cool ceiling design and great bar display of drinks and nail bottles! Service: Heidi was quite efficient for my 45- min 'Hawaiian Sunset' pedi ($56) which was worth every penny! Stopped in here without an appointment for a pedicure. The inside is gorgeous and looks very lux. I was able to be seen right away, chairs were nice and complimentary beverage was also a nice bonus. The service is really where this lacked, I just wanted a basic pedicure and was really pushed into a more expensive service. The person was pushy and ultimately I did not see the value in the special package that I was convinced to do. I was really looking forward to a good massage and that was mentioned on their service menu and this also was not delivered on. My nails were misshaped and the paint was bubbled I asked for a fix and was given a half fix and was asked to sit for 10 mins. There may be great people at this salon and I may have just been placed with someone who wasn't a good match. I think I will stick to my regular salon, which is a bummer as this place is much closer to me. read more

I knew my nails were bad from a different shop I went to so I was so embarrassed but I show Liam a picture of what I wanted and he fix me up & made my nails look way better than what the picture looks! I can't recommend Ben enough! After having a terrible experience at another salon right after moving here, I was so hesitant to trust anyone with my nails again. I'm so glad I gave this place a chance. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, and I loved the complimentary mocktails (the strawberry matcha was amazing!). But the real highlight was Ben. He was incredibly detail-oriented, took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and absolutely nailed the shape. Found this place on TikTok and luckily it was close to my house. So happy I found this place. The staff is so nice and they offer you complementary drinks with your service (1st one free and after you pay) came here for a pedicure before my due date and Heidi was the one who worked on me. She was super nice and we had a great conversation. She made sure I was ok and enjoying myself. This is a nail spot you have to check out. Everything was clean and so relaxing. I honestly do not recommend this nail salon at all. Me, my grandma, and my cousin all went together and were seated next to each other. They both had people working on their toes immediately while I sat there waiting 20-25 minutes even though the salon was not busy. When I told the lady what color I wanted, she couldn't find it and kept trying to give me different colors I didn't want. I finally settled for something similar because she was already taking forever and everyone else in my party was almost done. After over an hour just for my toes, I wanted a simple gel manicure on my natural nails. Instead of sitting me with the rest of my party, they moved me across the salon. The nail tech seemed annoyed the entire time and rushed through my nails. She left old gel polish around the sides of my nails and when she asked if I wanted them cut, I said "just a tiny bit." She ended up cutting them way too short. I told her multiple times not to file them anymore because they were already shorter than I wanted, but she still kept trying to file them. The entire appointment took almost 5 hours. My grandma and cousin were waiting on me forever, and my cousin even got acrylics with designs while my natural gel nails somehow took longer than hers. We ended up paying around $400 plus a tip for all of us. A few days later, 3 or 4 of my nails literally broke in half down the middle. I went back to get them fixed and once again waited forever even though they said it would only take 10 minutes and the salon still was not busy. The manager finally sat me down and instead of taking accountability, she basically blamed me the entire time. She kept saying there was "no guarantee" my nails wouldn't break and told me next time I should ask the nail tech to put more layers on. I've been getting my nails done for years and have NEVER had nails break in half like this. All she did was add more gel over them instead of actually fixing the damage. A week later my nails are still broken underneath. I found this salon through TikTok and expected a much better experience based on the reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst nail experiences I've had. read more

I did not have a good experience. I would like to first say that the women upfront greeted me kindly and I was excited to get my nails done here. I brought my friend in and was paying for her to get a manicure done so we could both be pampered. I had a horrible day and all I wanted to do was relax. My guy friend was with me to receiving a pedicure and manicure. Both of them had a decent experience meanwhile, my nail technician was miserable. He barely spoke to me. He kept yanking my hands. He wasn't very kind and on top of that my nails look horrible. They are all bubbled up. They have way too thick a coat on them and they were rushing us out of there because it was the end of the night so of course I didn't have time or felt like I could tell him I didn't like my nails. I came in for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. My pedicure turned out fine, but unfortunately my manicure experience was not. During the dip process, the technician cut my finger badly enough that it bled. It wasn't acknowledged until I pointed it out, and even then there was no proper cleaning or sanitation of the tools afterward, which was concerning. I had to go to the front desk myself to show them the injury in order to receive a discount. I appreciate them addressing it, but I was disappointed in how the situation was handled by the technician. Not impressed. But they are all the same. When I say pedicure it's basic. Cut my toenails, scrape my feet so they're soft and paint my toenails. They think if they bring out the pretty tray and offer you a drink and have add on services, I should pay more. NO, just do the basics for $50. ... no massage, no rocks ... just do a good job. My only confusion was based on my own inexperience of all their many options for nail treatments and styles, but the host helped confirm my manicure. I was blown away by the plethora of nail colors; the many options get you excited to come back and try something new. My nail tech, Marcus, provided exceptional service and skill. Even more so, Marcus made my cat-eye extraordinary by offering a new style that complemented my request. Something that I wasn't expecting was a wonderful mocktail to enjoy while I had my manicure. The nail studio is beautiful, the music lively and enjoyable, and the most important aspect, the staff, provides personal pampering that makes you feel special.
