Walked in around noon for a pedicure. Easy walk in with less than 5 minute wait. Picked out my color and sat down and got right to work. My technician was great. Gentle and got my nails back to life. I enjoyed the massage chair. Pretty much went through all the settings. Side note, I had gone to a popular nail spa up the road and it had a massive nail polish smell right when you walked in that I couldn't bear the smell. This place didn't have a strong smell, just normal. My nails came out great! She notified me I cut them too short. Whoops. But she definitely shaped it back to normal. I go here for gel pedicures. I have gotten a new tech every time and they have all done a beautiful job. Their gel polish is quality and lasts. I've been visiting this salon for several months. Vy is my technician of choice. She's very sweet and does a great job. Any time I bring photo inspiration, she "nails" it! The front desk staff always greets and checks me in quickly. They are very polite about any wait times and making sure clients are comfortable and happy with the results. They offer a lot of color selections and types of polish. As for pedicures, there are a variety of price points and options. I always enjoy the massage chairs, hot stones, warm towels and foot and leg massages. I'm normally able to make same day appointments and appreciate that they're open Sundays. If you're in this area, it's worth making an appointment. I'd consider driving here if we moved; they're that good! read more

We were visiting this part of town and Apple Nails had great reviews. They were able to get us in within two hours on a Saturday (we made an appointment not waiting that long). My husband had a pedicure and I had pedicure plus hard gel refill. The staff was super sweet and did a great job. Very clean and upscale studio. Do not come here. Went here yesterday for a pedicure. I always get gel & use acrylic on my big toes which I know is extra... however I was not happy paying $80 for what I got.. #1 I have been here before and have NEVER paid that for just my toes even with gel and the acrylic. #2 he did not paint them like the picture I showed him multiple times. #3 usually the owners are there and handling checkout but they were not and I feel like that's why I was charged more than usual. He also cut my one big toe so bad it was throbbing all damn night. I will be getting them repainted today somewhere else & NOT coming back. I'm a new mama that doesn't do much for herself so when I do & this happens, it's extremely disappointing. The worker was careless and rough the entire time as well. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The cleanliness, the vibe, and the music were perfect. It is so hard to find a nail salon that can accommodate tiny kids like my three-year-old daughter. This salon went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable, and they even got the salon to sing her happy birthday the prices were fair and again the customer service was amazing, which is hard to find these days I would recommend this to anyone but especially if you have young kids, thanks so much Apple!! we have found our new go to favorite salon in the area! read more

I waited several weeks before posting this review to ensure the polish lasted. I always use gel polish and it did last about three weeks before starting to chip. My only complaint is that I prefer my nails to be shorter and they only filed my toe nails rather than clip them. Overall, I was pleased and will go back as their prices were very fair! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My friend and I came in and we have the most uneven crooked nails I have ever seen. The guy does not know how to do Gel X, he left my hands in the light 10 times in a row. Where my nails started to burn. He used the tool repeatedly on my cuticle and now my whole finger is swollen. Tim was amazing he treated me with very good care no complaints. highly recommend!! Sami however refused to do my full Set nails due to she thought i wasn't going to like them due to the length i wanted nor wanted to cooperate on satisfying the customer or working with me. Me and my family came here for the first time to get our nails done before a cruise! The place was very nice and all the staff was super sweet. They were also very helpful of getting my party of 5 all set up with every treatment we wanted. I personally got a dip manicure with a design. I worked with Apple, the owner. She was skilled in her work and took her time with my nails. I could tell she was very attentive to all her guests as she would chat with regulars. My manicure ended up being $65 but the results made it worth it. I would say this place is pricer but it shows in the work. The only reason I docked one star was because I did end up getting a minor cut on my left ring finger from the buffer. However, she acknowledged it and was gentle with that finger after. It was sadly time for me to break up with my old nail salon. I found this one nearby and was able to make a same day appointment online easily. Arrived here early and everyone was kind and welcoming! Salon is clean and beautiful as well. Tony did an amazing job on my fill in and even reccomend I add a third color- he was right! Dare I say he nailed it lol? Price was also incredibly reasonable! Again, I have been having this service done since I was maybe 21 years old, I am now 32, I wanted to come off the table to slap her it hurt so badly. #2: If youre planning on relaxing at all during your service, rest assured, you won't. You have to help the waxer with your own service to pull your skin taut leaving your hands covered in wax.. or maybe you'll get lucky like me and your waxer will cover your finger in wax. #3: She broke so much of my hair, missed multiple spots, including my butthole, and burned me. I left the appointment slightly sore, which is very normal. It wasn't until later that night when I showered I realized I was swollen. I had strips on my vagina that were red, raised, blistered and swollen. I used some calming cream I've used for years thinking I'll go away in the morning and it didn't. I went on my trip with hair (which then caused me to shave over the wax job.. so you can guess how bad my ingrowns were) I'm not sure if this is how they're trained, what they're being taught.. I'm not sure but I won't be back, unfortunately. I'd much rather give my money to a small local business rather than a huge corp like EWC but I guess I'll continue to search.

Update on the nails, I'm chilling at 2 am and you know I go to scratch my leg not dishes, not lifting metals. Scratching my leg. And boom my nail and arclyric was completely in half, bleeding and all. What would you do in this situation law suit? Go back sleep? I don't know but I'm upset. Love this salon... The staff is very friendly and courteous. When I walked in they were very busy, but I was still seen at my appointment time. Ve did a great job on my pedicure. The massage felt awesome on my tired dancer feet, and again she was meticulous with the cuticle trimming and the ppolish. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the place is spacious and clean (great ventilation doesn't smell like a nail salon), and I love that they use sterilizing pouches for the nail tools! It's a little far from my house but totally worth the drive to come back!

All the other place I've tried in AZ, before finding this place, the nails are coming apart after a week or two. These looked brand new (minus grow out) for a full month. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.
