I really like this place. Today, Mother's Day' my husband treated me to a pedicure and eyebrow wax. He also got a pedicure too. Mine was fabulous but I could tell by looking at my husband's face his wasn't up to par. I asked him later about it, he said he barely got the leg massage, it was so light he couldn't feel anything. His whole thing lasted a total of 15 minutes. If you look on their website it says 35 minutes. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though. read more

If you've ever wondered if your Vietnamese nail tech was talking ish about you- well this place DEFINITELY does! I came in this afternoon with my 4 year old. It's our first time here and we were excited as it's my daughter's first time at the nail salon. I asked for a pedicure for myself ($58) and polish for my girl's hands ($12). The store wasn't busy- after all it's a Tuesday early afternoon. We were sat down promptly at the pedicure seats. Two ladies were assigned; one for me and one for my daughter. What happened next absolutely shocked me to my core. They were talking about us in Vietnamese!! One asked the other what my daughter was getting and they were complaining that I didn't add on for her toes - telling each other how cheap it is and dissing me for me not adding it. Last I checked $12 for 3 minutes of basic polish is pretty good business. That's a meal, or someone's hourly wage. I didn't say a thing. Just sat in shock. This is the first time that I've ever heard anything bad being spoken at ANY nail salon about ANYONE. I'm the only Asian client in here- what?!? Pretty risky IMO. If they're speaking about me, they're definitely speaking ill about you. The owner called to apologize but that was the extent of the process. I wont be back and will be sharing my story. read more

This is my go to nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor and tasty treats provided by Craig in his team on this lovely Valentine's Day. I love having my nails done at the shop because it's always so clean and bright. I was able to get in on a Sunday with a really good nail tech. I didn't catch her name, but the front desk gentleman was also very nice. Made me feel welcome. They let me pick my colors and then when I chose a color that might've been too bright the nail tech double checked and asked me if I was still OK with the color and she let me change it which was very nice because sometimes the color could look different on display than when it is actually put on the nail. She did such a great job on my gel builder nails glad I came out on a Sunday. read more

Let me start off by saying I am thrilled that a new nail salon opened down the street from me. There weren't too many options in Queen Creek to choose from. A big shout out to the front desk girl who was so helpful. I had an appointment at 5:30p and arrived an hour early. Yet, she was still able to get me with a nail tech before my scheduled time. My nail tech was Vee who was super funny and meticulous. She helped me pick the right nail color shade and type of service to keep my nails from breaking over the holidays. Now I can't forget Tim. He was sitting next to Vee and both were such a delight to have a conversation with. Both had me laughing so much that my cheeks were hurting. The overall place is very clean and posh. Parking is limited just bc you're sharing with other businesses. My dip manicure did cost $50 for a full set without tip. I would definitely recommend coming here for a manicure BUT make an appointment. They do take walk ins but I did see them turning some folks away because of how busy it was. He was digging in the side of my toenails like a pirate in search of treasure, bro just kept clipping, and clipping, and clipping... and lemme tell y'all, that $h!t hurt like a mf!! I tried to stay cool, but I kept wincing from the pain. This process repeated 3-4 times throughout the whole appointment!! My sister's nail tech was finished 20 minutes before as well, so she was watching the process. Upon finishing, my toes were bleeding my sister said "omg is that blood?!" Tommy pretended not to hear and looked everywhere but at us. Overall looks cute, but I can't wear close toed shoes for a bit. My dogs ain't fitting in anything for AWHILE. It's so hard to find a great nail person so when you loose yours and you're on the hunt again it's almost depressing. I decided to try this location. Jersie was absolutely amazing on the front end, refreshing. The owner had a grumpy face the entire time walking around, but hey it's Friday. I got Amy for my feet. It was a good pedicure. I personally don't like hot stones and the only way to get something to substitute that was to go to the deluxe which then is the sugar scrub which I could care less about. (Calcus removal and foot massage! My husband can do my calves) I still did it , Somebody was getting their nails done by Melody next to me. I really want to try her for my nails, the hunt is hard, but I would recommend this location based off my first time experience. Price was okay not the best but not the worse. The only time they ever break is when I do something dumb to make it happen ‍ I've never had a nail tech be this good every single appointment, she's next level. The salon itself is gorgeous and always spotless. The owners clearly take pride in it, and it shows in the atmosphere. I've had my full set on since the Friday before Christmas. I was sad to see them go, but it was time. I have been okay not going to nail salons the past few months, but during my recent time in the UK, the ice cold/super hot water from the tap combined with frequent hand washing had my nails in desperate need of an uplift for the holidays. I had them done before I left CA, but now that I'm here in AZ, I had to find a trusted place that's of course, approved by Yelpers! Enter Gallery Nails Bar. I happened to be in the area and it was the first nail salon that came up in my search. I wasn't sure what the pricing was, so I called to see if I could get a ballpark figure and also to ask if they were taking walk-ins since I didn't make an appointment. I believe the receptionist said around $75 for acrylic tips, after removal of my full set, with gel polish. I guess that's around the standard pricing these days. She said they were taking walk-ins, so I was on my way. I arrived within 8 minutes and checked in. I sat for a minute before Jasmine came to get me. I showed her 3 pictures of what I wanted my nails to look like. They were all different, so I went with the last one I showed her. I am happy with my end result, but I do wish she hadn't filed my natural nails down so much. I did stress that I wanted them short, but they are super short due to the filing. She did spend around 40 minutes just removing my old set. It took a lot of soaking in acetone and drilling them down. I didn't think it would take that long, but I guess the last shop I went to really laid it on thick, lol. I ended up with a natural look, which I love. I will admit that while Jasmine did a phenomenal job, I was slightly shocked when I went to pay for the service. $85 for builder gel on my natural nails! Yikes!! I think she put on 3 layers to get the look I wanted, and she did spend a total of 2 hours on me, so I paid and left her a nice tip. I appreciate her efforts in getting my nails to look the way I wanted, and that she took her time to do them right. I am usually skeptical about some nail shops because of other reviewers experiencing cut cuticles that bleed, unsanitized tools, uneven nails, etc. I didn't have that experience here, thank God!! I did see that Jasmine opened a sanitized pack of tools that she used on me, which was great! I also saw a few men getting pedicures done, so this place is LEGIT! I'll probably come back eventually, but once these nails grow back out to the length I want, I will most likely just come for an occasional pedi. This salon is clean, super posh, and fancy inside. They even have a bar and offer you drinks while you have your service done. The parking lot is wide open and the employees are really nice. Service at the front desk was nice. I've been growing my real nails out and Kim completely botched them. How are you a nail artist and you can't file nails? Every single one was uneven. The thumbs to the extreme and when I asked her to fix it? She brushed me off. She heard me and brushed me off. I asked for no gel. Just regular manicure. KIM shamed me after I said I didn't want gel multiple times and kept questioning my choice and telling me why it was bad. She put gel polish on my nails then told me it looked bad because they were AIR-DRYING WHAT?! She took this time to restate that I should have gone with gel and she warned me about this (she did not. I didn't even know she was going to try to let gel air dry) Elise (another tech) fixed my nails just by filing them to be more even. Even she saw how disgusting they looked. I have been stopping in at Gallery Nails Bar a while now and have my go to nail technician. The front desk people are always welcoming and the inside is very clean. Prices are comparable to what you would find elsewhere but the thing that sets them apart and has definitely made them a rockstar in my book is Craig. Today's visit was not what I had hoped for when getting my nails redone. I usually do a dip French pink and white and I wanted a French glitter dip today. Unfortunately, while my nails do look beautiful they are just not my style with the glitter being painted on with gel. When I went to leave the front desk girl could see my disappointment and immediately got Craig who graciously comped my service. Can you say 5 star guest service. Being in the service industry it was like a breath of fresh air that Craig understand the importance of making it right. I may have had a less than stellar visit but all my other visits have been top notch. I definitely will be back and already have a pedicure booked later this week, which by the way are some of the best around. Place is beautiful as you walk in, well organized for having a group of girlfriends to go together! They serve drinks ex: coffee, sodas, water and mimosas! I went in and got my acrylics done by Alina, she did a great job, she made them exactly how I wanted them done, she doesn't make them thick and bulky, she does them just right w/o worrying about breaking them and looks like natural nails! I had her do a texture sweater on one nail each hand and she did it perfectly! They let me use my own gel polish which is nice! The place is very cute and I love the colors of the black. They offer wine, but I don't like wine, but others seem to enjoy it. I made an appointment and got in right away. My nail tech Vee, is amazing! The best! I've been all over the USA, and she did my shape the best I've ever seen. She ate at doing my nails. She knows what she's doing and is very good at it. I've been getting compliments since then. I'm definitely going back and I'm asking for vee. Just look how gorgeous my nails are. I had nothing but a great experience for my first time coming in. The cost is more than what I paid in Arkansas where I'm from but it's worth every penny to me, but didn't break my bank. These nails are the best I've seen. I have been coming here since I moved into town this past summer. Anytime I've booked More than one service with the girls at the front desk they make a mistake. I make a point to call ahead and be very clear what I need, they always rush me off the phone and then when I arrive they've messed it up. Yesterday I arrived for an appointment that I had called to book for my daughters and I and once again, they had it wrong. They booked my daughters for the correct time and somehow booked mine an hour later. I had booked a builder-gel fill, was very clear that I wanted that to my nail tech, yet she smeared acrylic over the top of what I had, didn't file it into the old stuff, and then charged me for the builder-gel fill. I visited Gallery Nails Bar last week while on vacation and was really looking forward to treating myself after not having my nails done in ages. I walked in and was seated almost immediately, which was a nice start. I chose a lovely DND gel color (number 883, Candy Kiss), but that's where the positives ended. During the cuticle trimming, the technician accidentally ripped off my cuticle on my pinky. Like how on earth do you do that?! It was painful, and not only did I bleed on and off throughout the appointment, I was spontaneously bleeding throughout my day. I left wondering why I even tipped... To make matters worse, I realized another finger had been nicked, and two days later, it became infected with pus. Now, a week later, I'm dealing with a painful, infected finger and a still-sore pinky. I didn't catch the technician's name, but I can't recommend this place. Old color left over even this was a NEW full set. I have 0 cuticles and it looks like they are already a week grown out. Took her almost 2 hours for this too. This place was extremely expensive they overcharged us. I got a kids, Mani Pedi and a regular adult with gel nails and it cost me $214 without tip. And I know that's not what their prices are so we were overcharged. Then they claim their system was down and they couldn't do anything about it. My nails had weird blue spots underneath the pink of them and I called to have them fixed they told me I could come in at a certain time and then they texted me saying sorry we can't bring you in anymore at this time. Can you come in at this time and I said no that doesn't work for me and they never replied or responded to me ever again. We'll never come back here. I brought my daughter in for her 12th birthday and we were extremely disappointed. Not to mention the gel peeled off instantly. read more

Fantastic experiences so far. My first time I went with my best friend who was visiting. We were a walk in, they got us right in for pedicures and we had the best time! Tons of colors, all organized so well. The women doing our pedicures were so kind and did a fantastic job, I wish I remembered their names. I went today (scheduled online) for a full set and nail design. I was nervous not knowing how they would do with the design or if I would feel like an inconvenience for asking for it. Andy was incredible, his attention to detail was exactly what I needed. He was also very kind when I asked questions and didn't show any irritation at my design choice, even helped me find the best colors for it. And my nails turned out great! It can get busy so I do recommend an appointment and it is nice because you can make one online. Sweet staff, however the quality and the services for the price is unexceptable. i got a plain dip manicure, which i have been getting for years, and they chipped and broke within 2 days. my natural nails have never broke, and the one time trying a new place they did. the nail tech left my cuticles a mess!! and didn't even wipe off all of the dip powder that was left over. no care for detail or basic manicure standards. it felt like they wanted me in and out. i had to go back and asked if i could get them fixed. the same tech helped me again and just put a clear top coat on them!!!!! i simply can not. they didn't even fix the broken nail!!! if ur in the area i would go to alice nails instead. they're quality is much higher for a lot less. would not recommend!!!! read more

During multiple visits Alina, I was met with rude comments, passive-aggressive behavior, and a lack of basic communication. Feedback was not received well, and I was repeatedly made to feel like a burden for simply requesting designs or asking questions. The staff also spoke disrespectfully about other clients within earshot, which was very uncomfortable. A client who was very picky and only wanted absolute square tip nails just exactly like the acrylic tips. When I raised concerns with management, they dismissed me without truly listening.
