I went in on Friday Jun 26 and got a gel x manicure. The next day my nail popped off my thumb. I got these because before all my gems fell off my nails and I asked them to redo the design and they charged me $65. I paid $110 just for my nails to fall off the next day. read more

She is AMAZING and has been my go to girl for my nail designs for the past 2 years!Specifically for her dip and designs, most nail techs aren't able to make it look smooth and make it not lift, but Cindy kills it every single time! I had asked for dip on my natural nail. The first shaping went well but I noticed she was using a very abrasive file and rocking back and forth. My nails were filed down more than I would have liked. They were filed down so much you can see a 1/4 of my sidewall. When it came to filing down the hardened dip on my nails, my tech continued to use the abrasive file but was scrubbing it against my skin very aggressively. I was hurting bad at my index finger but hadn't seen blood so I brushed it off. I paid the full amount and tip (over 100 total). Once I left I noticed there was a cut at the base of my finger. I'm not one to complain but this should be noted and informed to others. I know if I had brought it up, OSHA regulations should have been followed. I later called about my concern but was told no refund and I get 20% off next time. :/ As you can see by my side by side index fingers, a lot of natural nail was filed off on the left. When I initially arrived, my nail growth was over my nail. You can see my exposed sidewall and cut on my finger. read more

I got dip with tips. Super short/slightly pass finger tip and solid color. Paid $75 plus tip. I feel like for that much, they should also be doing cuticle removal, making sure underneath the nail is clean from glue or dip residue. They did not. Also it's been only a few days and they are chipping from the sides. Seems like a lot of people complain about quality here, I decided to try it out anyways, and definitely feel the same. read more

I was looking for a new nail place since I moved to the area and saw that I could make an appointment online at She Nail. I arrived to my appointment five minutes early, I checked in and the receptionist asked me to pick my color. Upon picking I sat down in the lobby and waited, and waited, and waited. People would come in and get seen within 1-2 mins and I was ignored after checking in. After 15 mins of waiting with no acknowledgement, I decided to leave. Not a good first impression. There's too many nail places in the area to not have good customer service. I would not recommend this place. read more

My niece was super excited about getting her nails done for the first time. Obviously it's a big deal and as an aunt, I was super excited for her. The guy was NOT friendly at all. He kept huffing and puffing and he would be yanking her hand. I was sitting next to her and when it was time to write the receipt, he basically just threw it at me. This place is crap- the lowest price for a pedicure is 38$ they didn't file my nails straight, didn't clean them, didn't massage me or exfoliate me. The pain job is sloppy. Very disappointed with the service both my mom and I received. We got gel pedis and a normal mani without polish (thank god we didn't get polish because the painting job was horrendous). Both our techs seemed rushed to the point where the cuticles were terribly done and the paint job was awful. We just wanted our nails cleaned up for our manicures and again, was rushed so the filing and cut was jagged. I came home and purchased the gel color on Amazon and redid my nails. The tops of the nails were not painted on either of our toes where they both looked two weeks old. read more

I have been coming here for a while and have previously received good quality services. However, when I visited on Friday I was not impressed at all. My pedicure was rushed despite getting the middle package. There was no massage at all (it said 8 minutes), my cuticles were barely trimmed, and I didn't even get to pick which scent I wanted for the package. The polish is so sloppy and the top coat dried all bubbly and it is just terrible considering the cost. My 7 year old does a better job when she paints my nails. My daughter got a gel mani and the polish on several nails has peeled off within the first 36 hours. When she gets gel polish at other salons it lasts 2-3 weeks without peeling off. She is incredibly upset because she has been saving chore money for months to get her nails done. Now for the worst service: I also got a full acrylic set. I've been getting acrylic nails applied for over 25 years and this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. The nail tech was also in a rush and destroyed my cuticles with the electric tools. Every single one of my fingers was bleeding during the application, even after requesting several times for him to slow down and be more gentle. My left middle finger would not stop bleeding, and he kept roughly wiping the blood with a dirty towel. Rather than taking the time to clean it up and wait for it to stop bleeding, the acrylic was applied over the wet blood! I now have dried blood trapped between my nail and acrylic and I'm really hoping I don't develop an infection. I paid $70 for this full set and I was literally in tears when I left because it was so painful. When I was checking out my finger was still bleeding so bad that it was dripping all over the counter (this was nearly an hour after it was first cut). The receptionist gave me a paper towel and brought the manager over. At no point did he offer a discount or anything, he just said "sorry" and offered me a bandaid. The receptionist was far more apologetic and concerned than the manager was. I spent over $200 for services for my daughters and I on Friday and I will absolutely not return to this nail salon. I've had high hopes since it's new and close to our home, but I will gladly drive further to receive better service when spending that much money. I wanted nice nails for Valentine's Day and my toes look so awful after my pedicure that I have to repaint them myself this weekend. Such a huge waste of money. read more

Two stars bc they had my fav color My usually once was booked so I had to go to this one. I spent 60 bucks on nails I hate. It was the first time in Almost a month I was able to get my nails done due to childcare. So I'm beyond upset that they came out not to my expectations. My natural nails were grown out BEAUTIFULLy and now they're short and stubby. I asked for almond shape.. not HOUSE SHAPE. I had dip on Already. He had me remove my own color and sat for a good 10 minutes wondering where he went. With my excema covered fingers dipped in acetone ouch... this process also made some of my nail crumble or break so there goes some length I asked to be cut to match then a tiny. Tiny bit shorter bc my nails grow. It was fine. But then the filing. Did not. Stop. The first shape he showed me I approves. But then she would only file the tops so it had like a "house" shape. I came in with almond shape so I am beyond confused why I was charged extra for having this shape.... every. Single. Nail. Looks different. lop sided or not the same length... one is round? I did not tip. But after I cried in the car (granted that was dramatic of me) I realized I'm so upset I paid 60. Dollars. For nails I hate! I wish I took a picture of what my nails looks like before bc you woudo see how long, pretty and the shape was perfect. LISTEN TO REVIEWS I ignored reviews from yelp and my friends warning me. 60. I came in for my daughter's acrylics to be removed and I just needed my toenail polish removed and callous removal. I didn't need a polish or anything. I do my own nails with a gel system at home. They refused to take my polish off and just do callous removal and would only do it if I got a full pedicure which is like $30 more I didn't need to spend. Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit and was pleasantly surprised with a 20% off coupon in my mailbox! When scheduling an appt they ask for name and phone number and you'll later receive a text confirming. Upon signing in, you'll use an iPad with the phone number given. Everyone was very nice and there was over 300 different dip powders or gels to choose from. Plenty of pedicure chairs and nail stations with a very clean atmosphere. I wasn't a huge fan of the nail chairs as they didn't roll and they seemed to sit up very high. Parking can be tough, but it's worth a visit! read more

I do not recommend this place for lashes. I have been one for a full set and back for a fill. I had a 50% off coupon for the fill and they would not honor it. But the main reason i would not recommend this place is because both appointments ran 20 min late before they took me back and before they, they sent me away due to no one there for my appointment. The quality of the lashes are terrible. Both times they are all clumped and stuck together and totally uneven. It's a mess. Both times. I am actually really disappointed with my last visit. Tyler did my nails and the quality was so poor. Do not get a pedicure and dip manicure at the same time because apparently the manicure will not come out as it should. There are indents in my nails that I know should not be there. The chrome is splotchy. There are so many imperfections. This was my go-to place but after this visit I am not to sure. The positive side was my pedicure. She did good job and the quality was spot on. When I called the front desk after I got home she offered for me to get them redone which was nice but that would involve having my nails undergo the entire process of filling them down, putting the in acetone to remove everything, etc. plus it was already super late. To sit for another hour or so plus and it was already closing time. I just felt so disappointed by the level of care. read more

I told the lady upfront I was new to the area and looking for a new nail salon- I need a lady that will be gentle with my fingers and not be in a rush because I hate getting cut and burned. Well both happened! I have a cut toe a cut finger and a burn on another finger. And I got a guy when I specifically asked for a female. I'm extremely disappointed and sad. The lady Vivian did my toes was ok, but the hippie from Texas smelled like smoke and kept hurting my finger! no discount was given- no manager wanted to talk to me. In fact I think the owner belched in the lobby. My finger is sore and my toe is hurting and nobody cares. The front desk lady went to go get the green liquid to help me with my bleeding finger?
