Horrible customer service the ladies that did my nails were nice but at the end somehow my $45 fill and my $42 pedicure ended up being $140. When I asked the pricing, they looked at each other and just started throwing out numbers, when the math didn't add up they said my nails were long so they had to charge me more. My nails are not long at all. I don't usually go here but my normal place did not have any appointments until later. I usually don't write reviews because I don't like to be harsh, but I'm honestly so annoyed after this experience. I do appreciate that this salon was able to get me in right away and that the staff seemed friendly. However, the actual service was very disappointing. The polish on my toenails looks like I did it myself, messy and uneven. At one point, I noticed paint on my skin and tried to wipe it off, but the tech practically swatted my hand away. On top of that, they cut into the sides of my big toenails, and now my left one is sore, red, and painful just a day later. I know my toenails are small and not the easiest to paint, but I've never had such a poor job done anywhere else. To be fair, I should have spoken up and asked them to stop cutting the sides of my nails before it was too late. I know I'm not the only one who struggles with being confrontational in situations like this, and I'm sure a lot of people can relate when it comes to nail salons. Still, I left feeling frustrated and regretful. I really wish I had listened to my family members' not-so-great experiences here instead of trying it out for myself. They have new ownership and it's obvious! The call to make an appt was painful and the lady sounded put out to schedule me. All the services I normally get have an added fee. The lady who did my pedicure couldn't communicate well so she yelled in my face in hopes I could understand her better. They have changed the services on the pedicure menu but hand you the same menu from the previous owners. When you ask why didn't they use the sugar scrub that was used on this service she became annoyed and said it's extra. That was the fastest pedicure and most annoying one I have ever experienced. I went in for a lash appointment. Then had the front desk asked me would you want your nails done with your pedicure and I said no I've never had both done at the same time. She said OK. So it was time to do my nails. I said I want medium coffin? I got these long pointed things. I got the color I wanted on my fingernails, but not the length or the shape. And it costed me more money. Then I asked for pearl white for my toenails and I got chalk white.. And I did mention I'm going to Vegas. I am not happy. And I won't come back. Because I could tell they were talking smack about me while I'm sitting there. Which is rude. I don't have to speak your language to know that you're laughing at me. So when I got home, I had to cut my fingernails down and file them myself. I also had to paint pink over the chalk white that they put on. This is no way to treat customers that pay good money and tip well. I was mortified. I'm sure this is probably not gonna be published for everybody to see someone will stop it. Waited over half hour after my appointment time. Clearly got a new nail tech. It was the wrong color but I was fine with that - sloppy work though. The gel on the pinky toes peeled off the second I got home because there was clear gel all over my toe too - and I don't have time to get it fixed. Bummed. read more

This place went downhill fairly quickly. They seem to have a rotation of new, but untrained staff. The techs all do things differently and don't listen to your wants. I specifically asked for short nails and had to repeat myself 3x before she would take out the clippers and only after she completed the dip. Then the tech tore up my cuticles and left 7 of my fingers bleeding (see picture). The tech was sitting right next to the manager and kept asking questions and requesting supplies and he never once stepped into help or check on her work. I will not be coming back. read more

Horrific experience, go anywhere else. First he put the wrong color on, i showed him a white color and he put on pink. I just kept reassuring him that "it happens" only for him to act like I was being unreasonable for trying to get the color I asked (and prepaid with a proactive $10 tip on a $40 pedicure) for. Then guy kept screwing up my nails, and yelling at me about it. He kept saying "I moved" when I hadn't. And I tried to point out the machine was hitting my nails & I hadn't moved and he just kept yelling. I finally told him to stop yelling at me and left without finishing my pedicure. I've gone here for a few years and it's unfortunately gone downhill the last year or so. My favorite tech (Jen) left so I went with whoever was assigned to me today for my gel pedicure. My toe was bleeding so badly from cutting my cuticles and it is still throbbing several hours later. I hate to put my feet on blast like this but I've tried this nail salon out 3 times now and each visit is more disappointing than the next. From afar, my feet looked okay but then I came home to realize that it looked like my daughter had painted my nails... I paid for a cuticle removal and it's clear that wasn't really done? I was talking to my friend so I wasn't paying attention to that part. I also paid for callus removal, sugar scrub, and a massage... for each of these services the technician spent 30 seconds on each foot/leg. I remember the days when getting my nails done was fun and absolutely worth the money... the quality and experience isn't what it used to be. No matter what nail salon I go to the experience continues to decline. That's okay though, along with the millions of other men and women around the nation who complain about the same thing all over social media... I had a brand new set last week so I did t need anything else today. The receptionist said " I've been informed by my manager that we don't do small jobs at this time." I attempted to use logic but this person didn't make the rules. So unless I want a full set or pedicure or manicure you can't get a fix here? Meanwhile I'm thinking, if you want to earn a loyal customer who spends more than $150 per month why would you turn someone away while you have people not with clients. I could see refusing if they were busy and booked. How did she know I wasn't one of their clients who needed a fix? So If I have my nails done there I can't get a fix if they break?! The service was unacceptable. They were rude and dismissive. My daughter was barked at to "Sit down. Don't talk to me. Don't look at me. If you have your phone get it out and scroll on it." Then she kept barking at my daughter to hold still whereas my daughter has a small tremor in her hands at all times. My daughters went here as a special time together. Nails are supposed to be a relaxing time. Yet my daughter came back stressed out and insulted. We won't be going back obviously. My pedicure turned out great. Excellent massage and for a long time if you get an upgraded one, I think mine was $48. Large polish selection. They do seem to be busy so it might be helpful to get an appointment first. My mom's manicure didn't go as well it was $18, they nicked her and her manicurist was kinda rude. read more

I've come here multiple times because it's so close and have had ok experiences but this last time I went was horrible. They need to train their employees better. The shape was not consistent on each finger and he kept nicking the my skin with the dremel tool and now every time I wash my hands it's really painful! That was my last time going there. read more
