Well my first instict was how dirty it was. I almost thought they used the same bowl condoms but I did watch them change them and paid attention. Place needs a good cleaning. Chairs were not clean the employees kids are running around. One listening to the phone so loud for all of us to hear. Which I hate when I go in public especially to relax getting my feet or nails done. This place SUCKS!!!!! I went to a salon this morning and they messed up my nails so I called US nails to have them fix them. Well the guy who sits at #4 RUSHED my appt. Was not gentle. Seemed so annoyed that he had to do my nails. He didn't file them and they're all lumpy and look worse than what I came in. Normally I'm big on tipping but this guy didn't even deserve the $5 I gave him. They have ZERO pinks to choose from for pink and white ombré. So now I'm worse off thanks to this hole in the wall. i called 3 hours before and asked to have 4 people at 6:20 they said it was fine i showed up 10 minutes early, i was rushed. bullied by the man who was there for not picking a color fast enough (5 minutes:|), i didn't get any of the fun extras because of his attitude and behavior towards me i asked for specific things and was told no due to time issues, when the man doing my nails would hurt me and i would react he would get visibly annoyed and speak to the others in a language i didn't understand (which is fine but it's also very clear when they're making fun of you and they definitely do) instead of communicating i wasn't sitting right he would physically move me around not very politely, they treated my family poorly. i am big on tipping and i did not tip but the lady who took my payment tried to pocket the 20 i gave her for my total, she was visibly upset when she realized it wasn't for her. this salon treats customers like wallets and not people and it's disgusting and sad to know how many others they've definitely treated like this. my nails are mediocre at best. had them a week and will be getting them redone elsewhere. read more

The lady in the front in the right was rough and painfully took my acrylic nails off even after I told her it was painful, the last straw was her laughing at me when she really hurt me. She even had the audacity to ask me why I didn't file my nails off , I thought this is what I was paying her to do. She walked away and sent someone else to finish the job. Halfway through my manicure the new person tells me they are closing 2 hours early and wont be able to do my pedicure. When we walked in we clearly asked for a mani/pedi, but suddenly they were "closing". And the manicure he gave was the worst ever. I should have walked out. During this whole time they also ignored my sister-in-law who had been waiting for 30 minutes for a pedicure. They literally began her pedicure and walked away without a word. I got my nails done here about a week ago. I knew I should have drove across town to my normal salon. The nail tech was nice, but her work was terrible. I went in for a gel fill for my acrylics. I got black gel polish with one glitter black gel nail. My left thumb, after 1 week, has no polish on it. My right has a big chip. $30 for a gel fill that had a chip within a day. With my normal nail salon I pay $27 (not much of a difference) and can go three weeks without chipping! Will not go back here! read more

I just moved to Mesa & needed to find a place close to my new house. I went to the Superstition Local Market & my cashier highly recommended Us Nails. I'm so glad I went, not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I found the place to be great. Maybe it's not the newest furnishings but the quality of their work, the great customer service that they give WAY overshadow new equipment. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish. My technician was Andy & we hit it off immediately. We talked about both of us being foodies, we laughed. What I like most is that the technicians KNOW their customers. There was the sweetest woman getting a pedicure right next to me & we got to talking. Both her technician & my Andy talked to her like he knew her family. THIS is the kind of place I was looking for. THEY PRETEND TO STERILE! RE-USING dirty instruments. I seen this. The lady collect all the dirty rinse in the sink and bag & PASS DIRTY INSTRUMENTS OUT. The staff is aware they wear gloves. I wish there gel polish wasn't an extra $15 but I found my person if I want just a basic nail polish. Nikki was amazing. So kind, gentle and my toes turned out very clean. She put such an amazing pressure on my massage, I wish she would have focused more on the bottom of my Calf but other then that I've never had someone put effort in it like she did. I love her and would recommend her to anyone. I give A five dollar tip normally and less if my job was messy or she hurt me. Nikki is the first person in my life I've ever given bigger then a five. She if I had something bigger then a $10 bill I would have given her $15 or $20. She is so highly recommended. Love love love her after only one visit. I really like gel and won't pay $42 after tip when I can pay $30 at my normal place. But I think I can sacrifice my gel for her talent. read more

I usually come here alot but I will not be back. I had reservations for 1:00 on a Sunday. They were not busy at all. I was gonna get a mani/pedi for my graduation. Well I sat there for about 2 hours waiting to be seated when most of the workers were just walking around. When they finally seated me it was 3:00. I was seated in the massage chairs, I sat there for 45 minutes until the finally put water in the bowl to put my feet in. They started on my feet about 4:00. They finished about 4:30 then rushed to do my nails. The lady that did my nails was watching YouTube the WHOLE TIME not really paying attention to my nails. She cut my fingers all up and none of my nails are straight. When they finished i went to pay with cash and the lady asked me if i was going to leave a tip. That's been my worst experience while getting my nails done ever. I will never go back. read more

They do work just as good as any other nail salon. However, they advertise a $19.99 pedicure. I expect to have to pay $5 each to add on other services to that such as callous remover, special designs and so forth. However, I have never before been told polish is extra above the basic price. I wasn't the only person in the salon surprised by this. My pedicure ended up costing $35 which is the going price around here, give or take $5. I have no problem paying at least $30 for a pedicure but no one appreciates bait and switch tactics. In addition, the pedicure menu is huge and the technicians push and push customers to upgrade even when they make it clear exactly what they want. I won't be back. ---I posted the above review nearly 2 years ago. Just recently 2 people replied to me telling me I was wrong or confused. I don't know what their policy is now because, as I said, I wouldn't and did not go back. But, at the time their sign out front said $19.99 pedicure. When I went in I was told, and so were other customers told, that was the pedicure price for NO polish. Hopefully they don't do this anymore. Gave this place 2 chances and there won't be a third. First time in Jan 2022 the nail tech guy was upset that I wanted the gel manicure special and had a bad attitude and did a sloppy job. Didn't file my Nails and left smudges on my fingers. Spoke in his language I believe Vietnamese to other workers. Didn't even say thank you nor goodbye. And I tipped him! This week on Thursday I went in for pedicure special with a young lady who insisted I upgrade to higher price package. I clearly said No thank you. I can afford your special $22.99 pedicaure with tip only today. She asked 3 more times & I asked her if she understood me? She finally did my basic pedicure with hot water only and her massage on my legs was a very light touch to my legs as if she was afraid and/or didn't want to be bothered. So comparing to other places closer to home in East Mesa area I've learned to pay a little more and get excellent service elsewhere. Originally reviewed a year ago and gave them 5 stars, they did great on my acrylic toes! I came back with my boyfriend to get another full set of acrylic toes, pedi for him and was very disappointed with the experience. When I asked for acrylic toes, the lady laughed and acted confused as if that's something that isn't on their menu. My boyfriend enjoyed his pedi (he got the $45 one), I asked for the $20 basic one and still received the $45 one, which was fine except for the fact that he gave me the pedicure after applying the acrylics which made no sense to me. He also applied acrylic to all the tips before cutting them down, which also made no sense to me, I ended up getting them longer than I normally would because I didn't feel like having him file them down for 10 min when he could've cut them to begin with. The color looks great, although I asked him if they had a sheer pink and he just handed me the box of nail swatch palettes so I googled to figure out which ones were sheer. I was basically scammed. I went in with my 5 year old daughter, I was very excited because it was our first mom and daughter pedicure visit to a nail salon but came out very upset and disappointed. The two ladies who performed the pedicures were great but there was another lady in the back who kept pushing for me to purchase a $25 package or more for my 5 year old and I said 'no' at least five times...a kid doesn't need all that more than a coat of color....we'll at the end they kept pushing for her to also get her nails and I said 'no'....but once the lady said it would be her "gift" to her I then agreed to it because she looked so sweet and thought she was doing it to be kind. At the end, I felt rushed because it was closing time and when they charged it was a lot higher than I thought...I asked how much her pedi cure was (again first time paying for a kids pedi and thought well can't be that much" well turns out they charged me for her nails too. Came out paying a total of $83 for two pedicures including tax because the two ladies worked hard for the tip but from a business perspective...you don't ever charge a customer something in which your employees said they would "gift" it. Makes them look bad and your whole salon. You lost a few of customers today because I won't be sending my friends there anymore. When I asked her about it it wasn't a big deal to her, she said "next time I'll give you a discount for her" well I don't need that I needed my money back. The lady who did my daughters mani and pedi wanted to give me some of the tip back but I wouldn't take it because she still worked hard for it. When I say "no", IT MEANS NO! read more

Got my nails done here and by the time I got out the door I needed a fill in What a scam. I went to get my fill the next Saturday and they asked me if I wanted them thick like this again. Half the time I was getting them put on the guy was watching what was going on behind him. I went to Dolly's across from sky view high, had them done and it's been a week and they still look great. I think I'll get 3 weeks out of these AND they look totally natural not like little blobs of acrylic on the tips of my nails. read more
