Wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in for a fill which was advertised for $14.99. Without asking the girl put on a gel and ended up costing me $22. The fill was not even done properly...apparently she was in a hurry. I have been a customer for several years, I will not be back. I have very thin sensitive fingernails and Holly fully understands this and she's extra careful with my fills with her tools. I was really happy with the work and service which was well done. (i did show him the wrong picture and was to shy to correct myself but that's not their fault) However when i went to dry my nails. I was expecting to pay when i was done and was about to leave but i was wrong he grabbed the card from my purse. little did I know through the experience i was being given hidden fees NO ONE told me about. When I came in I asked how much for an acrylic set I was told $25. The price menu said the same thing. The Price menu also did NOT show the hidden fees of things like the shape of your nail which I have never seen any shop do. Was so happy with the service and was prepared to give a good tip. Until he said that'll be $30 and charged it before I could say anything. I decided to pay AND STILL TIPPED. I didn't wanna cause a scene so on the back of the receipt I politely explained that I loved the work but wasn't prepared to pay $5 dollars more than i planned to tip and didn't want to hurt the guy who did my nails feelings because he did do a good job and I didn't want him to think I was tipping so little because of him. I went back to my moms car and the owner (I'm assuming) followed me out to chastise me for my rude and unacceptable behavior. She came out and told me it was because i got the coffin shape WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR, he should have told me it was extra or it should've been on a sign somewhere. It was incredibly unprofessional and I am very disappointed that happened i was very happy I found a place with such "nice" people. I went here to have a set of nails fixed from another nail salon. I saw Holly and she did a great job. She listened to exactly what was wrong with them and what I wanted. The nail color is chipping a litter but to be fair I put them through a lot. I will be going back for a fill with Holly and will just ask for an additional coat of gel. Not impressed at all. First full set of nails in years and I chose the wrong place. Not very friendly and the nails I received are second/third rate. The girl asked me length and shape I wanted and I got neither. She cut the first one and asked if that is a good length, I said yes and she proceeded to cut all 9 others shorter. Noticeably shorter! I suspect she saves the remainder of the tip to use on someone else and the longer it is the better. The nails were thick in some places and thin in other places, uneven and some even have a dip right in the center/top of the nail. I specifically did not want square nails and because she knocked off the sharp corners I guess she thought that meant they were no longer square. Barely passable polish job. I took polish off and reshaped them myself, as much as I could given the crap I had to work with. I won't return for a fill. I'll go to nails by Joyce next time. This nail salon I will never go to again! I went here because my normal salon was closed due to the holiday, so I went here with a friend. The guy asked me what shape I wanted and I told him square, I never go any other shape. he then had my nails different shapes and lengths, when I told him to fix it, he got another guy to come fix it I showed him how I like them and he proceeded to do it when he finally showed me he basically had filed the nail so short that It looked like my real nail, I told him to take off the nails and then he proceeded to tell me that he was not taking them off and I could go somewhere else to get them fixed. The guy was rude and very unprofessional. Never would I recommend this place to anyone, regardless of if it is a holiday or not. Do not risk your nails looking gorgeous for a place that is open on a holiday. Not to mention I had told them I was getting married and needed my nails to look amazing and flawless. ugggg never again read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible!! I spent $111 for fill/pedicure/eyebrow wax. Pedicure is good but my nails are the worst I've ever seen. My nails are uneven. My nails aren't painted on the side, it looks like I need a fill and they were just done today. All around look amateur. :-( Avoid them! read more

The first time I went for a pedi was fantastic the lady who did my pedi did a great job and gave me the exact design I asked for. So naturally I went again for my next pedi. Big mistake. The actual pedi itself was good but I showed the lady who did my pedi a picture of the design I wanted (very similar to the previous design). What I got was not even remotely close to the picture I had shown her. I asked for a sort of French tip in pink that faded towards the bottom. What I got was full pink nails with a horrendous orange flower right in the middle of my nails. When I brought it to her attention that what she did was not even close to what I asked for she apologized and said she doesn't understand much English so she didn't know what I wanted. I had shown her a picture of what I wanted before she started! One of the older ladies came over because I was upset, she said I should of told the lady doing my pedi what I wanted before she started. I informed her I had told her before she started and that I had shown her a picture of it. I then showed that lady the picture so she could see what I had wanted compared to what I got. She basically said the design was pretty and walked away. Not once did anyone offer to redo my nails. I absolutely hate my toenails! I will never go back to them, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. What a rip off! That was the worst $40 I ever spent. Oh they didn't even offer to not charge me for the design fee. They acted as if it was my fault and that what I wanted (and paid for) did not matter! read more

I HATE to do this but I have been going to US Nails through all the owners and staff for the 7 years I have ben in Arizona. Up until Brooke went on maternity leave I have been HAPPY with this place how ever she went on leave and the proverbial POO hit the fan. I go EVERY 2 WEEKS maybe 2.5 weeks for the last 7 years some times just me and my 14 year old and some time with my 19 yr ol occasionally my mom my brother or one of 4 others go with me and I have never gotten out for under 140.00 now after that much money I would expect to get a little special treatment but it is a business so totally understand that I can't always been seen NOW if they are busy. BUT Holly who is the owner over the last 2 months has gotten very bad. I go there and she did a pedicure and when I got home I noticed a HUGE cut on my heal and several cuts on EACH hand, now I go back in 2 weeks to only have more cuts on my hands and to be told no she did not have time to do the design that I had wanted so she had her daughter who is like 11-12 or my design (which was ok as she is still learning) then final straw I went in 3 weeks a go at 4:05 pm told her I need to be out by 6pm so I needed my fill and pedicure to be done at the same time and she started doing my fill and another lady did my pedicure. Holly then started my nails and several times went to get others started and then at 615 had some one else finish me and I left with no design or even polish and she still charged me FULL price to sit and wait until she had time to help me. am now looking for a new place which is very sad as I can't deal with change at all read more
