Update my sisters nail polish also started peeling off on her big toe last night Came for a pedicure for the most part it was nice the only thing that killed it for me was I did French tip on my toes she told me my two big toes weren't the same shape so the French wouldn't be exactly the same which I was totally fine with but on my right big toe, she made the French completely uneven so the right side was thicker than the left side, which I asked her to fix, and she said she couldn't because of the shape even though she had filed it even and then filed my toenail more making it look even more uneven which makes absolutely no sense. She just didn't want to file it off and fix it so won't be back if I'm spending $70 I expect for something I asked to be fixed to be. read more

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. I got a full set with dip. There was no nail prep such as dehydrator or primer. I needed a quick pedicure on a Sunday and my normal. Salon was closed . It was a bit because I have not been to another Salon in the last eight years. My girlfriend and I said an appointment and she got her nails done and I got a pedicure. But after being here about five times I kept getting attitude from the owners the skinny male and rechel who was nice my first couple of appointments. The first time that I came here, they charged me $60 for builder gel on my natural nails. Ever since then she would just fill my nails and then was charging $70 for the fill. I don't do designs i get French tip every time. I also thinking it's odd that you can Apple Pay them. The place is clean but it's the experience and cost im not interested in. There was no consistency and the male would always try to charge more but luckily because I was Apple paying them I could see my history of what I paid them. They always have time to help me out, from a full set of nails, a pedicure, even fixing a broken nail for me close to closing time. Every technician has done a great job, but Jane takes it to another level. She engages with her customers, takes into account their thoughts and ideas, and isn't afraid to offer cautionary advice if a look may not be practical or work out. She's awesome. I have been coming to this salon since I moved from California at the beginning of this year. I had a couple of favorite nail techs that unfortunately left, and then you're stuck seeking out another nail tech. I thought I had found one, and she does wonderful work, but in the last couple of visits, I have been met with some animosity, it seems. I have been requesting to steer away from acrylics as my real nails grow quite beautifully on their own, and I would like them to be healthy, obviously. The last time I went, I apparently didn't book the right appointment, and when I got there, I had the nail tech and the manager (her husband, I believe) both arguing with me stating you only can get 30 min for your appt. Every time I have gone here, I have been there a good couple hours for my nails and pedi. I didn't feel good during this appointment because it was a lot of weird back and forth. I pay way too much to feel yucky at one of my beauty appts. If I want to change up what I wanna do for the health of my nails, that is my choice. Then, to tell me acrylics are good for my nails just so she doesn't have to spend the time helping me reach my nail goal. I am giving a 2 only because my nails do look pretty when it's all said and done. But, I also don't want to feel neglected on the customer service side of my appts. I've never been so frustrated or disappointed in getting my nails done. I am done getting them done for awhile after this experience. I've been here four times now & the services are just getting worse with each visit. I'm 40 weeks pregnant and was hoping getting French Tip would help my nails last a month or so after having my baby but the service I received was awful. I went in for a Gel Manicure & Pedicure. I was tossed around between 3 techs. 2 of which weren't working in their specialty. The lady Olivia who did my Pedicure was rushed away to work on another ladies Manicure so she half assed my nails causing herself to cut me & not making them even. The lady Anne who had been working on Pedicures when I arrived, finished her pedi and began working on my Manicure but was pulled away by the manager half way through my manicure to go do a new clients Pedicure. The manager (male) was the WORST!! He didn't speak to me one time until ringing me out. He did the lining for the French tip and didn't bother to clean up, do a second coat or check they were even. He stepped away 3 times during his short time(12min) with me without communicating before returning and rushing to finish my manicure. When he was ringing me out he took 2 full calls & assisted a walk in who came in well after I had been standing there for 5 min waiting to pay. Again I'm 40 weeks pregnant & HUGE. I was the only client being passed around like that and felt like I was not valued as a person. I cried when I got in my car and am so disappointed that I won't be back & I am taking a break from getting my nails done for awhile. read more

When I showed my technician the text, she looked confused and had to call someone else over. She was trying not to honor it and argue with the other guy. Loved this spot! Chose it because they were open until 7pm. The front desk guy was great and really accommodating. The salon is very clean and felt modern. They had two large tvs with videos of island destinations, so it made me feel like I was on vacation. Kim did my pedicure and she was thorough and very nice. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. I love trying new places and am always open to suggestions but the nail tech I had was rude and didn't listen. She got upset when I first said my nails were crooked and asked her to place the tip a little to the opposite side. Then the design was terrible, I had a reference photo to show exactly what I wanted and she took it and tried to do her own spin, that's not what I asked for. And the sides of my nails were completely jacked. I will never be back and still paid 130$ after expressing my distaste. One of the ladies was really rude, telling my friend that she couldn't watch her do her nails, they were super messy and the nail wasn't even fully attached to the finger and she cut all of her fingers with the nail file, making her bleed and didn't ask to care for it. At 12:30 called and made an appt for 2:30. Twenty minutes later got a call asking if I could come at 2. Got there at 2:05 and one of the workers, Karen, rolled her eyes that I was late. Ten minutes later I told the owner, which I didn't know that's what she was at the time, that I had a dip manicure and didn't want ti have the metal grinder to take off the nails. She said okay. Sat soaking feet until 2:45. Pedicure was done fine. They start trying me with the metal grinder crap and gaslight me that it's the only way to get them off. (It's not, my guy for two years has done it with acetone. I couldn't get in to see him last week and deeply regret it.) Karen walks by and has a snarky comment in Vietnamese and says top coat. I say nothing. Owner tries passing me off to Karen for manicure. Hell. No. Manicure was mediocre at best. Was given a discount and they still weren't worth it. This was my first time here I found it off Yelp from the good reviews they have but I didn't have the great experience that everyone else did the guy who did my fill didn't have good communication with me at all he showed no interest in caring for the idea that I wanted especially the color I was aiming for then he got glitter on one of my nails painting it with the wrong color I had no idea where it came from it probably was because he was talking on his phone he didn't care to fix it he just painted over it with a clear coat you can still see the glitter now I asked for a heart design and he forgot I had to remind him then he made it seem like it was a problem which made me uncomfortable and the lines were horrible for the French tips they were not symmetrical you can see from my picture down below I would not recommend or waste your money at this place it seems like a hit or miss read more
