I've been going to Beauté Nail & Spa since they opened in 2021, and I truly can't recommend them enough. Whether I'm scheduling an appointment, calling same day, or stopping in for a quick repair, they are always accommodating. I work with horses, so things happen, and they've never made that feel like an inconvenience. The owners are incredibly kind, the technicians consistently do excellent work, everything is always clean, and the overall environment is calm and welcoming. I've tried several other salons for one-off visits and was never satisfied. Some looked great initially, but the quality just didn't last. Wow! What a Beaute! (The e is silent, just so you know) I was in town to see family for thanksgiving and wanted to get a mani and pedi. Found this gem and it truly was a Beaute! ;) Ms. Vanna helped me with my manicures. She was very patient and understanding of what I wanted. I wanted to keep my natural nail length and not get acrylic. She offered to do builder gel to keep my nails strong. I opted for the cat eye nail design. And they were so cute! I've been getting so many compliments! Ms. Julie gave me and my toes the most wonderful care and service! I opted for the milk and honey pedicure, as recommended by Katie. I've never had such relaxing pedicure service as this. She took great care of my feet. My feet and legs were smooth as butter after she was done with me! Now onto the actual salon. This small business is run by a brother sister duo. And they designed the interior perfectly! Clean floors and beautiful decorations. Updating review. FYI a manicure is now just a polish change. They charge $10 extra for cuticles. She just started putting dip powder on after spending 30 seconds filing them and I had to say wait I scheduled a manicure? Maybe don't call it a manicure if it is just throwing some polish on. Disappointed. Also they charged $35 dollars for a KIDS manicure. Which again wasn't a manicure it was just polish. When I asked why they said because she got a design. She got polka dots. On nails of a 5 year old. So like 3 dots on a nail. Will be my last time going here unfortunately. read more

At one point, I would have said yes! This place is wonderful go here. My husband used to get me gift certificates here and I went frequently, but it has gone down hill. My most recent experience ( a week ago), I went because they do send text message discounts and they do have a rewards system so you get points for $$ off your service, was terrible. First the massage chair caused bruising on my entire back and it was at the lowest setting. Second, I do gel because it lasts longer and it is already coming off. I'm disappointed and won't be returning. This is unfortunate, because at one point I loved them but have consistently had terrible service the last 4 times in. :( read more

I really wanted to love this place. I usually get them done in Arcadia (Phoenix) but needed a spot that's near my bf's house in Gilbert, as I'm there a lot. The nail tech was nice but my nails did not last! I've been getting acrylics for over 20 yrs and never had the tips break off like this 2.5 wks after a NEW SET :( I'm gentle on my nails and can often go 4 wks between fills from most places without any breakage. It was pricey for a new set with french ombre acrylic powder, so I expected quality. Unfortunately, the acrylic layer was too thin and so the tips broke off exactly where the plastic tips were. 8 of 10 ended up breaking so I took off the last 2...unsurprisingly easy to snap the tips off. Sigh. The search continues for quality and consistent nail salons. A few in Scottsdale have disappointed as well. Where are the good ones in AZ?? read more

Arrived the day of, and we were seated within 5 minutes. Vivianne did my nails and I'm obsessed! She took her time, she was precise, and was very friendly. Pricing is reasonable. The inside is really pretty and clean. This is definitely the spot if your looking for talented techs with design experience. I got the prettiest, best quality French full set I've ever had here! Nora did a beautiful job with the shape and flawless application of the acrylic powder. Nora was also so helpful when helping me choose what to do (i.e. explained the different techniques I could choose from, showed me sample swatches of the colors of acrylic powder, etc.). My pedicure and manicure with Holly was just what I needed during a self care day. She was so kind and thorough during the entire experience. The only thing that I wish would have been better was the massage, it felt very light (little pressure) and seemed rushed. I'm typically not the person to complain but this time I was very disappointing with this place. I called in 1:50pm to set up an appointment for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. I made sure to inform the lady on the phone the set would probably be considered as "art", well as a surprise she told me I could stop by at 2:10pm, okay no problem. The lady that did my pedicure was phenomenal! Great job. And the lady doing my acrylics never once mentioned she was unable to recreate the photo I showed her. I did let the lady know it was way to yellow, and she attempted to solve the issue. I didn't complain or make it a big deal as I had already been there for 2 hours and didn't have enough time to wait. I just wanted to leave and not be a hassle. Very expensive for the result. I left paying $130, very expensive for the results. This full set is not worth $85. Never again. read more

This is our second visit to this salon and it may be our last. The salon itself is nicely set up and clean. On both occasions we were able to call and get a same day appointment for three. The people are friendly. All great things. Today however my daughter waited AN HOUR for her nails to be started! My pedicure is done and she's just getting started. What was the point of calling for appointments? My other daughter asked for square shaping and was given coffin and THEN told that there was an up charge for the coffin shape that she didn't even want. Very disappointing. read more

I have been here twice now and am very happy with my experience both times. The service here is amazing. They are all very nice people and want you to have a good experience here. The place is new and everything inside is so pretty. You can see the elegance and time put into the decor. It feels so clean inside too. They have you wash your hands when you get there for sanitary purposes. There are over 1000 colors to choose from which can be overwhelming. But, if you go in with a design in mind you have a great chance to find the exact color. They did a great job on my full set and pedicure. The pedicure is so relaxing. Well, I have been going here for over a year now. During the last two months, things have changed. I had called this past week to schedule a pedicure with Nora, my usual nail tech. They couldn't fit me in for the weekend, but the owner Tan said that Nora was available anytime on Tuesday... You see, Nora used to have online booking appointments for over a year, yet since this year, you have to call in and speak with someone to schedule anything with her. So when I called in last week, they said she was available all day on Tuesday. So I booked the first appointment at 9:30 AM. Now I was running 10 minutes late, but I did call them at 9:30 AM to let them know. Tan was not in the salon yet but I spoke with Nora and another gal. They seem to want to brush me off by saying that since I was running 10 minutes late, it was going to push her next appointment back. So I had asked, when was her next appointment at, what time? They said 10 AM! Which is ridiculous! First of all, all my pedicures that I have gotten there have taken at least 90 minutes. I never go for the basic pedicure and they know this. I always go for their BEAUTE pedicure which is $50 and I get gel nails, which takes at least 30 minutes to take off and apply a new one. So why would someone make an appointment at 10 AM with only 30 minutes for the total pedicure time for me?!?! They claim that a basic pedicure only takes 30 minutes! No way! And still, that is no excuse because I am a repeat customer not a new one! I have never gotten a pedicure that was under 30 minutes, with soak time, scrubs, massage, masques AND GEL REMOVAL & APPLICATION!!!! Have you or anyone in under 30 minutes? And another thing, I went with someone else at that same salon the last time I was there which was six weeks ago for that same pedicure. It took them almost 2 hours! So there is no way they would be able to do it under 30 minutes. And they tried to tell me that she can start my pedicure, but someone else would have to finish. I guess there's no loyalty! Really sad! When I asked them why did someone scheduled an appointment for Nora at 10 AM knowing that in 30 minutes there was no way she could complete my pedicure. Mind you, I requested her specifically - so I was not a walk-in! Their response was, " you will have to talk with TAN because he is the one who sets the appointments". Passing the buck.... So I told them to have Tan give me a call when he gets in today. And stated that it was important that I speak with him. And yet, here I am - still waiting for that call . I guess after a year of my repeat business it is not important enough for them. They don't care. Well, there are many salons out there. Many to choose from. Sorry to see that commitment and business relations is not important at this salon. You're just a number in a line of appointments after another! read more

First time here was yesterday! I saw they offered mani/pedis for kids, so we picked this place for my daughter's first salon trip. It was really fun. Tina and Tony were both so kind to my daughter. Tina did her nails and listened to all her questions, and really made her feel special. Tony worked with me on my pedicure and manicure, but also guided my daughter to the bathroom when she needed it, and helped her in and out of the salon chair. The worst nail salon in Gilbert. I have never paid $100 for a mani pedi that's was done in half hour. Yes both of them! Let's not forget the flesh that was literally scrubbed off the sides of my feet. It's to the point that I can't wear shoes comfortably. There's no need to scrub the side/top of my foot. Amazing service and friendly nail techs. I'm super happy with everything! My nails turned out great. I was in and out in about an hour for a pedicure and sns manicure with tips. I made an appointment a week in advance online and everything was ready to go when I got there. I had to wait 10mins to get started but was helped right away to a pedicure station and told my tech would be with me shortly. So I got to soak in the water and pick out my colors. I got my nails done in dip and I got a pedicure. Would admit that my pedicure was so good and Michael did a great job. My nails on the other hand, already broken. I've chipped/broken 5 nails and I just got them done on Sunday. Really ridiculous since it was not cheap. $50 to have broken nails before a week has passed. ****UPDATE**** Unfortunately I am having to update my review and the update is not positive. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday morning as soon as they opened and they took me right away which was great. Pedicure again was less than stellar but at least the man was better than my last pedicure here. Today the issue was my nails. The same guy that did my toes last time in which I had a bad experience from the review above, did my nails today. I asked for my shape to be changed from square to almond and I should have known based on my previous experience he was not going to be able to you execute that request at a high-level. He seemed very confused and needed to ask for direction from I think the owner. My fill was extremely painful and horrific the entire time. It didn't matter how many times I said OUCH he continued to do what he was doing. He even asked me if I liked my nails midway through and I said they actually are not what I was expecting and he said OK & continued to power through. He literally spent an hour and a half doing my nails lady across for me came in and got an entire full set and was done before I was. He clearly needed more training or supervision before they allowed him to have free range on customers nails. One of the biggest issues was that I got a fill and he literally barely put any filling gel on my nails. He only filled the very bottom of my nail next to my cuticle and nothing else, so my nails are paper thin. I have acrylics over my real nails as an overlay so obviously a proper fill is required. I paid for a fill and did not get that. I left with mismatch shaped nails and dents throughout all my nails. They look messy and most certainly don't look like a $50 job. Upon completion I was frustrated and extremely tired from being there at this point 2 1/2 hours, therefore I decided to not make a scene and call when I left to speak to a manager. I am extremely disappointed that I called yesterday at 12 noon and asked for a manager to express my dissatisfaction and I have not heard back. I was promised a call back yesterday and that someone would be able to fix my nails, however they have made it extremely clear that customers are simply just a number as Customer service was certainly not they are top priority. I was hoping to have found a new nail salon. Not so much! Tips for the owner = value your customers by actually responding to valuable concerns and train your staff until they are FULLY capable of doing nails. You will lose customers if you continue to allow him to do the work he's doing now. When I walked out the salon the lady Who was getting her nails done next to me was leaving a store next-door and she said "oh my gosh you poor thing you're nail experience looked painful today. He did not do a good job" A complete stranger knew that what was happening was odd, however staff working there seemed completely unaware. How embarrassing. Loved this place. Recently moved form California and the nail shop I tried down the street 3 weeks before was less than stellar. So I was overjoyed to receive a much better experience with Beaute. I walked in with no appointment and they took me right away. I was greeted immediately with a smile and the service was exceptional from that point forward. It appeared that they had regular customers which was a great sign. The overall vibe of this place was lovely. I feel like I've located my new nail shop! The lady who did my nails was super sweet and listened to what I wanted and did a great job. My only critical feedback would be the guy that did my pedicure. He was super nice, however my pedicure seemed extremely rushed and I would have liked him to remove my cuticles and scrub my heel which didn't happen up to the standard to which I'm accustom.
