Nina is amazing. She does my lashes. I would highly recommend her. It's very affordable too.

I used to love this place. Lisa is the best and doesn't really talk to you. I prefer getting my nails done in peace so I appreciate that. Unfortunately, my $85 nails started coming off one week later. I emailed and never received a response so unfortunately, will be going somewhere else. read more

I went to this nail salon in Gilbert for quite a few years and I have to say the quality of work is excellent. Lisa is skilled, and very artistic and my nails always looked amazing and last a long time. That said, the prices are definitely on the higher side compared to other salons in the area. While the results are consistently great, it can feel a bit overpriced for regular visits. If budget isn't a concern, you'll likely be very happy with the service. But if you're price-sensitive, you may want to consider that before booking. read more

The girl who did my nails was new, and honestly I think I may have been the first acrylic set she did. Aside from cutting the skin near my nail on several fingers, and rubbing my skin raw by spending an unnecessary amount of time filing my skin, she misguided the tools while they were on and cut the skin on the back of my hand twice. It's been 4 days since my appointment and I think the scar from the tool is permanent.... On top of that... I had to go to urgent care. I'm used to acrylics and gel polish and have never had any issues at other salons. Immediately after this experience, my eye is swollen and I have contact dermatitis. I assume from the several random tools the lady used before someone came to show her which to use and how on my hand. So now I'm left with a bill from urgent care, and a bill for eye drops and oral medication. So beyond disappointed in this place and will never return.... read more

I went as a new customer. I explained to the nail tech. These are my natural nails. these are prime gel nails don't touch the length don't drill out my natural nail. She said OK as she was taking off the nail polish. Dust is everywhere. Her arm is laying in it. She never cleaned it ever. Then she put some gel they were thick like toenails. I told her they're too thick. She filed them. Actually she filed the acrylic literally down to my natural nail and what did she do she drilled out my nails I said to her are you drilling them out and she said no I'm just cleaning them. She drilled out my natural nails. I would never recommend this place again. Also, she drilled them down that I lost the length of my nails. read more

Cindy was so sweet and gave me a really good pedicure. She was nice and gentle. My least favorite thing about pedicures is that they never ask if you like the color after they put it on but she asked me right away and made sure I liked it before she continued. I will be back! read more

Hands down my favorite tech is Lisa, here. She's been doing my nails for about two years and they have always been fire. She is like the Picasso of nails. She can replicate anything you bring to her or come up with. She pays alot of attention to details and she works fast. read more

Today I had a 5tar experience. I worked with Stephen first who did my manicure. He's been in the business for over 30 years and still takes much pride in his work. I felt the manicure was of high quality and his interaction with the clients is top notch. I look forward to returning. Next up was Specialty Jelly Spa Pedicure with Kayla was absolutely stellar. The service is about an hour and she pays attention to every single detail. An amazing experience from start to finish. That Jelly Spa was no joke. I mean there are so many layers to this service. I felt completely spoiled. Thank you Stephen & Kayla. read more

Too much cell phone use when doing nails. I wish they would just stop and get the texting over with. I don't mind except it keeps happening distracting from better service. Nails turn out better when they give full attention. Nice people read more

By far the worst manicure I've received. I was a walk in and asked if they had time for a dip manicure, they man said yes and asked me to check in. There were about three free technicians. When I sat at the table he asked what color I would like and tried to talk me into getting extensions which I politely declined several times. He buffed my nails and then started right in with the dip powder. There was no other prep for manicure. He didn't soak my hand, clean my cuticles up, take off dead skin, or even throw lotion on my hand after. Literally nothing. They didn't have my first choice of polish so they gave me one that looked similar. The dip is not over my entire nail. There are spaces on almost every nail. My nails are not even. There is still polish on my skin. I didn't even get to wash my hands In total, I was in the shop for about 20 minutes tops. The manicure was $45. Usually I'm a decent tipper ($15+ usually) but I only gave him 15%. Which is generous considering he kept texting on his phone and never used alcohol to sanitize. There was not one point, he asked if it was okay. From the length or shape of my nails to the final product. I would not recommend this place. read more

I found this place on instagram! I've seen pics that I loved on their page and I wanted them to work on my nails for my baby shower. I didn't want nothing too crazy.. Just something cute and simple. My theme for my baby shower are white and lavender roses but I didn't really want roses on my nail. I figured the white flower was cuter.. They recommended nail tech Lisa to me. I heard she was the queen of nails. I called yesterday to set up an appointment for a dip powder manicure and pedicure. I know Lisa gets pretty busy but somehow they managed to squeeze me in her busy schedule for today. I told Lisa what I wanted and she listened. Did exactly how I wanted my nails. I have short nails so I think the little white 3D flower she did on my ring finger is so cute.. She did an amazing job. I'll definitely come back to her again in the future!! Everyone's so nice here and I loved the service. The lady that did my pedi was super sweet too.. read more

First of all, my first time experience with this nail salon is amazing! Leon did my nails, and it turned out fabulous. He was able to replicate the picture that I had shared with him. Everyone there is very nice and hospitable. Attention to detail is phenomenal. It is refreshing to be in a salon where everyone supports when another and helps each other out. You can tell by the way everyone works well together. There is definitely a family vibe here. And if you research it, they are the top three salons in the Gilbert area. And now I know why. Amazing service, very nice techs, friendly atmosphere and great prices too! Win-win! read more

Tommy did incredible he listened and was so kind. His work is so detailed and beautiful. This is my new favorite nail place!

Well... I've heard nothing but bad reviews about this place since I moved to Gilbert 6 years ago and never went in. It wasn't until I had 4 Nails break off before my fill was due that I decided to make an appointment. To my surprise I was totally wrong in judging them! Not only did I get in right at 11am on a Sunday, my full set of nails and color were done and I was out the door at 11:50! What? John was fantastic and I never felt rushed! He asked what shape I wanted and the color I wanted and he delivered! I love my nails!! The best thing about it is that you get 20% cash back as a new customer and now I can use that toward my next visit! I call that winning! I'll be back for sure! read more

I have been coming to this salon for awhile and it never disappoints. Today I went in with two friends and we all got manicures and pedicures. We got a variety of services including a traditional pedicure, deluxe pedicure, gel manicure, dip manicure, and dip with tips. The staff always made sure that we liked our nails throughout the process and made suggestions if necessary. Highly recommend this salon! read more

Usually have no issues while going to this nail salon. Most recent time I went i asked to keep my length and natural nail corrected the tech multiple times she proceeded to cut my nails all the way to the skin even when I tried to tell her not to then she added acrylic tips that I did not want and she made the nail so thick that I can't even take them off at home like I usually can when I called to ask them to take them off they stated that I would be charged will never come here again. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I went on my lunch break for a pedicure since they are nearby. Anywho when I was paying they charged me $additional money for nail polish removal (nail polish was from 4 months ago so u can imagine so little n easy it was to come off n not gel) that is ridiculous. Not once was I told before my appointment it be extra cost for removal if I would've known I would've just waited n gone elsewhere or take it off myself. I understand if it was Gel from 1 month ago but this was not even gel, that is ridiculous. Save ur time n money n go elsewhere. Also the front girl was very rude about it. read more

Dip nails Unprofessional, seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, did several steps wrong and the dip top coat was old and goopy. Well...I came with 3 of my sisters and each of our experiences were different. But one of my sister's nails came out terribly! They were dip- completely uneven, stained her fingers and didn't even do a good job with trying to clean it up. Her nails are dented in several places, and he cut her finger! Overall, it was a very sloppy job and it was apparent. He didn't clean or shape the nails and the dip was very bulky and uneven. Would not recommend read more

Burnt bottom of my foot red flush from the hot rocks plus she nicked me 3 times on my right foot on the middle toes while cutting my cuticles and was told I was sensitive instead of apologizing and making my feeling validated instead of arguing and saying we already have you a discount. I said I don't care about the discount I was trying to give a complaint! Never going again ! FIND A DIFFERENT NAIL SALON !! I visited Forum nails today to give them another try after not going for over a year. I will not be back. I treated my mom to a pedicure. Tracy talked her into getting #4 service, which was supposed to be 45 min and include callous remover and hot stones. She did not get the hot stones, and her service was rushed through. We will not be back. Besides that, it is rude for the nail techs to speak in their own language in front of customers they are providing services for. We can't understand their language, but they can speak English when they need to communicate to us. read more

I don't normally leave reviews unless I have a stellar experience, however this is not the case here! I was so excited to get my nails done, it's a treat for me I haven't had my nails done in over a year prior to this! I sat at the first chair with a man to do my nails..he told me they were short and I needed lengths and I said no thank you just a normal no chip manicure and he got visibly annoyed and took literally like 10 mins on my nails no massage or anything I was so disappointed but still charged me the full price of course! I'm giving three stars because the woman who did my pedicure was amazing! I think she knew that the man did a half ass job and was making it up to me! My no chip manicure lasted me 3 maybe 4 days before it all started chipping and my pedicure didn't last very long either as it's less than a month since my service and both are off! read more

I went to Forum Nail Salon in September for my "vacation nails". I quickly scanned Pinterest for some nail design ideas and found something I loved (see pics). Two hours later I walked out with amazing looking nails, pedicure, and eyebrows. I did have an appointment and it started on time. The staff was very attentive and accommodating (I was a chicken with the level of pain involved with eyebrow waxing) and patient. Unfortunately, I had to go back two weeks later to have the beautiful nails removed since I can't work with them on. I did not have an appointment, but they took me right away and within an hour the nails were removed, and I was on my way. read more

My nail tech buffed over my cuticles causing me to bleed. One of my nails broke so it was too short, she put an acrylic tip on & when she tried to cut it down almost cut my finger tip. I had to tell her 3x she was going to cut my skin. When she finally cut the nail she cut it completely uneven having to file it down to the same length my natural nail was. At that point I asked her to remove the foil from my other hand & I left. I shouldn't have even paid the $10 I paid but it's not the businesses fault she was awful read more

I truly don't want this nail tech to get in trouble but HANNAH let my daughter walk out of the nail salon with these nails today. It looks like my 4 year old nephew did them with his eyes closed. She also CONSTANTLY hassled my daughter about getting gel nails, my daughter is a college student and can only afford a regular polish! I'm convinced she purposely did a bad job so that my daughter would get gel nails next time. When she saw my daughter visibly upset she LAUGHED! Unacceptable. My 7 family members that attend this salon will not be coming back. Please go to nail logic down the street instead! A manicure like this should be a crime. read more

got a full set of acrylics here the pictures shown below is how they turned out. The entire process was they cut my nail, glued the acrylic tip on, attempted to shape, and ready for polish. My cuticles contest to the process . They charged me $65 that (supposed to be coffin shaped) When I tried to get a refund they said that it is not company policy to give refunds but they can fix it . I refuted to let them try and fix my nails cause honestly don't think they can. It would be a waste of time and the fingers painted white were so thick it began to hurt my real nail so I wanted them off immediately. I called the day got them done that the marble is orange instead of brown and too thick stating I am unpleased with my nails. I couldn't make it back to get them removed until the ninth because I work and I am a full time college student and it is finals week, which I communicated. Having these nail on me was not ideal at all they hurt my nails and were embarrassing. I tried very hard and did not receive a refund for my nails that they removed because of them being so improper they caused pain. read more

Smells very bad. One of the loudest nail salons I have been into, so much for relaxing, and they don't listen told her three times shorter on my pedicure, they try to make it look like stuff is sanitized but the packages are mot sealed so they're not sanitized. And towards the end of my pedicure closing down, don't wash the pedicure bowls out just rinse them when they are done using them.
