I had such an amazing experience at this nail spa--truly a cut above the rest! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, professional, and welcoming. One thing that really stood out is how seriously they take hygiene and state regulations (which, sadly, is hard to find these days). All tools were individually sealed in sanitized pouches, and I even saw staff thoroughly cleaning the chairs from top to bottom after each client. No, I hint a smell of chemicals .That level of care gave me so much confidence. The technician who did my pedicure was wonderful--so kind and attentive--and did a beautiful job. My toes look amazing! I always come here for my pedicures. It's easy to get an appt. The staff is always friendly and they always do an excellent job. It's a clean facility. The prices are reasonable. I get a deluxe pedi for around $60 which I think is reasonable. I really appreciate that I can call the day before and easily make an appt for the following day. I will continue to come here. I used to come here regularly years ago but stopped when i had a bad experience & brought it up to the owner/manager who did not seem to care so i stopped coming. I decided to try it out again today since its the closest salon to my house & unfortunately i was disappointed again. I was seated next to an employee who was using the massage chair next to me having a loud conversation with the owner about going home. The girl who did my nails was very friendly & accommodating but my service felt rushed & i realized its because she was trying to go home too & she actually left without putting the arm rest up or helping with my shoes so i had to walk barefoot to grab them & put them on without messing up the polish. OMG is a no joke business name.... Oh My God this was the worst Pedi I have ever paid for with respect to the price to service. I arrived with a friend and the place appeared very clean and the staff very professional and nice. Unfortunately, I was not well informed that they had more packages than just the three packages from 31 - $41. As I would later find out, the services offered in the Pedi Packages are insanely over priced compared to other spas that I have been to, minus a resort spa. By default, I selected the more expensive $41 package expecting automatically some basic services that every other spa I go to offers. So, $41 and no foot massage... ridiculous. $41 and no callous removal, disappointed. $41 and the moisturizing mask was a joke. $41 ind the foot soak was a foot 30 second dunk in warm water as she was setting up her work space, give me a break. $41 and my tired and aching muscles got zero relief and felt ignored. But I have pretty polish. In the end, after being talked into a Gel Coat which I don't normally do ($15) and a single nail repair ($7) + tax, and I am $65 in the hole for services that could have gotten me an incredible Pedi almost anyplace else for almost 1/2 the price, minus the Gel Coat. And the time spent on my Pedi was the same as the lesser expensive $31 pedi. There was nothing revitalizing about the OMG Revitalizing Spa Pedi. Other more expensive packages I never knew about since the lady doing my pedi never told me about them so I thought this was their best package. It is ridiculous to have to spend $62 ($20 more) for an actual massage which most places include in all of their packages from 5 minutes on up. And the hot stone massage is a friggen joke too. This is now my go-to nail salon. They run their business extremely professional with a touch of luxury yet you're not paying extra for that "luxury", which is nice. I love how clean, spacious and modern their facility is. I recently did a walk-in to get a fix and a fill for my vacation nails and Tiffany did a phenomenal job. On top of that, I had such a lovely conversation with her and genuinely want to stay in touch with her (so she's going to be my AZ nail lady from now on). Very sad to be writing this review because I've been coming here consistently for about a year and usually get pretty good service. This time, I don't know what happened. First, she did no cuticle care. I don't get my nails done as often as i should, so proper cuticle prep is a crucial step in the longevity and quality of the nail and design. The tech tells me it's not included, I ask if she'll at least touch them up and she lightly grazes over half of my fingernails with a cuticle clipper not even picking anything up. Next, I asked for what I thought was a pretty simple design, and was met with pushback every step of the way. I'll include pictures below, but the design had an off-white background, and after telling the tech the stark white was too bright, she brought out a pink which I also remarked wasn't the right color and she went right back to the stark white telling me it was the same color and I just felt so awkward I agreed to avoid confrontation. She started doing the design, and after she got through three fingers, I stopped her and asked her to remove it because it looked nothing like the picture and I would be happy to leave with a simple color instead. She then proceeded to gaslight me and tell me it looks just like the picture, which in response I was flabbergasted. Please look at the pictures below and tell me these are the same. She called over her boss who tried to do the same thing, and I felt awkward and pressured and I wanted nothing more than to leave. At this point I'm in tears from frustration and being uncomfortable, they tell me to pick out a color, I do, she throws the color on and I go to check out. The owner was at the checkout counter and was cashing me out when the tech that was doing my nails starts making jokes across the salon to the owner saying in a sarcastic voice "oh don't fire me!" and laughing. The owner replies with another comment about the situation, with me standing directly in front of him in tears still, and I say "I know you're going to talk shit about me but can you please wait until I'm at least out of the building first?" and he starts gaslighting me again! He tries to convince me they weren't making fun of me or the situation like I didn't just hear everything that was coming out of their mouths. I shut the conversation down and tell him I just want to leave, please charge me whatever so I can leave. He drags the conversation on no matter how much i'm remarking how uncomfortable I am, that I don't care what they charge me, I just want to leave, and he is still talking like he doesn't care that I'm crying about having to stand there and listen. I throw $50 on the counter and walk out in tears. As someone who works in a customer service industry, I cannot imagine a world where I do such a bad job and treat my customer so bad that they leave in tears. The salon is spacious and very clean, I even saw them cleaning the actual pedicure chairs in between guests which I love. We have been going to OMG Nails & Spa for a few years now and love it. Business is clean and Boss man keeps everything running smoothly. 99% of the time you will get good nail techs, but our last visit for me wasn't at their usual standards. The woman I had, don't remember her name, was trying to upsell me on everything and then questioned why I didn't want to do what she suggested. My toes were sloppy which I didn't notice until after I left. The manicure experience wasn't good. I don't know if she didn't understand what I asked for, but I have since cut my own nails. During the time she was working on my toes she took a personal call which just comes across as unprofessional. We will continue to go to OMG nails because we love it, but I will make sure not to have that particular nail tech again. read more

I requested her again the second time and 20 mins before my appointment they called me to say she is running 25 to 30 mins behind and want me to change my appointment time. I walked in with a cracked nail and I was worried it would break off. The nail tech who did my nails did an AMAZING job and made it look normal. Today was a girls day dedicated to a full day with my daughter doing all the fun things. We decided to look for a place to get our nails done to start the day and we came across OMG, Nails and Spa. Most of the reviews were great but there were quite a few regarding price so I was a little iffy on going there but we gave it a try because again most of the reviews were great. I'm so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away, asked what we were looking for even when we told them we were walk-ins they made some room for us, gave us an opportunity to look over some colors, and we were told to wait a few minutes while some of their nail techs were just arriving to work for the day. My daughter and I were both greeted and smiled at as both nail techs sat down and waved us over to start our nails. My nail tech Ms. T was phenomenal from the get-go. Not only did she listen to the design and style that I would like she took the time to chat with me while she was setting everything up and made me feel comfortable. It had definitely been a while since I had my nails done lol. Through the entire process, she held up good conversation. I talked with the nail tech next to her along with another woman getting her nails done while I noticed my daughter nearby also talking to her tech and seeming to enjoy yourself. The location was bright, clean, and there were so many different colors of nail polish. It was wonderful, but was definitely hard to make a color choice. Ms. T was fast, but never made me feel rushed and my nails came out perfect. I'd go as far as saying, hands-down the best job I've ever had done at any salon. My daughter's nail tech's name was Paul. She also said it was very easy to talk to him, and her nails came out great as well. We both left pleased with the results..We were also given punchcards with their names if we choose to come back to set an appointment. The punchcard gives you a stamp each pedicure. Once 10 pedicures are reached you get you a free basic one. The only reason I didn't leave five stars did come down to the price. For two pretty basic sets with minimal color and shape the total came to $150. I did receive a discount to around $140 for paying cash which I appreciated , but I felt the price was still pretty high. I am however willing to pay a bit more for great quality and the work was well done. I don't think I'd come as often for that price, but for special occasions I'd definitely book more appointments with Ms T and Paul. read more

I adore her, her 20 plus years of experience that shines through every appointment, her humor and laughter, and that she cares about the quality of her work! You'll find someone that does great work who does exactly what you're looking for. First time in after multiple recommendations on Living Chandler for a gel mani and regular pedi. Stepped in and it's sort of a factory. Color swatches a bit limited compared to other places I've been to. Pedicure person sweet calling me sweetie. Then the service becomes not great. The gel manicure person comes over and sets a pillow on my lap with a towel over it. They utilize open bottom gel curing light. Multiple times putting my hands in and the nails hit the towel because it was not flat on the pillow. I'm told to be careful. Think a better setup is needed. Then because the towel is blocking my view I can't really tell what's going on with my toes. I asked for them short but I could tell there was barely any clean up of cuticles and dry skin. Total bill $73 for a gel mani and pedicure unfortunately seems a bit steep. I head out to vacation. I notice my toes are barely cleaned up of dry skin on the corners, sides, and top of toes, I have a bump on my left index finger embedded in the gel including visible uneven strokes, and I look at my big toe and the polish isn't even covering the side of my toenail along with the top of the toe nail polish wearing away within days. Today is day 9 of gel manicure and one side of thumb already peeling. Most of my gel manicures can last 3 weeks or more. Still looking for a great place and this is NOT it. Had high hopes. read more
