Went in to get my nails done and the lady doing my nails barely was paying any attention, I went in to get a new acrylic set and she barely had them glued on properly to wear when she was grinding my nails they were already falling off, she chipped a couple of the tips while they were like that and left them like that so I know they're gonna break or snag when they grow out, she left them really thick and way too long, she messed up the topcoat on my ring finger because she was in such a rush that it came out bumpy, she had no interest in doing my nails she rushed me out the door, I will be calling back this morning to either get my money back or to have someone else do my nails because they are thick and chunky and disgusting. I was excited to try this salon, but unfortunately my first visit will also be my last. At checkout, I was charged an extra $5 for "shaping" my nails, even though I didn't change the shape at all. When I questioned it, the front desk employee said, "Oh, I don't know then," until a nail tech came over and explained it was because I asked for my nails to be shorter. Since when is trimming the length of your nails not included in a manicure? I was then told that only cuticle trimming is included, which makes absolutely no sense. If asking for your nails to be shortened results in an extra charge, that should absolutely be disclosed when the nail tech asks if you'd like them shorter. Better yet, it should be clearly listed on the website or service menu, which it isn't. Springing surprise fees on customers at checkout is not good business. To make matters worse, both the manicure and pedicure were subpar and definitely not worth the price. The customer service was just as disappointing, from the confusion at the front desk to the lack of any reasonable explanation. I chose not to leave a tip because the quality of both services and the customer service simply didn't warrant one. It's unbelievable that this salon was willing to lose a brand new customer over a $5 charge that should have been disclosed or better yet, never charged in the first place. read more

I recently saw this salon on TikTok, given their reputation and online presence, I thought they would be a good choice. The lady that did my nails did an amazing job though. I will say the sides and cuticles of nails aren't perfect. I ended up doing acrylic, short or medium length, and a simple design. When I showed the lady my reference, it had different colors, but I had chosen the ones based off of the selection. When she started to paint my nails, instead of doing a straight across line, she ended up doing a French tip. However, I did still like the design. I was satisfied with the way that the nails looked. Other salons in my area. The most I have paid for nails. Like this have been $80 including a tip. When I get to the front desk to pay the lady who's there is a young girl most likely in her 20s and she is on the phone while checking me out. I proceed to get my car ready and she tells me that the price is going to be $94. Never have I paid this much for nails. Whether it has been acrylic, gel, length, or my design. after she tells me the price, I just go to pay and she poses to ask me if I would like to tip. I gave her seven dollars in cash to get to the lady that did my nails because that's all the cash I have and I did not expect to pay more than 85 for my nails safe to say I will not be coming back, and will go to my usual salon. Found this place through tik tok ! And heard the raving reviews and thought I'd give it try! So I booked an appointment for 4:00 pm per their recommendations. Upon my arrival my tech Trinity was able to take me in early . Per the website you're able to choose your nail tech and the services they offer based on their availability. The services I received were an acrylic fill with two designs and gel polish on nails & toes and a basic pedicure . Trinity my nail tech did a lovely job on my nails and design ! I requested all black polish and two ghost on each ring finger for Halloween and she executed it ! Now to the pedicure , I will say I didn't much enjoy it cause the water was cold . Though she tried to make it warm it still was cold and honestly the pedicure is the best part and the most anticipated experience . Also she didn't really get any of the dead skin around my cuticles and or hang nails . she just scrubbed my feet and filed my nails which I didn't like. So I'm assuming I may have to ask for that in the process . The ambiance was very calm . Overall I'd say for the service all together was good. I paid $92 for my service it was originally $97 but I got $5 off because I paid cash . I'm Unsure if I'd drive the 45 mins again but still recommend to others much closer. read more

I used to love this place but the Asian girl at the front working as the receptionist is soooo beyond overwhelming. She comes off extremely rude, sarcastic, abrasive , and rushes you to pick your color before she seats you. It almost just puts you in a bad mood before getting your service done. Hopefully the owners/management see this review and can perhaps have a conversation with her as the front reception isn't what it used to be and is going to start turning customers away!! Bring back the kind, polite, and easy going girls you used to have working your front reception area. Additionally I've noticed how some employees can apply French design to toes. The one girl will laugh at not being able to get it applied nicely and the younger guy jokes and fixes it for her. I arrived and was sat at one of the manicure stations which confused me because I booked a polish color change on my toes only. I told my nail tech this and she didn't understand me so she asked the tech next to her and I told her that I'm only here for a polish change on my toes. They both looked very confused. I gave up trying to explain so I said okay I'll do a manicure too. Laura did my manicure. I got gel polish with French tips. I would rate my manicure a 5/10. I finally got my polish color change on my toes and I would rate that a 9/10. The tech who did my toes paid close attention to detail. Had a friendly personality and made my experience better. 2nd experience: Booked an appointment by calling in. This time I wanted to give their manicure another try. Kelly did my gel manicure, one solid color, no designs and I would rate my manicure a 4/10. Immediately I could tell Kelly was distracted. She was gossiping with the tech next to her the whole time. Kept staring up at the receptionist and gossiping. She was literally filing my nails without looking! She was so busy watching the front door or receptionist or something behind me. Within 2 days my nails were lifting (see photos). She also used NON STERILE clippers she just pulled out of her drawer to trim my cuticles! She just cleaned them off on a rag. Bummed. This was my place and always good to me but now my thought have changed. I came here 2 days ago. I told the email that did my pedicure that I have acrylic on my big toes and if it needed a fill to do so. As she was taking off my previous gel color she nicked my toe nail causing it a piece of the previous acrylic to fly off. I also kept telling her that my toe nail was crooked and longer on one side and she tried to fix it but I gave up ( I ended up having to go home and file it down myself). So as she's about to apply my polish I asked her if my big toes needed more acrylic and she said no they are good. She then applied glue on the part of the toes she messed up. When we were done I felt unease about the glue and wished she would have just added acrylic as I knew it needed it. I mean I don't want to be that customer that keeps pushing the issue, she's the professional and knows her stuff. When I got home I noticed my big toe nails looked bumpy. You can see the old acrylic growing out and it looked horrible( attached pic). I thought I'll just ignore this buuuut then I loooked closer and saw my toenail ripping where she tried to correct with glue. I called to let them know and they asked me to come in to fix. I had plans today but had to come in asap before it came off and to avoid it looking funny when wearing sandals. So I get her and I'm told I have to pay 12 bucks for my acrylic. I asked why? She said well we didn't apply last time and we are now. At this point I just wanted my toes fixed so I said fine! I tried to avoid this when I came initially. I had to come in again on my time for an error I didn't make and yet I'm being charged more money? I was willing to move past this whole thing after getting it fixed but when I was told I have to pay more- that was the what caused me to write this review. 12 bucks ain't nothing, but the inconvenience caused for me should have been free. Cindy was great and nice and perhaps she has to charge me but just doesn't sit well with me. They asked if I was ok with the correction now, I said I was. Maybe in the future this process can be a bit better for returns. i've never gotten my nails done before so i was really nervous going into it but michael and all the other staff were so helpful. i had a cut on my finger and he was very gentle and careful with it. i also had a couple inspo pics and he did an amazing job creating an even prettier final result compared to those pictures. one of the other workers also came to give their opinion and help with the designs since my nails are a bit small. overall the environment was super friendly, kind, and lively but not too loud either. if you want to get pretty nails done, i definitely recommend you to book michael :) he pays a lot of attention to detail and asks for your opinion before continuing too read more

I've debated on whether or not I wanted to leave a review but I don't want someone else to have the same experience I did. I've gotten my nails done here twice after seeing them on tik tok. My first set was done by Kathy and was a stunning tortoise shell. I unfortunately didn't take a picture of them but got a ton of compliments and they lasted 5 weeks! They were extensions with dip powder with gel on top for the design. Kathy was great and she did the exact shape I wanted! The last time I went in, I wanted to book with Kathy again but she was not available on my day off so I decided to book with Kelly T for dip on natural nails. She unfortunately did a few things that made me uncomfortable/frustrated. To start, she didn't remove all of my previous set before trying to apply the new one. When I asked for them to all be removed, she responded with "that keeps the nail strong". I've gotten dip done for about 6 years so I know that's bs especially when she had already been soaking my nails in acetone... it just seemed lazy. The real kicker for me was when she asked what I thought about the shape and I gave her feedback that my nail was crooked. She responded with "oh that's just the shape of your nail". At that point I was over it so I said "isn't that what a nail file is for?" The picture is after I asked her to fix it and it was still crooked. I was trying so hard to trust the process and let a few other things slide (zero cuticle work, didn't cut or file my 2 nails with tips on) I really wanted to like this place and I LOVED the work Kathy did but I live in Phoenix and the 45 minute drive isn't worth the attitude and crooked nails. read more

I'm not sure how I feel about this place. Did I get a pedicure? Yes. Did it do the job? Yes. Was it an amazing experience for the price I paid? I'm honestly not sure. The atmosphere was a bit lacking. It felt empty and cold. There were nicer pedicure chairs in the back and so I was curious as to why I was sitting in the basic older ones. My nail tech was super nice and she did a good job but I felt she could have spent a little more time cleaning up the cuticles. Massage was 7 out of 10. I liked the choices on the menu and felt they were priced appropriately. One thing I'm not sure about is the sanitation practices of the instruments. I will take some accountability because I may or may not have noticed if she removed her tools from a UV sanitation bag. She did use one of the foot buffers that look like a cheese grater. Me and my friend came after school and got the deluxe pedi and it was very nice, the massage felt great and the sugar scrub smelled amazing. Also the massage chairs are incredible. Really bummed. Found this place on TikTok and was so excited I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance prior to what ended up being my engagement trip. I had a feeling I was getting engaged so found the perfect nails and wanted to make sure I went to a good salon so they came out just how I envisioned. Unfortunately they did not. I wanted a nude/clear color and ended up with pink. When I questioned the tech on the color she said it was fine and matched the picture (it did not). And the shape was wider and not as round as I had asked for. Normally wouldn't upset me but with it being such a monumental moment in my life it's definitely disappointing.
